Great location inside the old city walls of Nördlingen. This is a modern hotel inside of an old monastery complete with elevator. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was included and was also very nice.

Stayed here many times. I like the atmosphere and the location. You are in the heart of the town, once parked in their underground garage and checked in, its a short walk to the perimeter wall and then a short tour of the town. Have to say that the Breakfast is not what is was in the past.

A very nice business hotel in Nordlingen. Rooms are not very spacious but are good. The only issue is they do not have aircons or fans in the room. We went is summer (June23) and it was quite hope. Beautiful hotel in the city center of Nördlingen. The location is superb, very quiet and friendly. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, one can sit outside on warmer days and evenings to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of this cute little town. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

A very clean and modern hotel just outside the old city walls. Room was spacious and had a nice bed. Cons: No A/C, no fridge and no coffee maker (coffee machine in the breakfast was legit tho). Hotel had a real nice bar and restaurant, didn’t eat dinner there however. The breakfast was fine. Would recommend overall if you’re in the area.

Cleanliness and very friendly staff. They even have shoe cleaner near lift lobby for guests to use!

Very nice and modern hotel, with simple but elegant rooms, really nice hot shower and quite good food at the restaurant. They have two local beers, worth trying both. From the outside the hotel doesn't look too friendly, but don't let that scare you. I would recommend this hotel for business travellers.

Great hotel. Lovely, friendly people. Food excellent. Shortest hop into the old town. Watch out for the lady operating the level crossing! She does an amazing job. The kitchen garden is great. Lovely to eat the freshest of fresh from there. We will be back. 😀

I only have nice things to share about this hotel! It's great if you want to bring children with you and it has a really diverse menu for breakfast that is included. The location is good and it also provides a large range of activities to do with kids.

Cutest little family hotel. Really made for families with kids. They have loads of Maisonette rooms with 4 beds. Also loads of decor with fun scientific themes and facts, loads of cute aquatic animals inside and bunnies and guinea pigs outside. My fav are the axolotls! Meal options are, gotta say, pretty mediocre tho. And wifi was...unusable.

Everything! All facilities are in very good condition and well maintained. The staffs are all very friendly and speak fluent English. The location is unbeatable - just a few minutes walk to the center of the town. The breakfast is very delicious. There is a bar next to the reception and they offer a variety of choice, red wine, white wine, spirit, Glühwein (or Glühgin), you name it.

Reception people are so nice and hospitable to fulfill our needs, everything is clean and comfortable. Felt warm welcome here. The breakfast is also awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at this Ibis. Very large free parking, shared with a supermarket. Friendly staff. Smooth check-in. Spacious, very clean room and comfortable bathroom. Large television, although I expected a smart TV for such a new hotel. Full breakfast, respecting the Covid rules. Within walking distance (500 meters) from the center. There is also a restaurant in the hotel or opposite.

I was on a business trip here, with 5 more colleagues, now I stayed 3 weeks here, 7 days in quarantine plus the rest as normal guest as you have to quarantine for 5 day when you entered Germany. The hotel is ok, but there were no rules explained to us upon checking in, for example in 3 weeks ... they cleaned my room only once, right the day before my departure, now this is really sad giving givin...

AMAZING HOTEL IN AN AMAZING CITY. The hotel's staff is very friendly, professional and responsible. The hotel offers an excelent breakfast buffet all u can eat included in the room's payment. They have their own parking lot reserved for the client, the parking fee is also included in the bedroom price. So u haven't to worry about breakfast and parking. The rooms are very comfortable.

Room is pretty dated and bed is very small in a single room. The shower pressure could strip paint off your car. However, the resteraunt is really good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Room staff do a very thorough job and the place is very well maintained. The bar and lobby and dining room are all nice and feel historic. A nice place to stay all things considered.

A most amazing room and kindly gentleman attendant. We arrived late in the evening with no reservation. There was still room at the inn. Their breakfast was not only beautiful it was fresh and delicious. A NICE experience.

I went for lunch with my family, food was good at a fair price. They had the special beer of the Oktober Fest. The decortion is quite special, too many items around. You can pay with credit card. Very good for meets.

Very welcoming place, the people arr really gently and the rooms are very beautiful. You believe to sleep in a really fairytale place. You really enjoy Bavarian cuisine!

Comfortable room, very clean as well. Breakfast included, typical German breakfast with bread, cheese and meats however nothing special. Also centrally located to many things in town, easy to walk to any attraction. Parking is available in a lot out front however only able to park all day for free on Sundays, otherwise only able to park for free for 1.5 hours.

The place is in a central area inside the town, and it has a super comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were clean, although the view from mine was to the back of the building. The workers there are really friendly, and the food was very tasty, and it was a very economic option. I would totally recommend it.

Cheap, clean and with spacious rooms. Far from perfect, though. Guests must check in at the nearby "Goldener Schlussel" pub-hotel (about a 3 min walk) where breakfast is also served. There's no elevator which is a problem for luggage-laiden travellers. The location is also a little far from the historic centre. Overall, decent - but maybe worthwhile to splurge for something more central.

Very nice small hotel in the old town of Dinkelsbühl. Everything was in great shape. We stayed in a family suite that was spacious and very comfortable. We slept five comfortably. We had our own bathroom. Good traditional German breakfast. Very friendly owners. It also has a nice little restaurant with a good regional wine list.

A lovely cosy hotel that is not far from the town centre. Room cost is not expensive, the room I had was very much old world charm with exposed beams and smaller windows but with a modern bathroom . Service was friendly and breakfast was a tasty buffet with many different choices. Bonus that everything was easily within walking distance.

Great old fashioned rooms and in our double room a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. The floors are slant and this ancient hotel has had royal guests such as Gustav 2 Adolf of Sweden. In the dining hall hangs paintings of the famous visitors and it is an honor to sleep in such a place. The standards are cosy but not luxurious in general. It is not built like most hotels today where everything has to be gold...

Very nice atmosphere, good food, quick delivery and helpful waiters. The food was lovely, well presented and quantity wise also good. I've been told the wine choice was excellent, however I stuck to Vodka Lemonade. The only thing from getting it to 5 stars is the fact they ran out of Vodka after 2 servings. This is an amazing old world hotel in the middle of Dinkelsbühl. A very historic hotel with well appointed too.s. Kind and courteous staff who spoke great English. The breakfast was one of the better ones we experienced while touring Germany. The dinner was excellent and our best meal of our trip! Thanks for the memories.

Right in the centre of Dinkelsbuhl meant we were able to wander and observe the attractions of this beautiful town. The staff were friendly, and our lack of German was no problem as several spoke reasonable English. We had our evening meal and breakfast at the restaurant and both were of high quality.

We used the hotel as a stopover with two motorcycles, which can be parked in the side alley which is very handy. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and is very good value for money for Dinkelsbuhl. We had food in the evening which was very nice too. The building is old and full of charm, just as I like it, I would not hesitate to return.

To start with the salad: a good portion, lots of green salad, underneath some tasters of carrots, radish, etc. Unfortunately some of the green leaves on my plate were rather leathery and bitter. The room was very nice and spacious, but a bit loud since it was on the ground floor. It had an "older"/"authentic" style, which I loved. The neighbors from the higher floors across the street could see into the bathroom, specially the shower so we had to turn it on first until the window got covered by the vapour. Good breakfast and friendly and attentive staff!

This comment is on their restaurant. It was our first time having lunch at the restaurant since November of 2020 before the COVID lockdown. Even though it was a little rainy and cool day, we really enjoyed our lunch at their outdoor café. Service is great, and food is very good.

I brought a small group here for a day trip - the atmosphere was quite nice and our service friendly- the food was just ok. Not what I've come to expect from Bavaria. I had Zweibelrostbraten and the sauce tasted like Knorr's, it was a bit disappointing. One of my travelers had the pumpkin pasta again it was ok but lacked spices, just a little bland.

This place makes you feel like you are back in 1600’s... Best hotel I have ever stayed. Romantic, clean, comfortable, decorated with antique furnitures... Great breakfast and hospitality. Owner is a very kind lady. Her husband is a painter. You can also enjoy his nice paintings and even buy them.

We had a wonderful two nights in Dinkelsbühl, the hotel was very endearing, close to one of the city gates and perfectly located for the sights of the city. The rooms are not bad, the shower is tiny. The noice of passing cars, and the lunatic priest that thinks 6 a clock in the morning is a great time to ring the church bells long and loud are - points. The most lovely place to stay in Dinkelsbuhl. Rooms have modern amenities and are large enough to stay in for a few days. The bathrooms, are sufficient albeit the shower is small by US standards (1 meter X 1 meter). The beds are comfortable and the bedding warm. Very nice country inn - lovingly managed with family care and a good menu. Absolute feel-good factor with short waiting times and very good quality of the food. Very good advice and loving treatment of the guests. We felt very much at home and enjoyed watching the next generation at work.

Very good hotel, right at the historic city center yet easily accessible by car. While it is true that some areas within the hotel are dated and could use refurbishment, I feel that many of the bad reviews which address this fact are exaggerated. The hotel team is truly wonderful and hard working, though a bit under-staffed at peak times.

We arrived in town and there was a festival going on. The lady who runs the hotel was so friendly and explained the reasons behind the event. She is very "genial", German-meaning pleasant and personal. The room was smaller but very clean. The furniture in our room had been carved. The breakfast was great. The location was great. We will definitely stay here next time we come to town.
