Very outdated 5star hotel in prime Location. Without this Location it wouldnt even be a 5star at all. Just been an afternoon in their Panorama Cafe. Enjoyed the coffee and the View. - Came by car with Baby and used their own i door parking. Unfortunately it wasnt mentioned anywhere what kind of car size will fit. We had big issues changing the Floors to find a parking. And almost crashed the car like...

Location is great and thats about it. Huge building from socialistic times full with pensioners. Service is hit or miss - some personell friendly and some are just grumpy. Curious how this hotel got a 5 star rating - more a 3 star in my book, as i dont get any luxury vibes from it. At any rate, it is way overpriced.

Loved the included breakfast buffets, the view from the balcony of the room, the service (incl. the refill for the coffee machine in the room). I used the indoor pool daily. The view and the indoor pool were my main reasons to pick this hotel. Hotel provides a shuttle service to/from the train station. There are no taxis at the station and walking would be far too far.

Room quality as well as bath room quality was excellent. The location is wonderful, and both the restaurant (Fish & Beef) and the breakfast buffet were excellent.

After an extremely stressful overnight train journey preceded by a totally unprepared flight cancellation, my wife and I were delighted by the friendly greeting and warm hospitality of the staff at this hotel. They immediately found an available room, despite that it was before noon, for which we were most grateful after our tiring journey. Nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely amazing place, haven’t been at the spa but the bathroom is a spa itself ! Luxurious details in the room, lovely sight on the harbour . Delicious breakfast !

Stayed at the hotel because I had to work in Rostock, I didn't use any of their many facilities, I had dinner at one of the restaurants and was delicious and service was very good. The room is perfect, a lot of space, a couch, desk al lot of cabinets and closets, the bathroom is also very spacy a bath, shower double sink. Complete room breaths comfort. My room had a view at Neuer Strom, and a terrace...

Great Ressort. You can it is aging but its well maintained. Excellent breakfast and wellness. Just the Beach was full of litter and THW cruise ships poluting the air all day.

Pros about the hotel It's perfectly located, clean, bed is comfortable, staff is friendly, there is also a convenience store in the lobby, the restaurant is nice and there is a large selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Good hotel with pragmatic very clean rooms. Food is from the buffet I has a good quality. The staff is child friendly. The hotel has a great SPA area with an extra area for smaller children. I recommend it for a short Baltic Sea trip, if you just are looking for a good stay and do want the whole package Room, Breakfast/Dinner, SPA.

The Aja in Warnemünde is a great place to stay. The staff is amazing, the rooms a great and we enjoy the time very much. Breakfast ist good, sometimes a bit overcrowded.

Beautifully located, idyllic location, beach within walking distance. The room was very neat and clean, the interior was a little old but quite comfortable. All the staff were great. Pleasant, competent and useful. Breakfast is very rich. Gladly again!

you have everything what you need in your room and along the area. A really nice buffet and a nice sauna. We also love the natural beach an the direct access.

Our stay at the Dünenhotel in September was great. The food and the room are great, but you can't beat the location right on the dune. Warnemünde is definitely worth a trip. You can get there quickly by bus or on foot. I can only say Markgrafenheide is already on our vacation planning for 2022.

We spontaneously went to the Baltic Sea, to the Dünenhotel, for just under a week and were very enthusiastic. The location, directly behind the dune, the clean hotel and the courteous, friendly staff, who, despite the Corona-related restrictions, go out of their way to meet all the guests' wishes for breakfast. Some of the dishes are freshly prepared for each guest. Thanks very much.

Everything was great, excellent service at breakfast. We didn't miss anything. All the employees in the house were courteous and friendly. Despite Corona requirements, we were able to recover and say thank you very much.

Adored my stay at this perfectly located hotel. Library nook and a sea breeze met my writing needs, as did a quiet, comfortable room with many thoughtful touches. I'll be back!

We are staying at the Godewind again and as always we are very satisfied. The service is great, the breakfast buffet is very appealing and delicious. All in all a very nice, relaxing holiday.

10 points for the beef and burger restaurant We used the restaurant for lunch care on our company outing. Thank you for the nice and excellent service. It was easy to organize with the hotel team. The food was great and special requests were also taken into account. We felt completely at ease.

Typical 4 star hotel. Great importance is attached to hygiene. Everything was very clean and the food was very sufficient and tasty. The bar also fulfills every wish (also special requests ;-)) Family-run, which you can tell from the perfect service. It is not far to the beach and the Netto supermarket is also nearby. In the hotel you can also eat great burgers, which are advertised all over the place...

This is our first time at this hotel and we were very surprised at the friendliness of all the staff. You don't always have this experience. Small complaints were dealt with promptly ... a big thank you for that. The food in the restaurant of this house is excellent 👍 We would check in there again and again.

Location, comfort and breakfast were great. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The only thing tvat night be of concern for some is that the elevator hasn't been working.

We had the "small" apartment. Clean room, stable bed also for overweights, nice and tidy kitchen, tableware, silverware and glasses all available. There is no ceiling lamp, but several other lamps make up for that. No own car parking. Not very cheap, but worth its money, also because of its location.

the location is superb. Just in the middle of the happenings, but no cars noise around. and there is a bar that opens till late in the might, very cosy if you just want to have a drink or two before bed, and the young bartender will tend your requirement, or offer an alternative if he doesn’t have your fave drinks.

Once you checked in, everything in Warnemünde is in walking distance, and Rostock can be reach by public traffic - the train is just 200meters away from the hotel. Indulge yourself for a view days!

Nice hotel with fine rooms. Breakfast buffet is good. The hotel is very near restaurants and shops and a short walk to the beach. The only disadvantage is the parking garage which is very crowded and difficult to manoeuvre the car. Would recommend to park outside on a public parking lot in the vicinity.

The ratio quality/price is pretty good. The hotel is well situated side the harbor, quite close to the rail station, the down town and at a walking distance of the beach. The breakfast variety is reduced but given the price it is fine. No complain at all.

The location is great. The room is very clean and nice. Our room was on the ground floor and the window was facing the parking lot so it was not the most romantic view. The breakfast was good but not alot of options for vegiterian/vegan. The staff is very nice and speak English

The double rooms are 1 floor below and you will not get any sea view and the Wi-Fi in the room was pathetic as the reception was too bad in the bed room and you have to be at the door to get the WiFi. The breakfast can be said OK and didn’t have much on its menu. Overall the price was too high when compared for the facility and food they provide.

Getting old, but the staff was very friendly, communicative, helpful. Breakfast buffet completely adequate. The restaurant is very tasty, if you don't like the hustle and bustle of the river and want to enjoy the best food in a quiet atmosphere, this is the place for you. It takes a while, but when you see the fresh vegetables on the plate, you're happy to wait.

Hotel staff was nice and friendly, and the room was absolutely spotless! Beds are comfy and breakfasts are delicious and fresh. Good place for a proper (no noise or parties) vacation! The whole place is like made for hikes and walks, so make sure to take some comfy shoes with you and discover this beautiful area :)

Nice little hotel. Top service, friendly, helpful and courteous. Good transport links in all directions. Breakfast is very good, something for everyone. 100% positive rating. The mattresses should be improved. We stayed here for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. Afterwards we were in the best holiday mood and went on the Aidamar towards Denmark-Norway-Sweden. Perfect for a short stay. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes and the bus stop (to get to Warnemünde) is right in front of the door. Small and very clean hotel, with very friendly staff. Unfortunately there is no elevator. The rooms are functional and modern, some flaws in terms of the bed... In warm weather too thick blankets drawn in, the bed frame for small people not cheap. Unfortunately no fridge...

My wife and I checked into the hotel on September 23, 2018. We were scheduled to stay one night because we were scheduled to board the Norwegian Breakaway cruise ship on September 24 ,2018 at the Warnemunde port. We walked to the cruise terminal and were informed the ship was leaving Copenhagen on September 24, 2018 at 2 pm and not stopping at Warnemunde due to bad weather.The receptionist at the hotel...

Place is nice. Room is clean. Restaurant also nice and clean. Great food.. Great service. Only if they could hv TV with english channel and AC or a fan for summer especially I would rate 5. But overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is very good. By the river. 5 mins walk from the main station. 10mins walk from the cruise port.
