Fifth time we stayed here and will visit again. Nice restaurant and great location in the Moselle. Very good breakfast. Short distance to Bernkastel and very quiet. I hope to be back in summer with more of my family. My late wife loved it here.

We were only in for a meal - they have potatoes as an alternative to fries !! 🙃 Good service and very good food 👌

The best deal I have had in a while. Very friendly staff, fabulous nature views and comfortable rooms. Me and my family felt at home and fully enjoyed our time there. I would definitely come back with my family and stay for a longer period this beautiful place.

The best staff I have ever had help us! We showed up late and they still served us dinner and made us warm drink too warm up after 12 hours on bicycle! Room was great and we slept amazingly also! Breakfast was just as good. Fresh food and drinks and even cooked extra and special request! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Situated right on the Mosela cykling road, pro biker oriented, meal very tasty and big portions, kind staff, rooms small but clean.

A fantastic experience at a truly medieval castle. We stayed for a few nights in the "Carriage House." Beautiful in every way. The resturant is a bit expensive for our tastes, but the food was fantastic.

No need to write lots - great hotel, staff, food and atmosphere, their wine tasting room next door has 5 Gault and Millau grapes... that's pretty much says it all. On or off season, it's amazing.

Nice clean rooms, nice breakfast, but hostess is no longer friendly if we didn't buy wine from them. In the evening it is not allowed to sit in the guest room and it is not possible to get coffee, tea or soft drinks.

Thank you for the week! We have fond memories of the Löwen family. Both the senior citizens and the boss made every effort and looked after the guests. The rooms were cleaned properly every day, the breakfast was good and sufficient. In the evenings in the wine tavern, we had interesting conversations with the family. Was very good. The wine is also highly recommended;)

We were guests in a great apartment with a very nice panoramic view of the Moselle and the surrounding area. The hosts are very, very nice and concerned. We had a lot of fun and would be happy to come back.

The cake was delicious, lots of choice, the terrace is nice and quiet. The waitresses were all very nice.

Payment only in cash. No bank cards. Prefer to go to Luxembourg or France, bank cards of course, cash rarely.

Very, very nice, exceptionaly clean rooms and a great cafe serving delicous food in a peacfull setting with woodland walks nearby. The owners (Jan Ernst) are extreemly friendly and accommadating and the breakfast delicious. 5 stars from me for sure.

Beautiful property... about a 25min walk to historical down town. You can take a cab but it’s a awesome walk thought wine country! The hotel staff was very nice this is a large property with lots todo.

It's good, not excellent. It's dated, the "rooms" are pretty small but the apartments are of a good size. Plumbing, kitchen, shower/bathtub is ok. German granny style :). Colors are basically Brown and dark brown and tad's of gold. (Don't get your hopes up, it's all fake). In this (extreme) hot period it's also very hot and humid in the rooms even at night. (No airco) Food is reasonable, nothing to...

Needs work Wlan is bad, food wasn't very good. The little shop wasn't opened long enough. To much meds given. For me it was a waste of time.

Ms. Müller is a warm woman who made you feel like she was having fun at her work. We had a clean room with a TV and a double bed. Nice place, not fancy and yes the decor was stuck in the 80s (70s?), but the hostess was very friendly, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the price was right. We stayed here for the Bernkastel-Kues weinfest 2018, and it was a bit of a hike to BK, almost 3 miles. But it was a nice footpath along the river, so no regrets. And taxis were available...

Great location. Public parking around the corner. We had two rooms. A perfect hotel in the heart of historic Aachen.

We had a very nice room with a roof terrace and a view of the Moselle, everything was clean and well-kept. It's a historic building, so I can see the light soundproofing in the rooms. The only drawback, we booked with a dog. Breakfast included. But the dog is not allowed to stay alone in the room? But not in the breakfast room either... uhmmm, how am I supposed to have breakfast then, please? Therefore...

I liked the really family friendly activities. Holydays with little children is no problem. Playgrounds everywhere. Very nice location for day trip to Trier.

The Cabins are realy nice, clean on arrival and updated. There is however poor WIFI connections. At the pool, you will need coins to store your clothes and such, but there is no availability to get money or change ro smaller at the location.

We stayed in a mobile home and it was just lovely ! For the price for 3 nights, there are a lot of free access activities to do with kids. There is an indoor swimming pool, a huge indoor playground, bowling, a mini bar for the parents that are watching the kids playing. The mobile home was clean and nicely decorated. It has everything you need to live on your own quietly. There is also a supermarket...

The park: It’s a nice park on top of a hill, there are many facilities like an indoor swimming pool, indoor play area and many outdoor playgrounds. The restaurant is good but you need to reserve a table. During our stay the snackbar was more closed than open. The park shop is ok, it has it’s own wine/alcohol corner. When buying food I would advise to look at the date. We had some items which expired...

A Gem of a Place Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters).

A easy stay in Bernkastler-Kues Nearby everything but sadly a bit to warm room (ac didn’t work) Breakfast was 300m away and really good!!

Excellent option in Mosel Well localized hotel in Mosel, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast. There is no lifting in case of many luggages.

Very simple hotel. The room functional, clean with a nice bathroom. The location in the old town great only for sleeping very noisy. The breakfast not appealing. Very basic, paid €100 for one night in a double room. Wouldn't book there again.

Barrier-free, as there is an elevator and only a small step in the shower. But the entrance cannot be reached by car. The location in the old town is otherwise great, but you have to be able to walk well. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately the beds were a disaster. The staff was very friendly!

The rooms are so quaint, the staff are so friendly and attentive, location is central. Restaurant across has some of the best food I've ever had. I ordered the grilles salmon, with potatoes and cooked spinach.

A beautiful town with a charming centre in the traditional German style. If your staying at a local hotel a voucher is available to allow parking in public car parks. (5euros 2019).

Beds are a little hard for my taste and no fitness room, the pool is also a little small. Staff is excellent as well as the breakfast buffet.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of the city, restaurant and bar was outstanding with the whole crew friendly and helpful. Missing one star due to my room not being able to control the temp and got quite chilly at night also didn't understand why the electric stayed on when I left my room. Normally you have a place to insert your card but I had none.
