Good location for families with small children. Everything needed, starting with wound pad over bottle-warmer up to forgotten nappy is available on request. The service is ok and food with meals also. The great reason for choosing this hotel is the directly adjacent public indoor swimming pool with warm brine bath water, which is included in the hotel fee.

Lovely German hotel... The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in a hotel! Food was fab and staff all very friendly & helpful! Can highly recommend 👌😊❤️

Friendly staff,clean rooms,decent meals in the restaurant. However,you don't have a minibar, and the exact specification and available variety of the meals slightly varies. Haven't tried the swimming pool yet.

Recently renovated rooms, neat food. Features a fitness room, sauna and a direct access to the public swimming pool right next to it.

This place LITERALLY closes down at 22:00. The staff all go home AND TURN OFF ALL THE LIGHTS!! You are forced to go to bed at that time! Absurd, in my opinion.

Hotel Karoli was a great vacation with a terrific view of charming Waldkirchen, tasty food (sehr lekker) and great staff. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bavaria and loved our time at the hotel. Highly recommend!!

We were on Hotel Karoli in week 40. What a wonderfull visit. The food was fantastic both morning and evening. The visit was included with All inclusive and we never need food and drinks and the personal was very kindly and helpfully. The area Waldkirchen is also a fantastic place to visit. There are 15 different walking routes in different lenght from 4 - 25 kilometers and going through Baurischer...

found this place by accident and glad we did. a bit more than we wanted to pay but definitely worth it. recently refurbished to a very high standard. breakfast buffet was delicious and the owner and his staff very friendly, helpful and professional. we are in the restaurant one night and food was very good. would definitely recommend :-)

The holiday village is a very good alternative to the beach by the sea. It offers an outdoor/indoor pool and a sauna. It is ideal for dogs.

Area and environment very nice-unfortunately we didn't like the location of the holiday apartment that we wanted to buy there-it's a shame everything else was very good for us.

Very nice facility, great location. The only thing I have to complain about is that the sauna only opens at 4 p.m

Quite cozy, honest family hotel, located on the Freudensee, only separated from it by the access road. The lake rises idyllically into a forest and invites you to take a tour.

Simple hotel, unfortunately very old and a mosquito paradise, also in the room. The spiders in the room were probably overwhelmed ... In addition to the astonishingly high room price, I didn't think so ...

We were very satisfied and can really recommend it. Beautiful lake right in front of the door with its own bathing area and a few meters further there is a flat area for the children to enter with a beautiful, unusual playground. There is also a playground right by the hotel. Service and friendliness was great. Breakfast was also very good and more than adequate. We were also allowed to borrow a rowboat...

We stayed at one of their holiday apartment. It has very basic amenities. The kitchen is tiny 😂 but has all the basic kitchenwares. Bathroom has 2 sinks. That's a big help when there with more than 2 people. They have a bread delivery service to your door. That's very helpful. The hotel is opposite the Freudensee. Beautiful view. We were in September, a week at the Hotel Seehof for Hiking and a little Sight Seeing. My husband and I felt in good hands. The Service was friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean and spacious. The food was also good and varied. We love the Bavarian cuisine. We plan to come back in the summer, since it is determined baden great in the lake....

The beer garden is very unloving (plastic sets, plastic table cover, rusted screens...). Service was good, the quality of the food was excellent. The loveless together thrown salad without Dressing and was garnished on top of all the already dried-on scrambled eggs...probably from Breakfast remained. The other dish (Cordon Bleu) was the TK broccoli cold and hard. Meat and hash Browns were mediocre...

The hotel has great central location. Check-in and out was easy and quick. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices! I found everything clean and nice. I appreciated the free wifi, that worked all areas of the hotel. Free parking was also a plus.

But what I was allowed to experience with you is incredibly, genuine hospitality (right Family) super eat right with fresh ingredients, super Breakfast buffet, ample choice of fresh salads...

The hotel is at a great hillside location in a quiet area. You can't even hear the street nearby. Owner and staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was nice. We really enjoyed our days in the sauna, hotel and surrounding area. Family atmosphere. Can recommend the hotel to everyone. We will gladly come again.

I stayed at this hotel for a short trip with my boyfriend. We were absolutely amazed by the friendliness of the owner and the delicious dishes! Here you can relax and recover from everyday life. The rooms are very spacious and friendly furnished. The works of art on the walls of the owner's niece give the ambience something very special. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely be back!

The hotel, lovingly run by the owners, immediately invites you to relax. The entire hotel area is beautifully designed and the rooms are very clean. The food is delicious, always freshly cooked, healthy and appetizing. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. Even the dog of the house wrapped us around our paws. The food is always just outstanding, one of the best places to eat in the refion. Menu changes quiet regularly to adjust to the fresh produce at the time. The staff are always extremely warm, friendly and organised.

Rooms are cozy with a small balcony. Food was perfect in the restaurant. Staff is friendly. In the middle of natural paradise.
