Happy with the price and performance. Rooms good size and bathroom recently renovated, clean and quiet. Bus stop directly outside the hotel takes you into town also large car park directly at the autobahn. I paid for breakfast for 16€ and i was happy with what was available for that price. Staff were always friendly and willing to help, Will use again 👍🏻

Due to heat and no air conditioning, the window had to be open in the room which resulted a lot of noise and bad night sleep.
otherwise it is nice that the hotel is right next to the motorway due to the journey.
Good and delicious breakfast with nice service but no quiet area.
The chef and the owner talked very loudly, run bag and forwards in the background. Not a nice experience.

We arrived after midnight so it was great that it was possible to check in that late. Easy parking as well.
However, that’s where the positives things end. First, they charged for the dog twice. Luckily I spotted it and they refunded it.
Second, the room was set up for one person instead of two. Only one duvet and towel for two people!
Third, the room’s key card reader was broken and the staff had to come let us in to the room with a key. They explained that someone had broken it drunk the night before.
So cumbersome and frustrating to be dealing with all of this between 1-2am at night.

I've stayed here three times for work trips to Osnabruck. The rooms were always clean, but they could be noisy at times. Overall, it was an alright stay.

Very clean budget hotel which provides a small kitchen with coffee machine, microwave and kettle with the necessary eating utensils. Good shower. Walls are a little thin regarding noise but we were fine for our visit. One drawback is there us no lift so it was a case of heavy lifting up the stairs. Wouldn't put me off returning though. A little out of the way and only provides breakfast so a short car journey is required for a place to have lunch/dinner.

Do not pay upfront even if you have a small doubt of making your journey. They refuse refunds 🙁. In my case four days before the date. I booked via Google maps thinking booking direct from the hotel's website avoids middle agent comission and did not get an option to pay a flexible price.
