The hotel was located in an excellent location, close to transport links. Lacks tea and coffee making facilities, this would have made our stay easier rather than to keep purchasing expensive takeaway drinks. Only one! The room key was left in the safe (we arrived shortly after 4:00 PM) – as there were no staff on site at that time. Since you only got into the hotel with a room card, you weren't really able to be mobile on your own, or you had to make contact by phone later that evening to let the other person in. There was no sign with the Wi-Fi password anywhere. It's a shame.

I've been coming to this town since 2010. Since 2013 or 14 I've always stayed at the park hotel! Because they have never let me down! The service, the smiles, the food in the restaurant and pretty much everything is always right on point! The hotel was very well appointed. The decor was a little dated in places but the hotel was still clean and well maintained. The bed was we'll put together and the sheets clean and I was able to get an iron and board from reception on request. Good clean bath room with well sized bath. If you're needing sonewhere to stay for a day or two on business, it's a good option.

Hotel directly at the Braunschweig train station. Logistically well situated with a cozy little bar with an attached terrace. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were quite big sized with a rather oldish styled interior.

The hotel is right next to the train station, with large supermarkets nearby. It is only 1.2 kilometers from the city center, making it very convenient for travel. The room is small but clean, and the breakfast has a wide variety. It is a very cost-effective hotel and is worth recommending!

Hotel is simple for good price. It is definitely not for disabled people. There is no parking, you need to find parking somewhere on street nearby. Rather cheap, good located, good service. Disadvantage is rather poor breakfast (only eggs as a hot dish), rather old rooms. From my room there was a view to the inside yard, to the window, from which the maid was often smoking in front of me. I was very happy with my stay here. As always with a B&B hotel the room was spotless (along with the rest of the hotel) and the beds comfortable. It has a good location, so the old town is short walk away. If you are arriving by car, be sure to locate the entrance to the underground parking before you arrive.

The hotel is just off the main road, which can be heard a lot in the room. The first impression of the hotel was not good and the room did not improve much. The room was clean, but it was the ravages of time. The bathroom would also deserve more care. It was manageable for one night, but I will not return here.

I do not understand these bad reviews. We booked the accommodation because the car broke down, I had some objections to the place through the view of previous reviews, to my surprise the hotel is really very cool. Decent hotel, we had a family room all the way in the back of the hotel. The room was more like an apartment. Everything looked very old and beds were hard. Like really hard. But all in all it had everything we needed and the location was really good.. And there was aircondition which worked.

Mostly ok but stinks of cigarette and internet speed around 2.5mbit and very unstable, cuts out all the time, no work can be done.

I stayed here for a night, loved it for the breakfast menu it offered and for its close proximity to the tram station. Staff was also lovely. It was super clean too which is always important for me. I had a good bath and good sleep here :)

The staff are fantastic and helped make the stay nice. The only complaints I have is that I asked for a room with a view of the pond but the view was not very good. Also the parking is not great. When we stayed here for the first time in September 2008, my husband had the flu and we couldn't really enjoy the beautiful countryside next to the hotel. Now we returned to visit my mother and to attend my high school class reunion which also took place in a room at this hotel (beautiful room) which was downstairs. We had the same suite (257) that we had 7 years ago and everything was perfect again...

Very good for one night stay. Rooms are ok, quite clean. I stayed in 6 people bedroom with my kids for €72 so really can't complain. Very nice staff, warns you during reservation that they are not 5*. Old heating but works perfect. Shared bathroom is not ideal but price is unbeatable. I really enjoyed it.
