Hotel Sonne was a delightful place to stay. The breakfast was exceptional! The hosts were very attentive. The room was very comfortable and very clean and looked recently remodeled.

We stayed 4 nights on the Womostellplatz. The view is wonderful. The parking space is still easy to walk and drive on even when it rains because it has gravel gases. The staff is very friendly and the sauerbraten with dumplings and green beans is a dream. I definitely recommend this place ❣👍

We came here again after a year for our wedding anniversary and we were again very satisfied. Great value for the price.. Cherming castle atmosphere, beautiful room. There was almost empty wellness area and pool so we enjoyed it a lot. Also we had delicious dinner and breakfast and nice walk around the castle.

This is a charming place. We got the best room in the castle the suite and the room was big and beautiful. The whole castle is adorable. They have a sauna and pool then the big hall room where you have breakfast. Some of the staff was not friendly but the place was amazing. Highly recommended. The hotel was centrally located to allow us to drive to Seiffen - about 10 minutes away. The room was very comfortable and the views from the top floor of the castle were excellent. However, be aware that the ceilings on the top floor are slanted and you can easily hit your head if you're not careful. The room was big and nice but the shower was a problem as it wets the whole bathroom, making it a mess. It is conveniently located near the train station and a small mall.

After 4 nights here I can only say: perfect! New rooms, modern furnishings, everything you need, a super clean bathroom and a parking lot right in front of the house. Big compliments to the operator family. Unreserved recommendation also because of the reasonable price for long-term stays.

We have been guests here for many years. Sure, the facility is dated and not the most modern, but everything is sparkling clean and the people who work there are very friendly. But, a small drawback, the bathroom is very small. But the breakfast is excellent.

Went skiing in Oberwiesenthal and stayed at the Hotel Goldene Sonne in Annaberg Buchholz. Had called from the way that it will be later, no problem. Very friendly staff, rooms are very spacious, clean. Dinner was also very tasty, as was breakfast. Especially these great rolls that come from a small private baker.

Great resort with a lot of fun and activities for kids. Aparments are large, clean and fully equipped. Staff at reception don't speak english at all only german. Note the one day entrance to pool is starting first day after check in. What means 15PM till 22PM only. Next day is 22 EUR adult/15 kids.This information is missing everywhere and makes disappointed

Very large rooms (former new apartments), ideal for families (large Playground, childcare, etc.), and both Breakfast, as well as in the evening, a super selection of very high quality and many homemade dishes. The location is convenient for excursions and hikes located, but nevertheless very quiet. We were already 2 times here, and would not hesitate to book here again.

Though it wouldn't be hard to walk right past Alexxanders without seeing it, it's in a perfect spot. While not next to Chemnitz's city center, it's a brief walk from the central train and bus stations, making it easy to arrive, leave, and get anywhere in the city. Beyond that, it's elegant, handsome, clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced.

We had an amazing meal at Alexxanders. The service was excellent and the food was consistent and well-prepared. The pace of the meal allowed time to relax and enjoy the different courses outside in the courtyard. The staff all spoke English and there are menus in multiple languages if needed. Highly recommended!

Location is great, in front of ski lifts. Accommodations are not up to par of prices charged, bathroom tub extremely slippery and dangerous, limited toiletries are given (one small soap for a room with 4 people?).

Great service, location and price. The hotel is directly close to the ski lifts and at walking distance from all the major services / attractions of the city. The staff is very friendly and the facilities very easy to use. The room was also very spacious and nicely decorated. Only minus: for us the mattresses were very hard, but otherwise highly recommended!

Have not stayed at the hotel but love the bar at the lobby! Very nice personnel, simple menu but great tasting food. We always have drinks/food here every time we come to ski in Oberwiesenthal. Personnel speaks too many languages to count :)
