We spent a lovely couple of nights at Zur Schwane last weekend. I’d last been here 20 years ago and the welcome remains just as warm. Room, food and staff were great. Sauna area not so great ..... you saw no staff that refilled, cleaned! (No replacement towels, bunnies and empty cups in the relaxation room - were still there the next day ... no more tea water in the late afternoon). The light in the relaxation room is much too bright for me personally.

The staff is really great. The rooms are clean and accommodates any request will be met. Ok since the Hotel is located directly on the main road it is a bit loud. But who comes out of the city should not complain. In addition, the most important start-up can be reached in 5 min flow to ??????????????????????????????????

Very bad wifi connection. It is usefull only for messaging, sometimes not even for that.. Rooms and bathrooms are decent, and there is a fridge available for usage. The bed is fine too, not comfortable enough, but its OK. Probably depends from which room you get.

In terms of facility, it is not 3 star, although they claim so. The Reception could have better ambience and be located at ground floor. Laundry facility should improve. However staff behaves well. Excellent breakfast available. They could have a restaurant as well.

Staff at reception and dinning room is very friendly, ready to help you. Rooms are big and nice. Hallway gives you false impression that of an old building but rooms are exact opposite of that. Make sure that you get room on the opposite side of street.

The staff is super friendly, rooms are nice and location is basically in the center of Schweinfurt. The only lacking is that there is no air conditioner so if you come when it's above 30 degrees (like I dd) it's definetly not nice. The restaurant opens just on breakfast and it's very limited.

Nice place to stay in the middle of downtown. Parking was simple and it was withing walking distance to a lot of conveniences.

I liked the style of the room. Parking at late arrival was super easy in front of the hotel on the public parking (over night it's free). Access to the hotel after reception closure time was also super easy. Breakfast surprised me in very good quality. Definitely will consider using the hotel again as a relay station on a long drive.

Friendly service and very spacious room on the fourth floor. There is a living area with a large couch and tv. The room is also air-conditioned and additional pillows are available in the room should you need them.

Low key? You must be kidding. This place is a hidden gem. It is one block away from the Schweinfurt walkplatz (fussgangerzone?). The rooms are huge and have a refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave so you can warm up leftovers. There is no checkin person late at night, so confirm your travel time plans with the hotel. This is my go to hotel in Schweinfurt.

Was okay for a hotel in the city. The staff was really very helpful and always had a smile and a greeting. The rooms were very nicely cleaned and in a good condition. The breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of quality ingredients and good service from the restaurant personnel. A sweet little hotel with cozy rooms. If you drive by your car, keep in mind that parking spots are limited and you may have to pay an extra fee if you are unlucky enough to not find a free parking spot.

Again we were here for the family Advent weekend. The warmth and hospitality leave nothing to be desired. We are very grateful that we were able to spend this weekend here. We'll definitely be back next year.

Nice place for having a little rest

It's quite away from city center. You will only find nice vineyards and open fields, rather traffic or road. The accommodation is quite nice, don't expect something great, but very comfortable. The breakfast was good too, with lot of options to choose from. They have honest cafe, so you can have late night snacks or beer. All together, quite good place.

This is a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and nicely done. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, not far from the city centre - around 15 mins walk.

The hotel was recently built, therefore the building is new. It is not far away from the main train station which is a big plus. The staff were also preety friendly, English speaking and answered all of our questions. Breakfast is also quite good. We were happy with our 2 day stay.

Location is good with a 15 minute walk to city center, and just two minutes to a supermarket and bakery. Good price/value. We loved the modern rooms although the layout of the toilet, shower and sink was unconventional. Arriving by car is a bit tricky. The parking garage in the back means you don't arrive at the front door but signage needs to be improved just to find the parking garage.

Great location. The only thing they need to update their Google maps direction as it send you back behind the garage. Which is very inconvenient for first time or non german speakers. Hotel is fine but Wi-Fi is very poor. Only works intermittently and you have to keep signing in very often. They need to improve this problem urgently.

The hotel is situated within a 10' walk from the train station, which makes it very convenient if you are on a short visit to Würzburg. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety. The bed very comfortable and the room was clean, tidy and spacious.

A few minutes walk from the centre. Rooms are sufficiently large, but very hot. Some additional power outlet would be useful. Nevertheless, breakfast is more than satisfactory, the personnel very kind and cleaning quite good.

A family owned hotel in a very convenient location. The stay was very please, staff exceptionally helpful and very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much! Room is very clean, quiet, and with friendly reception. Location is perfect. Just across the central station. Although the room is a bit small, but it is enough for single person. only provide shower gel and towel, be sure to bring your own shampoo.( the supermarket is very near. Not a problem at all.)

All the people at the reception were very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, beautiful and clean. The train station is directly opposite as well as next to the pedestrian street. They offered us water in the room as well as help with luggage. I highly recommend it!!!

It was impossible to sleep because every sound from the room above could be heard. Every step, the creaking of the floor – it was unbearable. I woke up irritated, and during the night, it was impossible to fall asleep due to the constant stomping overhead.
