Excellent hotel, where almost nothing is left undone. The staff is friendly personally! The food in the two restaurants is exclusive and very tasty. Unfortunately, the outside is not attractive, but the inside is very cozy. Although the hotel is obviously still struggling with the effects of Corona, you can always feel the effort to be close to the guest. Another advantage of the hotel is the obviously huge number of regular guests, which you quickly notice in conversations with visitors who think about them. We will definitely come back!

This is a beautiful hotel with tranquility and lots of good amenities.. The food is incredible taste you will never go without, they really have some of the most talented chefs... and at the same time all the staff are very welcoming and helpful, top notch. Highly recommend this beautiful place. 😃😃⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Almost nothing has changed over the years. And that's good. Comfort, excellent service and excellent cuisine. I'll be back.

The food has deteriorated dramatically, both in terms of selection and taste. Prices have nevertheless increased! The new hotel manager's modernization measures are half-hearted. The clientele is massively aging, and there's no new, younger clientele coming along!

We booked a family suite. The room was terrible; since it was on the mezzanine floor, it was very cold. The sofa was worn and terribly old. The rooms exude a 70s charm. In the corridor leading to the room are seminar rooms, with countless participants standing in front of them. You have to walk past them to the end of the corridor to get to the dark room. The bathroom doors are so narrow and small that unobstructed entry is impossible. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

Great hotel with a lovely ambiance and a variety of ways to relax. Very good breakfast with a huge selection. Great opportunities for sports. Overall, always a great stay.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean, spacious and cosy, the food was excellent, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the wellness facilities (sauna and swimming pool) were AMAZING, and the free exercise classes and gym facilities were superb. I loved everything about my stay and am already planning to come back!

This is not a 5 star hotel, not even 2 star. The room was 37C unbearable and actually made me ill. Quality of food was Ok but very limited choice. At least my kids now know what an old peoples home feels like, so won’t ever put me in one

Not much of a sight from the outside, but as the saying goes, "Don't judge a book by its cover." The old-world charm is more than compensated for by the extremely friendly and courteous staff, and we even had a good laugh with them during an elevator ride. Breakfast, restaurant, and bar left nothing to be desired. The rooms are spacious, and the toilet is unique; it even has an armrest 😂, only for those over 190 cm tall 😆! The many antlers on the wall in/on the way to the restaurant are depressing, but they're also an integral part of the Harz region. We spent two wonderful days here.

We have already made in some Hotels a Spa vacation, but the Revita is second to none. Taumhafte location in the Harz mountains, many possibilities for Hiking and the all-round program with a Sauna, Fittness, as well as everything for the physical Well-being is just awesome. We will certain come again!!!!
