Very, very nice owners who try to read your every wish from your lips. The rooms are well equipped, but getting old, but that doesn't matter. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

It's a great hotel near the main part of the Harz. it has a small pool a beautiful garden and nice cosy rooms. overall a great place to stay because there is also it lot to do with in a radius of 20-30km. Incredibly accommodating, polite and smiley staff. The lady who greeted me couldn’t have been kinder… I stumbled across this place after a long day motorcycle riding in the rain. A heavenly rest point where I could park my bike inside the garage, get a cosy night sleep and even dry off my clothes in their dry-room. Thanks for the great stay!

Ohne night getaway. Turned out quite nice! We liked the restaurant and breakfast buffet. The view and restaurant food were the highlights! The room was 70/80s style but clean and cosy.

We only stayed one night at this hotel as we were passing through. The hotel is very nice and the breakfast was also very good. Of course, the hotel is a bit older, but everything was very clean and well-kept. We had a larger room and were satisfied.

We were in this hotel for the first time. Very nicely furnished rooms to feel good in, very good and plentiful breakfast buffet as well as the 3-course menu in the evenings was excellently prepared and very tasty! We would like to come again.

You can just feel good in the house, be it with fresh strawberries and homemade jam for breakfast or the outstanding cleanliness of the rooms. Don't forget the personal conversation with the boss and a friendly, almost cordial staff. I will gladly come again

We really liked this hotel. We had a nice room with a balcony, and there is a lift. Food was very good, served in a 4th floor restaurant. There was a hot buffet every night we were there, which was very good value. Breakfast was also good. There is a pool in the basement, and a lovely garden. Staff were helpful. Plenty of free parking. We would definitely stay again.

Small hotel with super friendly staff. The food was delicious and the room was clean. The pool and sauna area are small but nice and ideal for swimming or relaxing. Price / performance is absolutely justified. We had a few nice days in Bad Lauterberg for the narrow thaler.

Absolutely recommended for a holiday in the you a lot to experience, was previously in 4 different rooms and all of the Top. The bathrooms will be renovated, so I've gotten this year, an old familiar, but new rooms / bathroom. Some of the bathrooms is a little too small but you do not want to spend his day. Breakfast buffet extensively, little bit of everything. Always happy!

The hotel is very nice, has everything you need and more. The staff is, with a few exceptions, very friendly, accommodating and helpful! The breakfast is very rich. The food has deteriorated dramatically, both in terms of selection and taste. Prices have nevertheless increased! The new hotel manager's modernization measures are half-hearted. The clientele is massively aging, and there's no new, younger clientele coming along!

In the winter vacation for 5 days. Self-Catering Accommodation. Standard rooms are outdated but very clean. Those who want the renovated rooms can be arranged for a small fee. Swimming pool ideal for children. The sauna area is sufficient. Cheap family holiday is repeated.

This is a strange place! the hospitality is great and welcome. The elevator is creepy and some of the rooms are not as you might expect. as for the breakfast it is nice and reach and good. Because of the structure of the hotel you may get lost between the rooms.
