Where it lacks are the basic amenities, like a bar and a restaurant, with guests having to resort to vending machines for the most basic end-of-day necessites.
Also, the rooms and corridors could use a fresh coat of paint and the entire hotel would benefit from an overall refurbishment.
The pre-ordered allergy pillow wasn't available either. So, a night without a pillow.
Vermin in the bathroom (shower/toilet).
The television constantly lost picture and sound.
