Such a nice and quiet hotel, great location, cozy rooms, great and super friendly service, great breakfast and the restaurant meal in the evening... so delicious!!! Clear recommendation! We would love to come back!

We were there again for breakfast.
Friendly, attentive service, as always, very pleasant, the lady was on hand, big praise 👍👍.
We were quickly asked and informed about our wishes.
Rich selection at the buffet, something for every taste.
Only the scrambled eggs were a bit stiff,
But it doesn't detract from the whole thing, I probably would have gotten a la minute if I had said something.
Again for breakfast at any time.
Billing via reception is also easy and trustworthy.
We'll be back👍😉

The hotel is located directly on the river bank in Waren an der Müritz. The staff was extremely attentive and very concerned about my well-being. Every question was answered patiently and provided with one or two excursion tips. My visit to the restaurant was not only delicious but also an experience thanks to the exceptional friendliness of the staff. I was able to do a lot of things in the area by bike and also take the boat back.

The location of the hotel is very central and parking in the underground car park is very practical. However, for a 4-star hotel in this price range, the service and cleanliness can be improved. When booking the room, a voucher was requested, but this comment was not taken into account. The greeting or farewell was quite simple both at check-in and check-out. They didn't even ask if they enjoyed their stay, let alone wish them a safe journey home. Our double room facing the lake was in need of renovation in many places, for example the chipped paint on the walls or the scratched fitting on the sink. Unfortunately there were cobwebs all over the ceiling and dark hairs in one corner of the bathroom. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable in the room and were able to sleep well in the comfortable bed. We liked the breakfast best in the entire hotel, and the service was also very friendly. The hotel has a lot of potential, but could use a breath of fresh air in both the service and the rooms. In the current situation we would unfortunately prefer other hotels due to the price-performance ratio.

Nice little hotel in a great location. Parking space available or underground car park. Very nice and super friendly staff in all areas. Single room with lake view, great terrace and delicious breakfast with a large selection.

So nowadays in a so-called 4 star hotel there is no longer a fridge or air conditioning in the room. Sorry, but that's not possible! We only received a kettle and tea/coffee upon request and the toilet flushing is worse than in Thailand or in Bali. There is no parking space for the hotel. These are all public or resident parking spaces and you have to get a ticket or you will get one from the friendly ones. There isn't even a loading and unloading zone! The underground car park is an imposition and if you have neighbors who don't park, you'll be able to drive like a champ.

Top address, great staff, especially in the restaurant, prices very high, breakfast very good but 23 euros, underground car park 17 euros per day, but everything else is reasonable. Kitchen is amazingly good.

Hotel Kleine Meer has a great location with underground parking and elevator. Rooms with a lake view are a bit small but you sleep well in the beds. Room with lake view full south side, no air conditioning. Opening the window will also be difficult because the smell of a restaurant is in the air in the evening and there are restaurant seats under the window.
Food and breakfast were ok. The staff is typically Mecklenburg, gruffly friendly.
Overall, recommended, maybe a little overpriced.

Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr modern eingerichtet.Frühstück super und es ließ keine Wünsche offen.Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.Lage zur Altstadt prima.

Great location, and friendly staff. The Family Suite on the Lobby floor had a wonderful terrace with seating and a view of the lake. Bathrooms were modern and clean. The double bed in the separate bedroom was comfortable and inviting. The staff anticipated our stay with a one-year old and prepared a baby bed as well which was perfect. The one downside was the room was located next to the elevator and Reception so it was a bit noisy but closing the inner door in the living space helped. Also a Floor lamp seemed to be missing in the living area as there was only one small light over the coffee bar for the entire room which was not enough to make the whole room bright. Minor things which did not take away from the enjoyment of our stay.
