H4 Hotel Hannover Messe

I had a good stay, the room was spacious with big, comfortable beds. Overall it was very clean with a nice bathroom. The breakfast included was very fulfilling with great selection.

Great for a short business trip- executive floor rooms are a good size, modern and clean with plenty of sockets in the right places. Decent buffet breakfast. Was exactly what I was hoping for

It was very luxurious and the rooms were so clean and the beds were perfect.
Staff was so lovely and friendly. Breakfast had everything one could dream of.
Will most definitely be back!

First of all to inform fellow travelers this hotel is not in downtown Hannover, nor even close to it. It's in the Hannover Messe (fair) area, which suited us perfectly as we were in Hannover for the Motley Crue concert there. From the Messe it's only a 20 min walk, so you don't need a car or public transport.
Lobby is big, clean and modern.
Check in was fast, but the young blue hair receptionist (cannot remember his name) was unkind just giving us our keys without any additional info (breakfast time, pool hours, parking,...). Everything of those I had to ask him and he gave just brief answers without a smile and seemed just bothered by us - not a welcome expected from H4.
Room was nice and clean - comfy beds, coffee maker, clean and fairly big bathroom, satellite TV,....
Breakfast was excellent like always in Germany - plenty to choose from. Minus is for low selection of sweet pastries and automated juice machine.
Pool is fair in size and temperature, with good working hours from early morning (7 AM if I remember correctly) so I could get a proper swim without crowds before breakfast. Hot tub also there.
Parking is 9 Euros per day in their garage, but we parked our car for free outside. Just pass the hotel for 50 m and at the first roundabout turn right. Not the first, but the second and third parking lot on your left are totally free in front of a residential building.
We booked this hotel 7 months in advance (due to concert) and got really a good deal at 115 Euros for a double room with breakfast. Over the time the price rose for more than 50%, being fully booked at the time of our stay, so act accordingly if you know your travel dates

Housekeeping staff is amazing in that they wait until you remove your do not disturb sign regardless of time of day and glassware was traded out daily.
Breakfast buffet is top notch with a lovely assortment of all your breakfast fixings that stuffed me every morning.
However-I ordered a room with two beds separate-one queen one single-and instead just got a double single with the two beds pushed together-I paid extra for the bigger room because of my tall brother. I was offered a cot. This was disappointing.
Rooms are quite nice and stylish with good toiletries. Towels are euro-sized which doesn’t really bother me-and shower is spacious nice and hot. We only received one robe in the room so clearly only one of us was allowed to go to the spa.
Overall I think it’s a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Room was very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable, clean. Breakfast was good. Also it was very calm so we had a good rest. Staffs are very helpful, if you need something you can just ask and they’ll handle everything and also they’re friendly and polite. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely go back!

Great Rooms, great service and really nice variety of snacks & drinks at the Executive Lounge.

Had a great stay. If you plan on visiting the center maybe not the best location, but has great public transport options close by.

Very nice and clean rooms. Good food and good service. Many choices to be here, at the gym or in the pool or at the bar 👌 lov it.
