Fifth time we stayed here and will visit again. Nice restaurant and great location in the Moselle. Very good breakfast. Short distance to Bernkastel and very quiet. I hope to be back in summer with more of my family. My late wife loved it here.

We were only in for a meal - they have potatoes as an alternative to fries !! 🙃 Good service and very good food 👌

The surroundings of Piesport are very beautiful but there is not much to do in the town. The restaurant is nice with a good variety of the owner's own wines. Easy to find parking but the hotel itself has only a few places.

This hotel has a great location just on the waterbed of Mosel. Surrounding is the Goldtröpfchen vineyards, It don´t get more beautiful. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is great, the service is so good and the Family Hain has a very nice place here. The Weingut Hain is also good, and belongs to the higher quality Mosel wines. I We will recommend any time.

Wunderbar. We were staying here during our visit at Deutschland rally and i can only recoment this accomodation. Nice rooms, good breakfast, great wine and all that for reasonable price.

In the most lovely and fastest way, the eloquent staff created a bunch of flower within a reasonable price range. A small beautiful shop with a great selection of flowers and plants and if you need help selecting what is right for your loved ones, the staff is most friendly and creative.

The mattresses were very good and it was clean, the chairs weren't suitable for sitting and we didn't want to use the parking lot

We were lucky and asked if there was anything else available. There was exactly one room left, it was very small, but we were told that from the start. And was great for staying overnight. The breakfast was very rich and plentiful. All in all a very great overnight stay. We'd love to come back.

Rooms functional but perfectly adequate. Great garden for the evening nightcap. Food very tasty and cheap. Motorbikes can be parked in the yard.

Mosel treasure The proprietor is also the chef and a world class one. He was extremely accommodating in getting us into our rooms early. The evening three course menu was so good that we took the beef for our lunch when we left. Great stay

We stayed here for a long weekend. It was a tough week for the people in the area since we came just after the floods happened in Rhineland-Palatinate area. We didn't stay. We were planning to stop in the next city but couldn't stop us after seeing this building. Its beautiful. The walk around the river is highly recommended. With beautiful winter sun it seemed like a paradise. Ample parking. 1st hour is free and that is sufficient. We tried to explore the town but it was all closed at it was 26 dec.

The property is beautiful, and staying in the castle was a unique experience. I did feel that this wasn’t quite at the same level as other Autograph Collection hotels. The castle has a lot of history, but there isn’t much information available about it. The small church inside to the right has a sign explaining its background, and I think adding more signs like that around the castle would be great...

Hotel was beautiful. All the rooms and decor throughout was wonderful. Many rooms were open for lounging. Food we had in the restaurants were great. There is really no shops nearby, some wine houses in Lieser. Nearby town Bernkastel had shops and more restaurants. We stayed during low season so very quiet around the towns. Had my wedding here and Jessica Cullman and her team was absolutely amazing to work with and set everything up and made the experience just wonderful. We stayed for two nights in July, primarily to relax and unwind. During our stay, we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, had massages, and spent time swimming in the pool. The best of Mosel. A very nice vacation with a sweet and helpsome family, who also makes a very good wine. :-) From the appartment is 5 minutes walk to the Mosel river and 5 minutes in the other direction to the steep slope of the wineyards.

Low price to decent standard rooms. Large bedroom, small bathroom with shower. A pentry and possibility to sit down in a separate room. Free parking just across the street. The best part is the huge terass in the second floor. Selservice with local Eifel Riesling wines. Ok breakfast with possibility to sit outside.

Dear Elly, dear Franz, we really enjoyed the overnight stays and the extensive breakfast. You are two warm people who have always been there for us and our dog. We were able to sit in the garden, enjoy your delicious wine and took advantage of your great tip about the outdoor pool. You are in the vineyards in 2 seconds and on the Moselle in 3 minutes, restaurants, gas stations, small shops, ... everything...

We spent one night during our Moselle bike tour in Cabinett 1876 and absolutely loved it. Flexible, warm welcome, nice clean rooms and a really great leisurely breakfast. The ambience in the breakfast room is special. In the evening the restaurants were fully booked, so we ordered a pizza to go. In the hotel everything was actually put out for us, plates, cutlery and the cool drinks you could take...

Very pleasant Gästhaus that is lovingly run by a wonderful hostess. The location is wonderfully quiet close to everything you want to visit and experience in this region. Clean, spacious room with lovely bathroom and a great breakfast. The honesty wine bar offers a wide choice of wines produced in the region at very reasonable prices. In short, a lovely place that we highly recommend!

Good but not great Overall good, but the breakfast buffé was not very fresh at 11 am and the gym was less then expected given the focus of the hotel.

The experience is all round one of the best wellness hotels we ever stayed in. All staff was freindly and helpfull. The wellness area has a lot to offer and the food in the restaurant was exelent and full off choices. Lots of vegan choises every day. We are already planning our next stay with them.

The Hotel is really niced. We stayed 2 mights and we had a very nice room with a Spa Bath. The room was clean but I was not really happy that they only clean the rokms every second day. They might do it for energy but why do we need to pay an energy tax? Breakfast was very good. The wellness is big and everyone is very friendly.

All processes extremely professional, the employees polite and helpful. The rooms and all facilities very well maintained, high standard! Breakfast very rich, quality of all dishes very good. Good idea: the midday snack between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

My favorite wellness hotel, great clean rooms, wonderful service, lovingly furnished, the restaurant very versatile. Just to relax and switch off and enjoy! The wellness area was very clean and varied. Massages very pleasant. You can take beautiful walks. The service at the front desk, in the restaurant plus room service is exemplary!

Unfortunately, the resort is not well-suited for infants. With no changing table on any toilet nearby, we once had to change a smelly diaper on a bench in the restaurant. Other than that, the stay was rather pleasant. There was excellent food, friendly service, and more wellness facilities that we could use during our short stay.

The cake was delicious, lots of choice, the terrace is nice and quiet. The waitresses were all very nice.

Payment only in cash. No bank cards. Prefer to go to Luxembourg or France, bank cards of course, cash rarely.

Very, very nice, exceptionaly clean rooms and a great cafe serving delicous food in a peacfull setting with woodland walks nearby. The owners (Jan Ernst) are extreemly friendly and accommadating and the breakfast delicious. 5 stars from me for sure.

The hotel is fine for the price, the rooms are large enough. However, the beds, showers, and toilets are old, in the 1970s style. Breakfast is good for the price, but bread is not crispy or fresh. Good break Great hotel, lovely staff and super room.

The hotel was well positioned and very clean. The staff were professional and friendly and for me they serve the best coffee at their generous breakfast! The Mosel river runs at the end of the road where there are cycling/jogging paths.

It's good, not excellent. It's dated, the "rooms" are pretty small but the apartments are of a good size. Plumbing, kitchen, shower/bathtub is ok. German granny style :).
