Food was good. But service poor and slow. It took them 15 minutes and me waving my hand before they even took my order for a glas of water, and finally bring me the menu for food. Service people were clearly not overworked but simply appeared not to be interested in servicing their customers seated inside.

Great location and very nice staff. There is also kids club and the entertainers were amazing. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking and sightseeing. Mosel is also close by. The bar was great and so the restaurant. They serve some great local wines. Breakfast was exquisite. There is also swimming pool, open from early to very late. I have stayed here several times over the years. It is always a great experience. The same staff is friendly and speaks English. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a restaurant with a great breakfast buffet and a small bar for late nights. There is a lot of terrain, so you have to go up and down hills a lot though.

Nice 4* hotel with friendly staff and great spa & welness

This is a beautiful hotel, completely tranquil and relaxing. We had a half board deal and were served a delicious four course meal each evening. It was excellent value for money. There's quite a small swimming pool but it was never crowded when we were there. We also used the sauna and jacuzzi. The scenery is stunning.

We are there a week,are well received by the hostess herself.every day super breakfast and in the evening a dinner that is definitely worthy of a star. A romantic hotel in an old castle/manor was perfect for my visit to the Nürburgring as our previous trip we had stayed in Nürburg and accommodation choices are limited so my wife and I were both happy. Had a wonderful stay with Mike! Nice clean rooms, nice bed and a fantastic breakfast with bread from the bakery. Mike is an all-rounder (even if you need a technical hand with the engine 😉).

Stayed here for 2 nights on a motorcycle trip last weekend. Great B&B. Mike is a committed and helpful host. Rooms neat and clean. Good and extensive breakfast. Covered parking for the motorbike. If desired, dinner can be booked at a nearby motorcycle hotel. We will definitely come back here again.

Very friendly and attentive host. He went out of his way to help me. I just stayed one night, but everything was on point. And I got a fair price for being just one person. There was a garage available for storing my bike. Overall, one if the friendliest treatments I've had in Germany in quite some time.

The trout from Heidsmühle - we enjoyed "Forelle Müllerin" - are unbeatably good. They are totally fresh and perfectly prepared. And in the best spring weather and with a view of the rushing Kleine Kyll, they are simply great.

Couldn't stay here unfortunately because of an overbooking but the owner more than made up for it by putting us up in another place in town and treating us at the restaurant, which by the way was delicious. You can eat on a beautiful terrace overlooking the stream and the food is great.

Great drink, food and fantastic service. The rooms look a bit dated, but clean. WiFi didn't work, but the area has 4g coverage. A bit pricey for what it is, but the view from the dining terrace makes up for it. Well recommended for a stay, and do try their restaurant, food was fantastic.

Absolutely lovely place. Luxurious rooms, excellent service, food from the region that tastes great. They ask you what you want ahead of time, so that the buffet is mostly stocked I'm accordance with guests' wishes, thus limiting food waste. Unfortunately the food was so good that I made some food waste myself by taking more than I could eat.

It has been offered by the Kurhotel Quellenhof in Bart Bertrich more than just, as the Registrar in the immediate vicinity. Quiet country town stayed here at the winery with family just to relax and unwind

It seems the rooms were just renovated so they are very cozy and clean. The staff was super accommodating and they prepared a la cart Omelettes for breakfast. The hotel is just next to a park and hiking zone which was perfect for me and my dog.

Our stay at Wittlicher hof was for a sad reason because our dad died during that stay and we were there with him at the hospital. Wittlicher hof took very good care of us and made our stay as easy as possible. Including arranging a last minute diner for us for 20 people at Saturday night. When I arrived at the hotel at 2 pm I was unaware that checking in time was after 4pm. However, as the room was ready I was able to check in easily. Great place amazing breakfast

Out of season stay Ideal location for the 'ring, large carpark made it easy for a trailer. The restaurant below the hotel is a separate business but they were helpful. I went out of season and found reception locked up

We were visiting the Nurburgring and this is a perfect place to stay. Experts on the Nurburgring and a prime location. We stayed in a junior suite which was super comfortable. Great to have a lounge area to relax in. We didn't use the cooking facilities but they would be great for rustling up a quick meal if needed.

So glad I decided to stay here for my first ring experience. Every single one of the team members were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us every question we had they had the answers will be returning next year for the opening of the ring

We had an amazing experience taking the taxi laps with GT2RS MT. The driver, Fabien, was fantastic. The only bitter moment was, that the booking crew booked by mistake only one lap for us, while having charged us for two (we wanted to go two lapses). They needed to squeeze us in, all the experience around it was rather unpleasant, the staff acted unfriendly and didn't apologise for the inconvenience...

Very good next to ring well less than 5 minutes work

Good to stay over for one or two nights. There is no reception, but that is no problem eighter. The building is a bit old and kinda renewed, nothing fancy. However the beds and the shower are more then fine. Had a very good night sleep and a nice refreshing shower will definitely book again if I'm over for a weekend.

To all the haters saying that there are no TVs in the rooms, how do you explain this?
