We stayed for two nights in early August. Everything was great. The view overlooking the valley was phenomenal. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I also had a great time running on the lane by the vineyard. Only complain is that the room doesn’t equipped with A/C, therefore, our room facing valley was very hot due to the direct sun exposure.

We visit the "Gasthof for 35 years approx 2 times a year when we are on the road visa versa Italy. First for the kitchen. It is marvellous. I used the spa service and it was way above my expectations there are 2 saunas one 95* the otherone 65*, 1 steam room, small pool with freezing cold water and a swimingpool with warm water and nice areas to chill.There is tea, water and fruits to help yourself. Tucked into the heart of Kitzingen, this hotel offers a friendly welcome and excellent breakfast! Parking nearby is only 6 Euro for 1 day. Rooms are newly renovated and offer a comfortable stay - even in the summer heat. I would highly recommend. English speaking!

Perfect hotel, perfect food, perfect service, super accommodating, friendly, helpful, uncomplicated and flexible, the food is self-cooked!!! The breakfast is also a dream with homemade rolls and jam and a rich variety. What is possible is made possible. The vineyard hike is also an experience, entertaining and informative.

Had an excellent Silvaner from Keuper, the one in the so-called Weingarten, which is open from 3 p.m. on weekends. Here you sit in the romantic garden. A good solution in Corona times.

Very clean, the rooms are small. Breakfast is quite simple, not a lot of choices.

Not very impressed by room quality, very thin walls that allowed us to hear our neighbors sexual preferences and our bathroom only let us flush every 5hour or something. Also there was only one plug to use for charging of devices. Despite all this, the breakfast buffet was very good, no complaints on that !

Place is good for the price, you can stay there for a few nights on a business trip. Nothing I would recommend for an extended family stay. Service was very nice!

I have to say that if we could have moved in on a permanent bases we would have.Mrs. Huhu and Mr. Huhn and the rest of her family made strangers feel like family. The property does not open until 5 pm so I had to wait 3 hrs sitting on the floor outside. I was hoping to leave my bags and go, but so such luck. The man who checked me in was very nice and helpful. The bus stop is just outside and will take you to the train station or city centre. The room was big but very hot inside. It was a great budget option.

Rooms were simple, old, small, but clean. Perfect for one night while traveling. However, I would not recommend this hotel on a hot summer day, as the rooms become a sauna and don't have air-conditioning. I recommend going to Erks Stube for food (10 minute drive). A nice restaurant if you fancy a bit more quality than the McDonald's and Dominos around.

Otherwise, it was clean and offered good value for money. However, the garlic smell was nearly unbearable. The location was easy to find, and the soundproof windows truly delivered. The absence of breakfast service is likely due to the pandemic.

Staff at reception and dinning room is very friendly, ready to help you. Rooms are big and nice. Hallway gives you false impression that of an old building but rooms are exact opposite of that. Make sure that you get room on the opposite side of street.

The staff is super friendly, rooms are nice and location is basically in the center of Schweinfurt. The only lacking is that there is no air conditioner so if you come when it's above 30 degrees (like I dd) it's definetly not nice. The restaurant opens just on breakfast and it's very limited.

Clean, space is big enough for a person in single room, not noisy which sleep very well. Breakfast does not have much choice but fair enough

A true gem in the center of Schweinfurt with very clean rooms, excellent beds. The breakfast was great, possible to take it outside when the weather is nice. On top, the restaurant is top notch, no need to look further.

Stayed here on business. Very nice hotel, big comfortable room. Good bar and beer. Will stay there again next time.

It was memorable! The hotel was clean, spacious and quiet. We are able to study and have a good rest prior of our exam. We highly recommend the hotel if you just need a very accessible place.

Beautifully renovated, historic building, very nicely furnished room, but very small, no fridge/minibar and no air conditioning, but a large standing fan, which makes it bearable when the outside temperature is over 30°. Very nice reception!
