This hotel was worth writing a review about because the staff were so friendly and helpful which makes my life and job so much easier on tour. Friendly staff, great rooms, restaurant was amazing

We were at the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed it very much. The ambiance balances somewhere between old-fashioned and outdated, but at the end it was a nice place with good food for a reasonable price.

Comfy, clean and bright rooms and good food. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff very friendly & efficient. There's a good outdoor area for enjoying drinks all day. English spoken. The staff went out of their way to assist us.

Really good food in itself, but ... if I had known the portion size, I would have eaten something beforehand. It was cheeky what I got for the money. So I'm back home very hungry. That's really a pity.

An overall pleasant room on the way back home, location was handy and it the hotel wasn't hard to find. Staff was kind and there were dinner/breakfast opportunities. A private bathroom is also present with everything overall in the room in order. Plus there's a McDonalds nearby.

I only have a very good impression about this specific hotel. We came to this hotel because our car was broken. We arrived late and we still were able to order dinner (and to be able to enjoy it in our room). The staff were very understanding and kind to us and especially our children. I am a tourguide and we have used this hotel for many years. Very friendly staff, a good kitchen and excellent for a stay over when travelling though Germany. Also well known by many Danes, as they have read about it in a magasine.

No aircondition in room, looks like it was last decorated in the 70s and no panflet of information for the guest in the room nor a phone to call reception to ask for the wifi password for example. The pluses are the parking for the car and the breakfast that was delicious.

My room was small, but clean with furniture in good shape; recommended.

Its a nice family owned hotel, room was clean and comfortable with very good curtains which block the sunlight for a much needed ealry morning blackout, washrooms are clean and well equiped, wifi was also ok, breakfast is personally served which also reduces the wastage. Lady at the reception (owner) was very helpful for a late check-in).

An unexpectedly minimal design putting everything where it needs to be. Quiet, clean, easy to find, with a good parking area just on the side of the entrance.

Our car crashed on the highway, they were towed, we didn't get a replacement car that day so we were forced to look for accommodation in Kirchheim. It was the only Hotel that immediately answered our call at two in the morning. We managed to book a room in minutes and were incredibly helpful and kind. Beautiful room with modern décor. Located in a small town next to the Autobahn.  It is a very new hotel, the rooms are large and clean. The owners are very friendly and worry that the stay is the best possible. I ate very well in the restaurant right in front of the hotel but there are many options (fast food near and  other restaurants that the owners of the hotel would be happy to tell you). Were there as a cycling group. We were welcomed very nicely. Despite the “senior portion”, the dinner was very plentiful and really tasty, and there was nothing wrong with the breakfast either. Nice place, excellent foods, everything was fresh tasty. Good relationship value quality. Staff was gently. It took a while to have the meal, but since it is very fresh then it totally worth it. Recommended for couples runaways ;)

That's was a pretty God hotel I liked it and they had some God personally and the price was fair one minus is that they can only speak Deutsch in the hotel

Great cheap accommodation, fantastic bathroom. Superb breakfast. Shower has the most pressure I've ever experienced. Very nice staff, only happy to help. Very hard beds with pillows that look great but disappear when used.

We used the camper place. Everything went great. The food tasted really good. In the morning you could buy rolls in the hotel. Good service

We are here with the camper at the pitch and were here for dinner last night. It was world class. The overall impression of the system, including the parking space and the surrounding area invites you to come back. So we'll definitely be back. I'm looking forward to the Advent season.

On the way through we used the Womo parking space, there are 8 electricity spaces available on the very spacious gravel space, but there is space for more vehicles. In the directly adjacent beer garden we had a delicious meal and enjoyed the great summer drinks! You can order bread rolls for breakfast at the hotel. All around very nice and friendly service!

I've been there for the christmas buffet which was very nice (we are there every year and it's always very very nice with good food and kind staff :) )

Staff was very friendly, rooms were nice and the location is awesome when you love to be in or on the water. Stayed here for 3 nights and also we were very lucky with the weather.

Such a charming hotel and service. Near the highway so expect to hear that sound from your room. Room was very clean. Very affordable and good dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast nothing fancy but very fresh.

Surprisingly good place to stay and breakfast for 5€ per person is a no brainier.

Clean, affordable and modernized rooms including free parking right in front of the building. Breakfast was heavenly great, they even got a WMF coffee machine. Warm-hearted and courteous staff. Recommend it to anybody who’s okay with an occasionally noisy location regarding the closeness to the Autobahn and the gas station. I enjoyed my stay a lot though.

Everything was so fine, the room much bigger than expected and breakfast was just with everything you could dream of.. and parking at the hotel.. and a very friendly and helpful staff. It was the second time I stayed at this hotel and I was disappointed. Personal are very friendly and the rooms are clean. But the buffet (dinner) which was included , was the worst I ever had. Breakfast was good. And the other guests were so laut I could not sleep.

The service was better than the food. The overall experience was good, though. The outdoor seating is nice during the warmer months and overlooks a pretty pond.

We stayed here traveling by car through Germany and decided to find a nice place on the countryside to spend the night, and did we? Breakfast was excellent, everything you need and a little bit more including fresh cherries and strawberries from their own garden. The couple the runs the place are very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

A fantastic hotel! The owner Lorenz Ross is an amazing person with weltklasse-service. This hotel is very very clean and fresh. Superb breakfast, easy to park, extremely good value! This hotel is well worth a stay.

A fine three star hotel with rooms large enough. Cozy restaurant and café also. Was here a week for work but had a good time. It's also a bikercafé so it has it's pros like good people, smoking comfort and so on. Only thing is that the rooms are a bit noisy, bit that's not very uncommon in German hotels :)

We stayed here in October of 2015. Rooms are typical euro size and were adequately cleaned. Breakfast buffet was included with the stay and included scrambled eggs and bacon(a nice surprise). The restaurant food was very good and good value for price as well. The hotel staff was super nice and very accommodating to our group. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

My room was fairly basic, sort of 70s style, clean but uninspiring. Has EV charging but you need your own Type 2 cable. Highlight was the evening meal which was veal with excellent horseradish sauce. Breakfast was OK but unlikely to make one euphoric. Overall a *** experience as classified.

The room was above my expectation with plenty of space for two motorcyclists and all their touring gear. the beds were comfy though I do think quite a few hotels in Europe struggle with the concept of two separate beds as opposed to two separated beds for two unrelated adult males. The bathroom was big and very nice with a large walk-in shower. The bar and restaurant was very pleasant and a good meal...

Pleasant small hotel which covers several different buildings. You would check in at one location and maybe cross the street to your room. Best ratio between price and performance since long! I got a small room, but all I needed was there. Very friendly staff, good breakfast included in a fair room-rate and even the beer from the minibar was NOT to be paid extra, but included. This is really customer-focus.

They've got the sinks in the main room instead of the with the wc + shower. Since I've forgotten my toiletries before that's a good thing.

We were in Bad Bersfeld for 3 days, as our car broke down in the motorway and needed service. Our stay at B&F gave a positive side to the event. Professional, kind service, excellent breakfasts and comfortable, clean rooms.

We spent a night in the hotel during a business trip. I was surprised by the unusual and strange equipment of the room in which the sink is located next to the bed. Rooms clean incl. small bathroom, location close center. Service at the reception nice. Good price/performance ratio.

Rooms very nice and clean, swimming pool and sauna are a nice to have. The variety of meals is good as well. 3 different meals you can choose from.
