Rooms are big and clean, Beds are comfortable not too soft. Breakfast is not bad, the pre boiled eggs could be replaced by something other. 7 minutes hard boiled eggs are not really something to enjoy. Coffee is nicely strong.

Nice Hotel, i wanted to visit August Horch Museum, so the Hotel was not far from museum. Hotel has a restaurant and parking area. In weekends there could be free space. Near is also Lidl grocery store. Rooms are good, service nice.

I often use this hotel, for long periods too, and I honestly can't say I feel bad about it. Only a couple of things are certainly not at the height of the price (about 90 euros per night) and that is: too much proximity between the rooms and the apartments, from which often too loud noises and voices and above all smells come. Second point, the internet signal on the floors is very weak and discontinuous...

Nice room and food. Good location closed to supermarket. But wifi is slow and diconected often. Would be better to have freezer.

Nice people at the reception, healthy, tasty and hearty breakfast, reasonable price for this level of hotel.

Generous rooms with connecting 2nd bedrooms and a kitchenette. Restaurant food was great and very reasonably priced, morning breakfast was probably one of the nicest we've had on this trip so far!

Located far from city center, never stayed at this property so can't comment on their services. I selected other options, because of it's location.

Room directly at the escalator, but it was totally quiet. Good breakfast, internet was not too good.

Great hotel bot to stop for 1 night on the way or stay for fe days and visit attractions nearby. Very rich selection at breakfast. Close to old town. Godd value for money

This very pleasant establishment had very friendly and chatty staff, From the chap at Reception who checked me in on Good Friday evening to Waiter Jonas I was always thoroughly engaged socially. My room was very pleasant and well equipped. Thanks Holiday Inn you contributed to my delightful Easter 2017.

Very well sitated in City center. Good base price but excesive in the extras ( drinks, parking, laundry)

Staff always took care of everything. Breakfast good and sufficient. Room clean, but location to the main street. not quite optimal. Absolutely recommended for a couple of nights.

I am currently in Zwickau for professional reasons and have booked the hotel. I'm mostly satisfied. The single room serves its purpose, it's clean, warm. The breakfast is good too. Except the coffee. A "pot" is included in the price, the second pot costs money. Unfortunately, that's a pity because a pot is just a "normal" cup of coffee.

Very nice traditional hotel from 1912 with the wood paneled charm of the 1920s. Everything is clean and pleasant there, the people there are friendly and helpful. A different world from the usual hotel chain monotony. After all, anyone who always wants everything new is yesterday. We've been coming here for 20 years and it will stay that way. Deserved 5 stars.

A traditional house in the 3rd generation. Those who like the charm of the years after 1920 will get their money's worth here. The hotel has been preserved and cared for so that a piece of history could survive. The house shakes a bit when the tram drives past, but everything is ok. It is a very simple hotel with a the basic needs that you want. And the owners are very nice and helpful. When I asked them for directions they gave me a map of the town and explained what buses and trains I should take.

Excellent hotel! Only 10 minutes walk to the Railway station and about 15 minutes walk to the city center. The hotel itself is very quiet, the room has all the necessary facilities. I strongly recommend it.

Comfortable, clean and lovely staff. Very spacious room with desk, chairs, fridge, walk in robe and full size shower. Only a short walk from the station and to the Altstadt.

We live very close by and like to be spoiled with food here, a treat for the eyes and the palate! Steak Strindberg... never had a better one! Cozy restaurant with a feel-good atmosphere! Highly recommended!!!

I cannot rate the hotel itself. The food we chose was great. Best steak Strindberg ever. Reasonable price performance. Was served super friendly.

Unfortunately not very inviting from the outside and from the inside. We were there to eat, not to stay the night. The food was very good. The meat was definitely the best, we all felt that. The owner is a bit odd, but apparently that's who he is

The room itself was nice, unfortunately there were still worn contact lenses on my bedside table and the imitation leather covering of the headboard of the bed trickled down on us. The bathroom was nice and spacious and clean. The breakfast was ok, the staff friendly. Unfortunately the reception wasn't manned during our stay, it felt kinda weird not seeing anyone from the hotel anywhere the whole time...

Very nice hotel with modern rooms. Super furnished breakfast room and lobby, the flair was taken over from earlier. Really great 👌 The hotel is located in the middle of the center, many things are within walking distance. We'll be back but then we'll test the suite 😎👌.
