We have already been to the Villa Sternkopf for the second time. It's a very chic place to stay. The apartments are large and very nicely furnished, so that you quickly feel comfortable. The new sauna in the basement is just great. We will be back :)

One of the best accommodation I've ever booked

During the COVIT-19 time the hotel was still a nice place to stay. The room had comfortable beds and a large and clean bathroom. In the room was still a TV for watching. I paid for breakfast but it was not available.

Very friendly staff. We had a large spacious room for 2 adults and 1 child. The food was varied and there was also enough for our daughter. We used the bowling alley. The sauna was heated up just for us on request. There you could possibly make everything a little more comfortable. There are enough possibilities for excursions. Consistently positive

Very nice hotel. Its great locetated. Its in the center of Schneeberg of the opposite of the restaurant Rathskeller. But hotel has his own restaurant as well. Breakfast is included with a good offer to eat. I got satisfied. The service was friendly as well. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Each room has his own bathroom with shower. In itself the hotel is great. The food was also to our complete satisfaction. However, I have to subtract two stars, which has to do with a rather pushy female waitress. The young woman stood out less with good service than with her pushy manner. Even when we gave her to understand that we wanted to eat in peace, she still chewed one of our ears. Very annoying. A place to feel at home! The breakfast is extraordinary with a huge variety and very friendly staff. We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! The hotel and restaurant are renovated. It is an old place which renovated nicely new. Modern furniture. friendly staff. Pleasant restaurant. The winter garden is open for a view of all the Buchholz area which is really nice.

We have been guests here for many years. Sure, the facility is dated and not the most modern, but everything is sparkling clean and the people who work there are very friendly. But, a small drawback, the bathroom is very small. But the breakfast is excellent.

Went skiing in Oberwiesenthal and stayed at the Hotel Goldene Sonne in Annaberg Buchholz. Had called from the way that it will be later, no problem. Very friendly staff, rooms are very spacious, clean. Dinner was also very tasty, as was breakfast. Especially these great rolls that come from a small private baker.

Just a solid place. Clean rooms, good beds, quality breakfast, good local a-la-carte menu. Friendly and helpfull staff. Quier on top of the hill. I don't understand any negative reviews. It's not a 5star hotel so don't have 5star expectations for a 3star room-rate and be fair. I would come back here any time. Do bring your own pillow if you don't like those fluffy ones.

Fichtelberghaus kann man gut Essen und die Unterkünfte sind auch gut.

Schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus mit 5 Schlafzimmern, voll ausgestattete Küche und geräumiges Gemeinschaftszimmer.

Unfortunately, I only get a short impression, therefore, I can evaluate only a part of it. It was a short trip on the Fichtelberg. From the terrace of the hotel have a very nice view on the Umgebungm there we have a chocolate Cappuccino brought and tasted good. Unfortunately, you had not made the effort to came to the cocoa powder mix to which however, larger lump on one.

one of the most delicious rump steaks...this is a special reason, & to come to the Fichtelberg :)

The parking is guarded, which is very important.

We had a three roomed suite. The room was above my expectation with plenty of space for two motorcyclists and all their touring gear. Enough that 2 motorcyclists had room to move around and hang wet gear out of the way. The beds were comfy though I do think quite a few hotels in Europe, including this one, struggle with the concept of two separate beds as opposed to two separated beds for two unrelated...

Amazing hotel nested in a lost little town. Food is very good, service and cleanliness paramount and simplicity is the main ornament!

I was here on business trip and I have to say lunch was phenomenal especially deserts!, as for rooms they are very simple, nothing fancy, clean and quite. My one problem was the wifi which kept disconnecting and the mobile network also switches back and forth to Czech networks, so overall internet was kind of a hustle for me.

Friendly staff and they speak good english, they answered all my question with 200% patience. Very child friendly place, spacious dining area can accommodate group dining. Clean room, even though it is winter, the room is warm.
