If you are expecting a luxurious hotel with all the bells and.....
This is not for you.
But great, friendly, clean experience, then definitely recommended.

We stayed here for 1 night in the family room. The room looked better than in the photos. All was nice and clean and all beds were made for us. Also the babybed was brought in quickly.
Minor thing was the noise coming from the kitchen below, however that was over around 9-10pm.
The hotel is in Soltau near a park. The center is in walking distance, which is nice.

Hotel itself was a little run-down but room was clean and new.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is very good.

I never had booked a room for this hotel they mistakenly garnished money out of my account and I have not received any refund back I live in the USA they kindly took my money and wouldn’t let me cancel this booking they very horrible

very good location, near Heide Park, has a parking, the rooms are very, very clean in reality everything looks much better than in the photos. Also have restorant, food iš Very good

Fine hotel for a reasonable price.
A steak house restaurant on the same address.
We didn’t order steaks as they were a bit pricey.
Ordered schnitzel and cordon bleu.
They were pretty standard and a bit dry.

Very comfortable
Nice place with very modern and comfortable room. Quiet location next to a park and stream. Good restaurant that served steakhouse style food and open late, much appreciated when you're on the road all day.
Four bed room had remarkably good beds for the kids.

We stayed here in a family room (us and our five year old son). It's a very pleasant hotel, friendly staff and good-sized room. The steakhouse is lovely for dinner and breakfast here is amazing and plentiful! There is a great park nearby for kids, and it's so close to Heide Park theme park! Would 100% recommend this place!

As expected, mostly comfortable but cold rooms
Our was unremarkable in a neutral way. Check-in was swift, beds were comfortable and the breakfast good. The one thing that could be improved is that although we had booked well in advance, the room was unheated when arrived and it took about 45 min to reach somewhat comfortable temperature. Also note that there is no lift and 2 flight of stairs to climb to some rooms.
