Very friendly and attentive staff, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Large selection at breakfast and a really great employee here too.
In hotels like these, service is still very important, we felt very comfortable here. Will be noted for the next vacation, thank you very much!

My parents stayed in the beautiful Parkhotel for 3 nights (from January 7th to January 10th, 2025). In contrast to the negative reviews, they were completely enthusiastic. The service was always friendly and quick. All the food was very tasty, especially the breakfast was excellent and more than plentiful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Also the kettle in the room
Making tea and coffee was very nice. You will definitely come back.

Caution! It is possible that you will be shown in front of the door shortly before your arrival. Unfortunately that happened to us. We had reserved for one night and received a reservation confirmation. The hotel canceled the 2 rooms 4 weeks before arrival with the flimsy reason that we only had one reservation option. However, there was nothing about this in the reservation confirmation. We have never seen anything like it. The cancellation stated that you are welcome to make another reservation request for the period, but the stay must then be at least 2 nights. Unfortunately, no one can be reached by the hotel when asked about the process. That's what I call bad service.
