Great breakfast, reasonable prices, owner showed personal interest in my coming from the USA to this place in Germany. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and staying in Eisenach / Germany

It was a beautiful place to stay and the service provided by the management was very good

Hotel is placed on top of the hill with great view. Restaurant has two sections (inside and outside), both with nice view on surrounding area.

Very delicious food with an awesome view to Wartburg castle and Burschenschaft monument. Specially for sunny days a nice spot to sit outside at the terrace. Medium to high price category.

Typical European hotel without minibar or elevators. You have to schlepp the luggage up 2 stories yourself along a staircase without banisters! Apart from this staff was super helpful. Attached to the hotel is a Kroatien restaurant. The food was great. So was the breakfast for €18 for the 4 of us!

Nice house, great beds and good breakfast. However, I find the statements to guests that reveal a certain Corona-denying attitude problematic. No value is placed on wearing masks, and efforts are even made to ensure that the guests should also leave them out. Really difficult for a hotel ...

I booked a room with King bed and in the request I asked for a room in a high level. I was given a room with two single beds and in the first floor directly on the main street. The toilet was not clean.

Great place to stay. Rooms are big and cozy, with lot of facilities and services. The place itself has a unique style and the surrounding area is ideal for walks or a hiking.

Nice house, lovingly furnished and beautifully situated. Unfortunately, some rooms smell very bad, probably poorly ventilated or damp beds. The breakfast was just so. However, the service is very attentive and friendly. And the morning coffee tastes good!

The building is very old in style and Arcitecture the reception feels very welcoming lots of information and things to look at. Receptionist spoke English too and was very friendly. The room was huge for a hotel and I would also like to make a comment about the heating as it's traditional radiators which are perfect. 4 star? It is a nice and old hotel seems got the stars in 1980... No problem at all but really oldies. Welcome in NDK. But really clean, good restaurant, nice breakfast, but nowadays it seems only 3 star hotel.

Good beds, nice breakfast buffet

The bed was excellent, the breakfast likewise. The location was perfect my purposes studying the lives of Bach and Luther.

The hotel met all of our expectations. The staff in particular contributed to this and were very friendly and customer-oriented. The next time we visit Eisenach, we will book this hotel again.

We felt very comfortable in the Aparthotel Suites Mitte. The suite is tastefully furnished to a high standard. The hosts responded to special requests and gave tips for excursions. We can recommend the Aparthotel Suites Mitte 100%.

If you want to explore the castle of Wartburg this is THE place to stay. Very romantic and beautiful location with views of the Thüringer forest. Nice room with the authentic feeling of being in a castle. Good restaurant offering local specialities. The staff helped with transportation of luggage from the parking lot to the hotel which is on top of a very steep hill.

The location is amazing, 3-10 mins to reach the old town and about 45mins to reach Wartburg and Drachenschlucht. About 5-7 mins away from the bus stop. Not the best experience. Were part of a group. One couple in the group couldn't get a room after pre-booking as they double booked a room. Only after some negotiation did they offer a place in a sister hotel. Rooms are dirty. Location is good. Has Aircon NO KETTLE! Shower pressure is good, but the toilet is positioned so that it's awkward to sit on. There is a launderette round the corner, if needed

Just a one night stay while spending 24 hours in Eisenach, as part of a longer trip. The hotel is in a great location, close to the railway and bus stations, and just a 3 minute walk to the centre of Eisenach. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was excellent. Comfortable bed. Had a very tasty dinner at the hotel. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

The room size was ok, but the room was having old fittings and was kept very cold when arrived. Bathroom was very small. Did not use the dining but options looked good.

Hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the historic center of Eisenach. While not perfect for families with small kids, the hotel boasts big family rooms and very friendly staff.

We stayed one night at the Lutherhotel Eisenacher Hof. Our room was large, clean and the beds comfortable. Wifi worked well and parking was easy and free in front of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner in the medieval themed restaurant. The atmosphere was excellent, however the food was so-so and the service was poor.

Awesome Experience! The Food was Great. (30.9.2021) The Service ..Not so good. We and fellow patrons..were "never" checked on during or meal. We had to Finially "Stand Up ! (Embarrassing) to get Attention of the wait staff.. Specifically the two males .."Not" in Uniform. Wait staff were found to be "always" directly out front of the hotel.. smoking ..leaving many dining patrons frustrated ! We hope...

I was twice in the restaurant before coming in the hotel. The restaurant was famous. Now it is Covid time and thanks to be open. Rooms are fine. And they where making the restaurant for people of hotel. Thanks, it is not easy. People are pleasant and you are welcome. I hope the best for the restaurant and the hotel in this difficult period. We stayed at the hotel over the weekend and slept very well in its quiet location. However, this meant it was about a 20-minute walk to the city center, which didn't bother us. All the rooms were newly renovated, and the breakfast was excellent value for money. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Parking is available. If we ever visit Eisenach again, we'll definitely stay at the Hotel Klostergarten

We also really enjoyed our second stay. Friendly staff who take care of the concerns and wishes of the guests. The room is functionally furnished and clean, the breakfast is sufficient and tasty. We'd love to come back.

Die Pension liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Eisenach (also nicht an einer Durchgangsstraße), aber man kommt trotzdem bequem zu Fuß in die Innenstadt und kann auch die Wartburg gut zu Fuß erreichen.
