DUA Hotel

Super clean and very surprisingly nice, i would honestly expect it to cost atleast twice as much. Super comfy bed, big bathroom, everything is updated and seems new. The staff is incredibly available, kind and helpful. We stay in hotels quite often for work, and I would say this is by far the best one yet-and and the best price. I would very highly reccomend it and gladly stay again!!

Upon arrival, parking under the hotel. There aren't many places but not many cars either. At check-in we are asked what time we will have breakfast tomorrow. I answer at 8 thinking: there will be many customers. When we went down the following day we were alone from 8.10 to 9.00 and we were served a tray instead of the buffet service (with enough food in terms of quantity and quality). The buffet tables had empty containers. We were told both at check-in and in the breakfast room that if we wanted coffee or cappuccino we had to pay for them separately (I think Euro 3.50 each). We refuse: if you book a "breakfast included" the coffee or cappuccino doesn't have to be extra, you charge more for the room (but then maybe I'll go elsewhere); or you offer me the classic coffee from the machine, cheap, and ask me if I want bar coffee or cappuccino as an extra. To drink, in the breakfast room there was a jug of milk and a jug of orange juice. Opinion on the room: cleanliness ok, there is a fan as there is no air conditioning, a bottle of water is offered as a welcome, the WIFI is fast, you sleep well on the mattresses, if you get the room facing the street you can hear the traffic noise. There is no mini bar, but there is a tablet to use as a pastime. Overall I expected something more, given other hotels in Germany for the quality/price/services offered and then please remove the coffee and cappuccino to be paid separately, customers don't like it, they feel cheated when they book a room with " breakfast included”.

Best for working professional for short stay

Very clean, comfortable, and friendly. A quaint place to stay in Sarstedt. The water is instantly hot, and the bathrooms are large. The young man at the desk was helpful. Great value for the price!

Unreservedly recommendable. Super nice and helpful hosts. Very good and correct location. You rooms were clean and nicely furnished. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

Good, cheap and clean!

Nice hotel, close to the Hannover fair. Friendly staff, delicious kitchen. Especially the "Duo bar" is wonderful.

All blankets, pillows and mattresses suitable as allergy sufferers have been completely renewed 12.2019. Bathrooms have also been renovated. All rooms have kettle, smart TV and free Wifi. The hotel renovated with new management and operator Under Dua Hotels. In summer 2020, the Hotel Dua Sarstedt will receive a completely new lift system. Will always try our guests to be satisfied.
