Excellent Spa with great indoor and outdoor steam rooms, Saunas and pools. The hotel has very good food and has plenty of areas to relax, there is a nice lake within walking distance . The pretty town of Speyer is close by if you want some interesting historical buildings and there is a nice walk along the Rhine.

Great hotel & spa, with exceptional good qualified employees. We stayed at this hotel a few months ago. Good room with decent bathroom. Love the spa and sauna (no clothes area) to be used on the day of arrival till the day of departure. The restaurant serves excellent breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended

The majority of the time, unable to access the internet for business. If that had not been an issue, I would have given 5. The property is beautiful, hotel is very clean and the room was perfect. Great food, as well.

The hotel is very popular, there are always a lot of tourists. And this is due to the excellent service, a large number of services provided, including SPA, not to mention the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff.

The price was slightly higher than what I would have expected to pay for a room of this standing. However, the room was quiet, clean and with good A/C and provided a good night's sleep. A excellent hotel, always tidy with very helpful staff and service. Restaurant is good out there. When I looked at my room (201) it looked very magnificent and clean too. When you display the hangers outside for example when I hang a “tidy room” they always do it for me! How superb! When you have kids then they give you haribos. Very reliable and recommend

Really nice for first time visitors

Good points: prime location for the Museum and Swimming pools, great breakfast, quite clean, friendly staff. Bad points: no air conditioning, no refrigerator in the room, not cheap. Really it would be only 3 and half stars.

The place is ok for the price, however the sink in the bathroom was dirty and there was a "funny" smell in the room. Breakfast was ok if you don't take the fruit that is lying there since yesterday.

Location is great if you are visiting the Technikmuseum. Also, if you book the 2-days-package for the museums in Speyer and Sinsheim, you get a great price including one night at the hotel and entry tickets for both museums. If you want to visit the city only, there are certainly more comfortable alternatives.

Our one night stay was fine. Staff were nice, room was small, bathroom was compact but shower was good, bed was comfortable. It was easy to park car and location was convenient.

I recently spent 2 weeks at this lovely hotel. Super clean, big beautiful windows that open and the staff was friendly and kind. I highly recommend. We loved being next door to the cathedral and enjoyed the bells. The pedestrian zone for Speyer is right around the corner. The breakfast is an outstanding buffet.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. I felt really welcome, and everything was just perfect. The breakfast is superb, and the rooms are really comfortable and clean. There is a very nice garden at the back, and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. They even welcome you with kind notes and cake. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and delicious food. The pasta and pizza can be requested gluten free (also lactose free & low histamine). They have the most flavorful gluten free dishes in this area. The waiters are friendly. We'd definitely come by again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Löwengarten, it exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to one of their apartment rooms and it was really nice. I loved the fact the room had a Tassimo coffee machine! It's a 10 minute walk to the town centre with lots of bars and restaurants. 25 minute walk to the Technik Museum.
