We stayed here for 1 night in the family room. The room looked better than in the photos. All was nice and clean and all beds were made for us. Also the babybed was brought in quickly.
Minor thing was the noise coming from the kitchen below, however that was over around 9-10pm.
The hotel is in Soltau near a park. The center is in walking distance, which is nice.

very good location, near Heide Park, has a parking, the rooms are very, very clean in reality everything looks much better than in the photos. Also have restorant, food iš Very good

We stayed here in a family room (us and our five year old son). It's a very pleasant hotel, friendly staff and good-sized room. The steakhouse is lovely for dinner and breakfast here is amazing and plentiful! There is a great park nearby for kids, and it's so close to Heide Park theme park! Would 100% recommend this place!

The hotel has a good location close to the Soltau centre and the Heide Park theme park. Family Room was tidy and good size for us. The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings, and there's a terrace and play area for kids. Extra warm mentions goes to the breakfast and really good shades in the room windows, which made the kids sleep for an extra hour. It was also nice to be able to eat a really good dinner in the restaurant downstairs after late arrival. (The kitchen was open until 21.30).

Excellent hotel and restaurant for a stay-over when doing a long-distance trip. Great value for money. The steaks are fantastic.
