Lovely Stay
Lovely place to stay - shame I arrived late and had to leave early. Great service, lovely breakfast. biggest downside was the car parking - I arrived too late and the car park was full (not the hotels problem) but the on street parking would only allow me to book for 1 hour at a time from 6am... very annoying!

Zimmer ohne warm Wasser. Reperatur an der Rezeption zugesagt, abends dasselbe kein Warm Wasser. Zimmer getauscht , wieder kein Warm Wasser. 3 tes Zimmer wusste Rezeption nicht wie der Wasserhahn funktioniert. Zimmer abgewohnt, und nicht sauber. Personal überfordert. Preisnachlass 30€ keinerlei Entschuldigung für den Ärger. War das erste und letzte Mal. Ein sehr verärgerter und enttäuschter Gast. Hotel Scholl buchen hilft.

Hotel was closed upon arrival (11pm) and despite being promised a "night" check in, nobody was available at the hotel nor via the 24/7 phone number provided at reception. We tried to reach someone for an hour and were then forced to book another hotel across the street. What's worse, the hotel did not offer a refund for the missed night. Unacceptable.

Great hotel in old town square, walkable to everywhere. Super friendly staff. Hotel private parking is across the street, which makes it ideal. Room was spacious for being an older hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Wish we could have stayed longer.

No cleaning during stay, and church Bells.
Beware of churchbells that chime at 6.30. This was not a problem for me, and for me just part of staying in the center of a charming old city.
I only stayed one night, but had a team staying there 2 weeks.
And during this time, no one cleaned their room, even once. Even after they mentioned it.
One person also did not get any towels in his room, for 2 days, even after he mentioned it.
Breakfeast was okay. Scrambled eggs looked like they were made in a cast Iron pan, which made them look burned.
And the bacon was chewey.
Will not come back.

Um es kurz zu beschreiben-＞ außen Huy innen Pfui. Wirklich sehr Schade. Von außen ist das Trip Inn Der Adelshof ein sehr beeindruckendes Gebäude in zentraler Lage. Das war es aber dann auch schon. Die komplette Innen Einrichtung ist veraltet. Die Teppiche im Hotel und in den Zimmer ebenfalls alt, abgewohnt und teilweise verschmutzt. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe angereist und in jedem Zimmer gab es Probleme mit der Sauberkeit oder fehlende Zubehör. Die Gardinen im meinem Zimmer hingen mehr oder weniger an ein paar wenigen Haken, so das man Sorge hatte wenn man darin zieht den kompletten Vorhang in der Hand zu haben. Beim Frühstück um 9.00 Uhr gab es mehr oder weniger nichts mehr-＞ keine Brötchen, kein Rührei, keinen Lachs etc. Eine Person war zuständig um den Frühstücks Service zu erledigen. Der junge Mann war komplett überfordert. Dieser Zustand des Hotels ist wirklich erbärmlich und sollte meiner Meinung nach auch mal von offizieller Seite ( in Sachen Hygiene) überprüft werden.

Vor zwei Jahren haben wir im Rahmen eines Festspielbesuches im Romantikhotel Adelshof übernachtet und waren so zufrieden, dass wir auch dieses Jahr wieder das Hotel (unter neuer Leitung und renoviert) gebucht haben. Die Enttäuschung war jedoch groß. Das gebuchte Zimmer erwies sich als Sauna mit gefühlten 50 Grad. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zum letzten Mal miserabel. Nur billige Brötchen, abgepackte Marmelade und 2 Salamisorten. Das beste kam dann beim Checkout. Auf das sehr warme Zimmer angesprochen wurde uns gesagt, dass es mobile Klimageräte gäbe, die verfügbar gewesen wären. Ein Hinweis beim Checkin wäre hilfreich gewesen. Beim nächsten Festspielbesuch werden wir uns wohl ein anderes Hotel suchen.

no air-condition makes this a horrible stay during the hot summer. And the parking available costs almost as much as the room so I would NOT recommend this to those that have a car.

Das Gute am Hotel ist die Lage. Ansonsten würde ich da nie wieder hinfahren. Das Einzelzimmer kostete 160€ inklusive Frühstück. Der Hygienezustand war nicht gut, überall müsste mal Staub gewischt werden In meinem Zimmer war ein Rollo defekt. Im Bad war der Schminkspiegel abgerissen und es lagen überall Haare auf dem Boden. Als krönender Abschluss stellte sich noch der verstopfte Abfluss der Dusche heraus. Nach nicht mal einer Minute war das Bad unter Wasser und man durfte dann alle Handtücher nutzen um das Wasser am Austritt ins Zimmer zu hindern.
