This is an incredible hotel, with incredible views. It is about 2 km from downtown Waren. The service was excellent in English. The breakfast was superb, and on the deck overlooking the gardens. Make sure to go for a walk around the on-site gardens and along the lake. A little hard to find, but all the best places are. I would come back here for an extended stay.

It was nice and modern but still with the old feeling of history in “old town” with the square and cobblestone street just outside.

We felt very comfortable. Staff very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and big. The mattresses were too hard for us. Breakfast was okay and sufficient. The hotel is close to the port. Everything easily accessible. We found underground parking with the ramp very difficult. Really a challenge with our car.

A good decision to settle there. We were there for 3 nights. There was a delicious breakfast. When the weather is nice you can have breakfast on the terrace. The staff was very nice and attentive. The room was clean and quiet and centrally located. We would be happy to come back.

A really nice hotel. The hotel is in a quiet location, but it is a five-minute walk to the old town and the harbor. The rooms are very spacious. Bathroom with window. Very clean and comfortably furnished. For a three-star hotel, this is already a high standard.

We had a very nice stay at the Altstadthotel. Very, very friendly and attentive staff, we felt welcome immediately. The room was small but perfectly adequate. My stay from 21st to 26th September Staying at the Mucha family hotel was very pleasant. Everything was fine. Everywhere friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and always a rich, varied dinner. If you want to treat yourself and your health to something good, you should decide to stay at the Waren health resort. We enjoyed the very good treatments (thermal brine), the excellent cuisine, the friendliness of all the staff and the beautiful location. Top marks for all areas and a clear recommendation.

My husband and I were thrilled with the Waren health resort. The rooms and the other premises are very good. The food offers something for every taste and the staff is very friendly. This place is really a spa for seniors but we had a nice time. Sauna is top notch. Breakfast was great. If you want a massage or some rehab this place is set up for it. If you want to be near the action of the town this is not the place for you.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The customer service was really good, breakfast was superbly, pool and spa area bery clean and they even have a salt room in the spa. The location is perfect, just 5min car ride from the next city with lots of restaurants. And the view of the river is beautiful too

I had a wonderful time with my family at the Amsee Spa while here visiting from the USA, great location by the lake and the amenities were excellent. The pool was splendid as well as the jacuzzi, I really enjoyed the saunas, so much to choose from, outdoor sauna with a view, indoor saunas, steam room and so much more. I tried them all. After the whole corona dilemma we went to a dance workshop at the Hotel Ecktannen. As always, very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and the WiFi works really well now. Food was very tasty and a bar with a good selection of whiskey.

Very nice hotel, suites were very large. There was a safe in the room and there was even a cooking station with refrigerator present. Overall the staff were kind. Breakfast was wonderful with a variety of choises. Hotel is close to the camping Ecktannen, about a ten minute walk, where you can go to the beach for free.
