Good location and great service by the team. Parking is easy to find in case of hotel parking is occupied.

It is a four-star hotel an hour away from Zurich. It's a nice hotel in Singen. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is kind. It is not refilled whether bottled water and coffee provided after cleaning the room are provided only once. The location is too quiet and the city is close.

Good rooms, cool, friendly and helpful staff. Best quality for such money. Definitely recommended as location is good too.

Excellent property and very convenient to the city center and public transport(DB trains and buses). Front desk staff are extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and the washrooms are great too. There is a gym available to all residents.

Hi, I would like to mention that it is not acceptable that the extra bed for the third person was not functional. Three slats were missing, which made it impossible to sleep as the mattress kept sinking through the frame. BR.

No signs that guide to the parking. And quite complicated to get to the Brera parking. Two gates and two tickets required. My parents also stayed here and somehow got a single room during check in. That's annoying when there is no one on site to help fix that. Bathroom somehow smelled like smoke. Rooms otherwise clean and simple. Cannot comment on the "Serviced" part. Room was not cleaned in two...

The room was very cold and the insulation was very poor.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a dishcloth provided. An insect net on the balcony door would have been welcome. Otherwise, it was perfect, and I can definitely recommend it.

Longer stay Hotel is in convenient location and close to the train station, shopping area and restaurants.

I was about a week ago and business addresses in Singen, on the road, and I slept for 2 days at the Hotel Victoria. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. But to be quite honest, a volume limited Internet access, more time is not absolute. In the evening a movie on Netflix streaming is not here, unfortunately, there to 500mb of data, the line will be capped. There are in the building, no LTE or 3G, but only Edge, it is virtually without Internet.

Reception in the evening was off putting, I think we disturbed him in watching his favourite tv show. The bathroom items were not renewed from a previous visitor. The little packet with cotton wool etc. had been used, quite disgusting. Breakfast was enjoyable and staff friendly.

Beautiful location at the lakeside with a possibility to swim in it. Big breakfast options, good food and a lot of sauna variations. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are cozy and luxurious. We enjoyed the time there and would visit it again.

In mid-July 2022, we spontaneously "attacked" this restaurant with a group of 5 adults and 3 children. At first we were a bit confused about the dogs, but then we quickly felt comfortable. The host has a direct manner and a sense of humor that probably not everyone understands and might therefore describe as unfriendly. Very rural and familiar. The location is quiet, the owner very nice and talkative. He and his help fairy have done everything to make us feel good. The only minor drawback are relatively thin walls, so that you could hear the neighbors' children.
