Would definitely stay here again. Friendly staff. Easy reservation over the phone and less expensive than booking with 3rd party sites. Check-in and out took place outside which we had no problem with. We’d rather be safe and healthy during a pandemic than go through the pomp and circumstance of a reception desk. The location was excellent, the Christmas market was literally on the doorstep! Plus being centrally in the town made it perfect for walking around.

I attended to my company's meeting and the conference rooms were ok. I also had lunch and the buffet was ok. Many people was having lunch at hotel.

I have to admit the place fulfilled my expectations and beyond. Located in a very calm area, the decoration is very modern and the staff kind and welcoming. Fully able to communicate in english. The 3 course menu is outstanding, and the creams from the house splendid.

The location is perfect as you literally walk across a bridge to the heart of Schwabisch Hall where shopping and restaurants are plentiful. A quaint hotel in a beautiful building overlooking the town square. Comfortable, clean and a decent breakfast. Friendly staff, and the traditional costumes of the bar staff are a hoot! No fridge and no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Hotel bar closes early.

The food here was classic German cuisine. Duck, potatoes and bread rolls were delicious. The shower was the best ever! The temperature and pressure was perfect. The town center was quaint and cozy with its many little businesses. We highly recommend!

Great hotel with almost 500 years of history. Right in the center of the city; walking distance to many of the major sights. The room was very nice and reflected the medieval architecture of the building. spacious bathroom with very good standard. Parking can be a bit of a challenge.

Great restaurant serving local cooking at a fair price. The service was outstanding, making sure we had nothing left to wish for. We had ordered a schnitzel and a roast and I must say the meat was cooked to perfection, so tender and juicy. The owner swears to the Slow Food philosophy, which was noticeable,with great products. My family and I spent three nights here in November and couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations…! The wonderful woman in charge of the breakfast was a sweetheart. I wish I knew her name. An old but clean and nice inn/ hotel. Had a pleasant stay with clean room and bathroom. Single room was a bit narrow but was fine for a day's stay. The breakfast buffet started from 6.30am which was very helpful. Food choices were good but there weren't any warm options for vegetarians.
