Never go to this hotel. NO HOSPITALITY in any sense. Something went wrong with our booking and then you add up in front of a closed door - outside in bad weather - and you have to call a lady who is not only not friendly but can only tell you that she cannot help you. Avoid.

In conclusion, my first impression from the outside already hinted at a disappointing experience, and unfortunately, the reality matched my expectations. The lack of cleanliness, evident neglect of hygiene, and presence of pests made my decision to leave the hotel immediately an easy one. I left without checking in and had to cancel my booking.

Very lazy buffet no choices just gammon potatoes and cabbage. Not a buffet.
Dessert was cold custard with sprinkles on top, poor.

It's a lovely hotel with friendly staff and nice view. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. I would love to come back.

We had an amazing time here. Beautiful hotel, amazing location! The room was so clean from the bed to the bathroom. The staff did a wonderful job of cleaning. There was a lot of space for my family. Our room had a balcony which we loved! Definitely will be back soon!!
