Stayed here for 7 days on a recent business trip to Waldenburg. The location is perfect as you literally walk across a bridge to the heart of Schwabisch Hall where shopping and restaurants are plentiful. The hotel itself is ultra modern and almost comes across as sterile because of all the concrete. Having said that the room had everything I needed, the staff all spoke English and were very friendly...

We stayed at Rebers Pflug for a mini-break in a room with an en-suite sauna. The room was rather sizeable, modern, and very very clean. Service was extraordinarily friendly, and breakfast, well. We rolled out of there. A++!

I have to admit the place fulfilled my expectations and beyond. Located in a very calm area, the decoration is very modern and the staff kind and welcoming. Fully able to communicate in english. The 3 course menu is outstanding, and the creams from the house splendid.

Lovely Stay Lovely place to stay - shame I arrived late and had to leave early. Great service, lovely breakfast. biggest downside was the car parking - I arrived too late and the car park was full (not the hotels problem) but the on street parking would only allow me to book for 1 hour at a time from 6am... very annoying!

Great hotel in old town square, walkable to everywhere. Super friendly staff. Hotel private parking is across the street, which makes it ideal. Room was spacious for being an older hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Wish we could have stayed longer.

No cleaning during stay, and church Bells. Beware of churchbells that chime at 6.30. This was not a problem for me, and for me just part of staying in the center of a charming old city. I only stayed one night, but had a team staying there 2 weeks. And during this time, no one cleaned their room, even once. Even after they mentioned it. One person also did not get any towels in his room, for 2 days...

Nice enough hotel in a great location. Room was slightly plain, arguably period, but it did have a nice view. Breakfast was average and check out was slow. All in all, an ok hotel, but certainly some room for improvement.

The location was excellent, the Christmas market was literally on the doorstep! Plus being centrally in the town made it perfect for walking around.

Would definitely stay here again. Friendly staff. Easy reservation over the phone and less expensive than booking with 3rd party sites. Check-in and out took place outside which we had no problem with. We’d rather be safe and healthy during a pandemic than go through the pomp and circumstance of a reception desk. An old but clean and nice inn/ hotel. Had a pleasant stay with clean room and bathroom. Single room was a bit narrow but was fine for a day's stay. The breakfast buffet started from 6.30am which was very helpful. Food choices were good but there weren't any warm options for vegetarians.

Excellent stay where our room overlooked the Christmas Market. Our room was very comfortable and the ceiling was beautifully painted. The ceiling looked as if it belonged in a castle. Great staff in the hotel and the restaurant. They let us check in early and they held our bags. The room was very nice. It was a little noisy at night on Friday and Saturday but we also had the window open. I loved the history and hotel decor. There was a lovely coffee / tea shop around the corner to get take away. Beautiful spot, lovely interior and great food. When we checked in for our two night stay the Staff member only put one day on our card. The second day we went out of the building and the closed their reception desk in the afternoon and we were locked out of the hotel for four hours. The response for Anne was "I had a bad day". Really? Very unprofessional.

This review does not concern the hotel, I only spent the evening bowling nine-pin and grabbing some food. The bowling alley is standard and there is nothing to complain about, the food leans on the regional cuisine with fresh ingredients and was very good as well.

Booked this hotel for one night on the way home. We took the junior suite. Reception at the reception very friendly. The Hotel is class..I spent 3 days there...Unfortunately, only in the hospital. Clean, large, the staff friendly. .Everything you could need. The coffee vending machine. Traditional hotel and restaurant popular spot near centre of town. Been a few times over the years and quality consistent. The traditional Schwabish dishes are my personal favourites especially the Linsen Spetzl with the local beer.Fresh and good size portions. Booking recommended especially over weekends.

Very convenient location, 5 minutes to the very center on foot. There are many clothing stores and a supermarket nearby. A huge plus for the hotel is the presence of Russian-speaking staff, which helped in many ways to navigate the city. The hotel itself is new. Comfortable rooms with city views. The price/performance ratio is too low. The price is over 600 without breakfast. The facilities are old and the traditional key is stuck in the door for a long time. The ground parking lot costs an additional 7 euros and the underground parking lot costs 15 euros.

It is an older property, but clean. The breakfast each day and the parking was extra on top of the nightly fee. We liked the central location but it was noisy at night because our windows had to be open as there was no air conditioning. This was a big problem in August.

We asked to stay another 30 minutes after the checkout time and were refused even though the hotel was empty. we also asked to leave the car in their parking lot for 3 more hours after checkout and they charged us 4 euros👎👎👎

Recently spent several weeks here on business. My room was on the 3rd floor east wing and I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and inviting. I got lucky with a very nice view towards the train station and the bus station which as a perk are very very close. A small river runs behind the hotel and it is fairly quiet here especially at night. The breakfast is fresh with coffee, tea, juice, cappuccino...

Staff are not very friendly but efficient. Room was big and clean, shower box very small so could not move much inside. Breakfast is good and was served by the only friendly staff in hotel. Hotel has parking for an additional charge. Spa opening hours were not displayed nor informed and only opens from late afternoon but it seemed good

Single room for non-smoker is good. Peaceful place have an air condition but its up to you switch it on or not.

Stayed their for 13 days.Very close to bahnhof. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean. The rooms are not new and that you will feel from carpet and other furniture, but it was ok. The room has an AC so it was an advantage for summer season . AC helped me since i stayed there from 25-06-2022 to 08-07-2022 which was hot days. The room does not have fridge, but i heard that they have rooms with fridge as well...

Very nice history hotel near the city center. Stayed there a couple of times and the staff was always extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast has very good choices and with very good flavour. The room was always clean. It had a parking structure near the hotel. The hotel TV has the normal German hotel channels.

We went to this restaurant spontaneously yesterday after we had been faced with closed doors twice elsewhere. The restaurant looks nice, the service (boss) is very friendly, and the rolls (parma ham with mozzarella baked on a salad) was amazing, the other salads were also very good and fresh. As for the pizza, it wasn't bad, but it was missing that certain something, more seasoning and more salami...
