Everything was perfect, from the friendly receptionist to the spotless rooms and the pleasant restaurant.

Hotel beside train station. Walking distance (have to make a small detour to the entrance). Staff is great but there are no convenience stalls nearby. Reception staff was lovely with free coffee/tra/chocolate there till 9pm.

We stayed for one night and from the very beginning to the end was a great experience. The receptionist was very friendly. Our room was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. We had two bathrooms which is a great idea even for two people. We were pleased by both dinner and breakfast options. The air around the hotel is fresh and the area is calm, great place to relax. If you are expecting a luxurious hotel with all the bells and..... This is not for you. But great, friendly, clean experience, then definitely recommended. So nice.

We stayed here for 1 night in the family room. The room looked better than in the photos. All was nice and clean and all beds were made for us. Also the babybed was brought in quickly. Minor thing was the noise coming from the kitchen below, however that was over around 9-10pm. The hotel is in Soltau near a park. The center is in walking distance, which is nice.

The holiday camp is ideal for families who want to take their dog with them on holiday. But also for anyone who loves a taste of camping. We only met nice and friendly staff. Unfortunately, we lose points because it is sometimes difficult to get the allergy list in the park. The online list does not match what the staff say. Nevertheless, we had three days of fun and it was a successful short holiday

Had a great cabin, very close to toilets, if you sleep at the other end of the site it's a bit of a walk. Great service, very friendly and helpful. Hut, toilets and showers clean. There are enough toilets and single showers, unfortunately only a hair dryer. Dinner very tasty, various main courses (including pizza, pasta, roast with spaetzle and beans, gyros with tzaziki and tomato rice, fish with spinach...

Expensive but lots of fun. Best avoided during holidays as it can be packed with long waiting times. I appreciate the high level of safety, always double checked before the thrill rides. Well done Heidepark staff!

The rating refers to the simple rooms without a shower in the Holiday Camp. Positive: The village where the houses are is made really cute. The rooms themselves are clean and enough for sleeping. We booked a pirate themed suite which was around 350€. The room was okay, but had no AC and no mini bar. Just how is this possible at this price point?? It was way over 30 degrees outside and the staff left the windows open all day so it was incredibly humid inside the suite. This is far from comfortable. Especially for children and babys. The park itself is great, breakfast and dinner were great...

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. I stayed in the singles room, which was small, but good enough for 1 person and for a very reasonable price. Parking at the hotel was limited, also due to restaurant guests. But parking alongside the road was also possible.

Great value for money. Beautiful surrounding and extra friendly staff. Dogs are welcome and you can directly walk from the property into the forests and nature parks with it's unique flora, fauna and wildlife. Highly recommended, not just for a budget overnighter..

Great room! A very nice room with two beds - we easily stayed 2 adults and two children in the room. The room was very modern. It was redecoratee not long ago. Beds ok 👍 Breakfast was served in front room of the hotel. A basic but good selection of different things.

Very good hotel with restaurant. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was very tasty. There was a play area in the house and a great playground outside - very family friendly. The team was very nice and accommodating throughout. There was also a public refrigerator where we could store supplies from our trip.

We were looking for an 'insider tip' and are very happy to have discovered this hotel for our stopover. For us, the family room with 2 and 5 year old children was just right. A great, high-quality playground outside, a games room inside right next to the restaurant and great food with organic ingredients. We'll definitely be back!

Fairly close to the Autobahn. Small but sufficient and tasty breakfast. The restaurant serves good food that suits a family. Ok rooms, we had problem with the air condition but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Electric car charging is possible for two cars, although it is priced the same as an expensive supercharger which is a bit too much.

I rate the food here. And the service. We haven't eaten so well for a long time. Big compliments to the kitchen. The service was first class anyway. It was a pleasure.

The hotel is situated in the downtown area of Soltau. Shopping, restaurants, bars and museums are all in walking distance. Access to the entire Heidekreis by car is excellent. Easy check in with an unmanned reception, but we were assigned the wrong room at first, and we were a bit confused when we didn't find our key, but after calling them the misunderstanding were fixed. No staff at reception. Guests were checking themselves in. A text in German with my room number. Got that sorted. Decided to stay another night. None answered the phone so rebooked thru *******. Four texts in German so I asked for a translation but got no reply. Nice place but seems disorganized.

Perfect for families with kids Room number 21 is actually an apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is full of activities for kids. The room 21 is perfect for families who attend to assembly in Heidemark-Halle. Kids will love to play after sitting the whole day.

Feels very cozy and home-y, the woman who checked us in was very sweet and helpful and the rooms were great. A nice, relaxing setting with lovely buildings.

Very nice hosts in a wonderful thatched inn. Overnight stays and large celebrations can be realized here in the best possible way. We spent a very nice day here and had delicious meals.

Nice place to stay. Plenty of room for kids to run & play. Owners do check your discarded trash every day and what you discard. Kind of makes you feel violated.

Perfect stay and will repeat next time Charming family-run hotel with good modern solutions, like a smart automat for checking in if you arrive after 21:30. Great and complete breakfast (even with bobbles). Highly recommendable stay if you need a peaceful place to sleep while travelling. Dogs are welcomed here :-)

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean and spacious room. Good breakfast. We missed an electric car charger at the hotel. That might be a reason for us not to stay there again unless one is installed.

Best place around Excellnt in every single way

I don't like previous guests' hair in the bathroom, and I don't like unauthorized tiles in the bathroom.

We arrived at 11pm with a reservation and missed the fact that reception closed at 10. Only the bartender was there closing up. Even though it was not his job he set us up with the room and fixed us a cold meal with what he found in the closed kitchen. With a cold German beer it tasted wonderful. Rooms adequate, parking good and breakfast really good, well above average.

Very reasonable priced, good restaurant/bar and rooms as you would expect. Definitely recommendable and very close to the A7
