Really nice for first time visitors

Good points: prime location for the Museum and Swimming pools, great breakfast, quite clean, friendly staff. Bad points: no air conditioning, no refrigerator in the room, not cheap. Really it would be only 3 and half stars.

The place is ok for the price, however the sink in the bathroom was dirty and there was a "funny" smell in the room. Breakfast was ok if you don't take the fruit that is lying there since yesterday.

Location is great if you are visiting the Technikmuseum. Also, if you book the 2-days-package for the museums in Speyer and Sinsheim, you get a great price including one night at the hotel and entry tickets for both museums. If you want to visit the city only, there are certainly more comfortable alternatives.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. I felt really welcome, and everything was just perfect. The breakfast is superb, and the rooms are really comfortable and clean. There is a very nice garden at the back, and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. They even welcome you with kind notes and cake. We were stuck in a bad situation with a broken car on a national holiday, where we had to wait for someone to pick us up from multiple hours away. The hotel allowed us to rest in our room during the day free of charge, many hours over the usual check out time, for us to be comfortable with our baby while waiting. An extremely nice gesture! The stay with them for 9 days was great. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and spoke good English, and Daniel, the mixologist, was a great guy to hang out with in the evenings!

The venue is very comfortable with plenty of space for large groups. On-site catering/service is wonderful, and restaurants onsite for individual meals as needed. I work in IT, so WiFi is huge consideration for event planning and the hotel was able to accommodate free, fast network access for presenters and all attendees with no bandwidth issues.

Great place for long stays. I've stayed there with 2 other people for a few nights, and the stay went smoothly and pleasantly. The apartment was wide and fully equipped, so we could stay in, cook, relax and enjoy the serene view of the yard. It's outside Heidelberg but only a few minutes by car, which was very convenient. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. But the hotel itself could use some renovations. The carpet in the hallways is very dirty, and the desk in the room that I stayed in has water rings on it and the drain plug in the sink in the bathroom doesn't have a release button to open the drain plug.

The telephone is not working, the television has no signal and the room smells like mold.

Good business hotel. Quick check in, quick checkout, reasonable price, first filling of the fridge is for free. Quality and design of the rooms depends a bit on your luck, there are rooms that still look like from the 90ies but also newer and nicer looking rooms as well. A hotel very close to Mannheim train station. Initially we got a room close to the roof, but the manager was very kind and changed it for us. Impeccable cleanliness in the room and in the restaurant. With the Wi-Fi signal it is more difficult, in our room on the 4th floor it was not at all. I hope they will solve this problem in the future.

The hotel is centrally located and reasonably priced. Breakfast is very rich for the price and recommend. Service is very direct and no nonsense. I am not sure what the level of English of the personnel is. Also the hotel had been clearly a smokers hotel and you can still smell that.
