Most modern hotel in Speyer. Navigating the hotel and parking (1 block away, pay at the lot 8€ per 24 hours) can be confusing your first stay but eventually makes sense. We were there for a conference and were completely satisfied. Everything is new, in very good condition and the team is great. Highly recommended and even more recommended when the restaurant is open 😊

Really nice for first time visitors

Good points: prime location for the Museum and Swimming pools, great breakfast, quite clean, friendly staff. Bad points: no air conditioning, no refrigerator in the room, not cheap. Really it would be only 3 and half stars.

The place is ok for the price, however the sink in the bathroom was dirty and there was a "funny" smell in the room. Breakfast was ok if you don't take the fruit that is lying there since yesterday.

Location is great if you are visiting the Technikmuseum. Also, if you book the 2-days-package for the museums in Speyer and Sinsheim, you get a great price including one night at the hotel and entry tickets for both museums. If you want to visit the city only, there are certainly more comfortable alternatives.

Located within walking distance of the old town, beautiful small boutique hotel. We were able to park the motorcycles in the courtyard of the hotel which was locked in the evening. This hotel really exceeded my expectations. I felt really welcome, and everything was just perfect. The breakfast is superb, and the rooms are really comfortable and clean. There is a very nice garden at the back, and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. They even welcome you with kind notes and cake. I would really recommend this hotel, and I look forward to staying here again.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and delicious food. The pasta and pizza can be requested gluten free (also lactose free & low histamine). They have the most flavorful gluten free dishes in this area. The waiters are friendly. We'd definitely come by again.

Excellent Spa with great indoor and outdoor steam rooms, Saunas and pools. The hotel has very good food and has plenty of areas to relax, there is a nice lake within walking distance . The pretty town of Speyer is close by if you want some interesting historical buildings and there is a nice walk along the Rhine.

Great hotel & spa, with exceptional good qualified employees. We stayed at this hotel a few months ago. Good room with decent bathroom. A excellent hotel, always tidy with very helpful staff and service. Restaurant is good out there. When I looked at my room (201) it looked very magnificent and clean too. When you display the hangers outside for example when I hang a “tidy room” they always do it for me! How superb! When you have kids then they give you haribos. Very reliable and recommend

Have visited hotel Residenz twice with my family in the last two years and both times had an excellent experience. The management is very helpful and give you insightful tips of the surrounding area. Located in a quiet residential area. The member of staff who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Good buffet style breakfast. There is free parking in the hotel car park or on the street. It took us about 15 minutes to walk into the centre of Speyer which has a good selection of places to eat.

I loved the fact the room had a Tassimo coffee machine! It's a 10 minute walk to the town centre with lots of bars and restaurants. 25 minute walk to the Technik Museum.

We stayed one night here. The accomodation is around the corner from the church and there is a big parking behind it (paid parking between 08-18h). The room itself was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was okay with decent choice.
