Great little hotel with a very kind and accommodating manager. Very relaxing courtyard and quaint little town.

Had a great stay, room was surprisingly quiet for being next to a somewhat busier road. You don't really hear the cars driving past. Room had air conditioning too. Would stay here again.

Unexpected beautiful place, small town with romantic centre and technically interesting bridge. Close to known site of Peenemuende museum and other Usedom locations. Great base for cycling.

Receptionist lady was beyond rude for absolutely no reason.
We got to the hotel and greeted her and say we have a reservation, she looks at the computer and says we don't have one (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulated at me.
After a while a guy shows up and I ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key almost immediately.
This really caught us by surprise, we have visited germany many times and this was our first encounter with a rude german person.
I would recommend avoiding this hotel if you don't speak german.
It's such a shame having to give 1 star because the room is really nice, clean and have ac 🙁

Good location and breakfast, dog friendly. Just the bed mattress are worn and the room had no windows only a skylight :(

Generally speaking rooms are nice and the price is good. However, room was not super clean. We found a sock and a sausage behind one bed. Staff was quite haughty, patronising and generally speaking rude. Despite the fact we were communicating in their language. Breakfast was a hidden cost.

My colleagues had a nice stay at this hotel. It is a nice accommodation with nice staff. The front desk responds quickly to questions and is very accommodating.
