Best experience with this hotel. I had been to Oldenburg for company work and had stayed in this hotel for almost 10 days

The location of the hotel was very good. Staff was very helpful and always available. Coffee and drinks were freely available.

EXACTLY what I needed after six hours travelling from Denmark! The free drinks, coffee and ice cream in the public areas made a real difference to the experience. The room was very pleasant and the shower room was exceptionally clean.

Receptionist was very welcoming.

Immaculately clean hotel very convenient to the train station. The rooms are large with comfortable seating, with a kitchenette. There is also a full German breakfast included with sausage meats cheeses yogurt muesli and fruit. A full compliment of hot and cold beverages.

The place was great and the staffs were friendly as well! I highly recommend them 😊

The people are very friendly and the hotel is nice and clean. Food is good. The room are a little bit old but clean and everyting was there so good and nice.

clean, quiet, hot water (really hot), shower gel smells awesome. cool location just steps from the old town.

Nice rooms, small breakfast, friendly personal! I had a terras with a view and it's worth it! Gym is also close by which is a plus! Definitely earns more stars than it gets now

Had a workshop here. Hotel staff were nice, but a bit unaccustomed to the request to provide power outlets for more than 8 people in a meeting room. The meeting room was very cold and could not be heated sufficiently - even though the staff equipped it with a mobile radiator. Rooms were very nice and modern. Room was also very quiet. Would stay here again - but preferably won't have another workshop...

Rooms are not bad, but improvement is needed for hotel maintenance as well as breakfast. Overall, nice stay.

Super location just a few meters from the Weser EMS Halle - perfect for those attending any event held there. Interior was dated but there were lovely upgrades (rainforest shower head, coffee/capucino machine in breakfast area) that added modern comforts. Cleanliness and attention to detail were top notch, super friendly and professional Staff. Onsite parking was a definate bonus just a few meters...

The hotel is fantastic! Lovely, homely rooms, amazing breakfast, nice staff and welnness centre. Not sure why there any negative to average reviews on here. I give it a big 5 stars!

Great location. The staff was kind and friendly. The rooms are okay. Big plus was that you have to ask for a morning robe, to was unnecessarily washing. Thinking environmental 👍 The food taste great, the portions are on the smaller size.

Nice hotel at the limits of the city centre. Good parking places. Nice breakfast. Rooms are dated but the bathroom was super. Completely renovated. The location is on a walking distance from the city centre.

I didn't see a room but i was in two of the meeting rooms. It's got cute furniture but it looked a little broke here and there.

Location perfect. Room was very clean. Staff is super nice. But no coffee maker was in the room.so ask for one. it's for free. Reception closes at late night, but the entrance is easy. Was a nice stay.

Had a one night stopover in Oldenburg and Altera was a great choice. Central location, spacious room, gorgeous hand soap (green tea & ginger) and very helpful staff. Our 2 bikes were safely stowed overnight while we explored the sights on foot. Oh, an the free Haribo was a nice touch too.

Almost everything. Location was great. Room was great. There were even adjustable beds, which was a big bonus. And everything was very clean. The choice and quality of food for breakfast was exceptional. All the staff were very helpful.

Pros: very helpful staff, very nice breakfast and really good location! Cons: it can be quite noisy at night for those who stay in rooms that face the main street (Damm). Even though I closed all windows I could still hear the cars and people's chatting. One night there was a couple next door who were having a big fight in the middle of the night and I could literally hear everything. So the walls...

Very clean and tidy hotel. My room was a bit small but I personally don't care as long as it's clean and has everything I need. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great. You definitely should try taking breakfast on one of the tables that offer a beautiful view of the street outside. Otherwise, the other tables are awesome too :)

Hadn’t a reservation with the hotel. The concierge Marina, was courteous, polite and friendly. She placed used in an excellent room. Breakfast included at a reasonable price.

Very good qaulity for an affordable price. Good clean rooms and a good bed.

Great family room and good location, especially considering the free parking. Rooms could do with more maintenance (broken plaster, mould stains on the bathroom ceiling) but overall still good value.

Highly recommended! Most esp the room is very clean. Just a minor problem in the shower as the water drains so slow and a problem for me with a very thick and long hair. Needed to wait quite some minutes for the water to drain before I can rinse my hair again.

We stayed here for the second time and it was as good as the first experience. The reception at the hotel was pleasant and we felt more than welcome.

It was very clean and considering this pandemic especially they were very careful with everything. What I loved the most was the staff that are really really friendly, and I must add: they take the personal wishes very seriously! I made my reservation and casually asked for a bathtub (as a nice to have) and when I arrived I saw that I got a double-room even I have paid for a single room, when I asked...

Basic rooms are more like pods and are unbelievably loud. You will hear neighbors talk, shower, go to the bathroom etc. Gym is great but freezing so too cold to workout. Breakfast is decent and staff is really wonderful. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.

The best place in Oldenburg with the most original rooms. I slept in the bamboo room with Buddha fountain. The movie room with cinema is also great. And the breakfast gets an A-rate. Everything from dispensers, even the butter. And very complete! Even fresh cut pineapple. And only a 10 minut walk to the Lamberti Christmas market in the centre. The personal is friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Best place to live in Oldenburg! Have been there quite often. The staff is very freindly and attentive to needs of the guests. Location is perfect, walking distance from the Hbf, bus stop right in front of the hotel, Walking distance to the city center. Enough parking space just behind the building. The rooms are specious and equipped with everything one would need. Great breakfast with many options...

Good service, kind people, and a proper breakfast. I was very pleased with everything. Specially surprised by the little "lunch bag" handed by the hotel. Room is cosy and bed comfortable.

Fantastic hotel with such a great service

Location was more on the outskirts of the city, but that was okay. Room was clean, even though getting all lights working was not straight forward (old lamps with strings attached that were almost invisible). Bed was rather comfy. WLAN connection was free but not very good, food on the other hand was delicious. Service was friendly and helpful where required.

Very pleasant staff helps to make this a nice venue. Breakfast offers many fresh choices, and the hotel’s own parking lot is conveniently outside the side door. Rooms are OK, and those preferring hard mattresses will be happy. Bathroom has a tub, shower head, and hand nozzle with string pressure and plenty of hot water. Telekom WiFi in building works well. Great choice in Oldenburg.

The hotel staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Even though there was no room service, they let me order something from the restaurant to take to my room. And since I didn’t go down for dinner and they were worried it might get cold, they went out of their way to bring it to my room, of course, as an exception. The rooms are somewhat sadly decorated, like from the 80s, but the cleanliness is...

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut geeignet, man sollte keine zu hohen Ansprüche haben. Das Hotel liegt ca.10min mit dem Auto vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Man sollte wissen, dass die Hotelgaststätte schon 22.00 Uhr zu macht.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great bar and excellent restaurant. The area is extremely quiet, mostly residential. The breakfast is a very nice buffet. The bed mattress could have been more comfortable and an extra bed sheet would have been nice in the cold weather. Overall would recommend if you’re on a budget.

My stay here was better than my first impression was of the place, staff is friendly, rooms clean and shower hot and powerful, I would have given it 5 stars but due to the Internet kicking me out every hour or so, and the pillows grrr had to sleep without one as the pillow they supply looks great but is unusable to sleep on, great for watching tv if you like watching german tv with constant adverts...

We stayed in Room 24 on May 11, 2019. From the outside, it looks like an American Motel. The hotel has recently been renovated/updated with a very nice modern feel. The room is a little small but for one or two nights very adequate. The breakfast is everything and more. The staff were professional and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Oldenburg area.

Nice hotel close to the city of Oldenburg and about 50km from Bremen. Room clean and we'll equipped, excellent WiFi throughout the hotel.

This is a modern and very nicely designed hotel in a good location only minutes from the centre of Oldenburg. The room was very interestingly decorated and had a very comfy bed and great bathroom. Staff were helpful although the building is unstaffed between 6pm and 8am. A fridge full of drinks & snacks was available outside these hours, and they also offer free bike hire... we didn't try this...

Very relaxing place with a beautiful cafe. I stayed there for a few days. Breakfast is straightforward but high quality and the staff is motivated and obliging. Wlan was very fast and reliable throughout the whole building.

Was only there for breakfast, as a friend was staying there. The eating room was nice and spacious, and clean. Breakfast served was great. Nice warm bread, great taste, and lots of toppings to choose from.

Due to water damage, we had to move out of our house overnight with 2 small children. Fortunately, we came across the boarding home on the internet! The owner (very nice and empathetic, incredibly helpful but never intrusive), the beautiful apartments in a great location with really high-quality furnishings and, last but not least, the extremely nice and thorough cleaning fairy made us the 2 months...

The hotel is much used as an event venue. So it is not veey quiet.

Location very convenient for an instant lunchtime, will be visiting again. The meals appeared to the table really quick and was delicious, definitely looking forward to visiting yet again. Nice food portion sizes especially considering the price. Food showed up fast, was very hot and completely delicious. The personnel were usually on hand to hear our needs.

Really tidy conference centre apart of great food and drink. I would imagine that Weddings there are worth remembering. By the way, I've noticed Shooting Association quarters next door, for someone who would be interested.

I wasn't expecting anything special and I wasn't disappointed :) Have easy parking, nice staff and good breakfast. I am happy. Unfortunately there was no elevator.

It is one of good hotels in Oldenburg, conveniently located near some shopping malls (e.g. schlosshöfe). The hotel is clean with very nice and varieties in its breakfast package.
