Hotel Wilder Mann

Terribly old low rated hotel. The only advantage is the location. We ordered double suite but they offered us a room for three children with very small beds. We paid much money but ended up being in an economy small old room which was the worst experience we've ever had. On our request to make a refund of finances was only negative refusal. The breakfast is bad and very basic. The place us full of very old people.
So i definitely don't recommend this hotel.
P.s. dear representative of the hotel my answer to yr response is: we arrived late in the evening, and after your impossibility to provide us with the room we ordered and refusing to give us money back we had to stay in that small bad room you offered. My review isn't discriminating, my review is true and realistic for other people who value good quality and service in order not to be deceived and trapped. Let my review for your hotel be a motivation to improve and change for better. Good luck.

The Stuff is disorganised, everyone has their own story, but they have in common that they try to take as much money as possible without telling you all the details of the Hotel, so it's no wonder that I didn't see any other guests in the Hotel there, and not even the time of arrival and the method of payment for arrival, if you are coming especially at night. However, look for another Hotel, so that such things do not spoil your arrival in the city.

A true visit of the past: no fridge, no coffee machine, no water cooker, no microwave and a room temperature below cozy.
