Nice Hotel, i wanted to visit August Horch Museum, so the Hotel was not far from museum. Hotel has a restaurant and parking area. In weekends there could be free space. Near is also Lidl grocery store. Rooms are good, service nice.

This very pleasant establishment had very friendly and chatty staff, From the chap at Reception who checked me in on Good Friday evening to Waiter Jonas I was always thoroughly engaged socially. My room was very pleasant and well equipped. Thanks Holiday Inn you contributed to my delightful Easter 2017.

This is probably the nicest Holiday inn I've stayed at. Well appointed rooms, and lovely location.

The hotel is nice, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast is quite basic, with no fresh fruits available. It could definitely be improved with more variety. Overall, a good stay, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Quiet, dated hotel that could use a refresh. We didn't eat there, I think because of the due to the low occupancy the kitchen was closed. I am currently in Zwickau for professional reasons and have booked the hotel. I'm mostly satisfied. The single room serves its purpose, it's clean, warm. The breakfast is good too. Except the coffee. A "pot" is included in the price, the second pot costs money. Unfortunately, that's a pity because a pot is just a "normal" cup of coffee.

Very nice traditional hotel from 1912 with the wood paneled charm of the 1920s. Everything is clean and pleasant there, the people there are friendly and helpful. A different world from the usual hotel chain monotony. After all, anyone who always wants everything new is yesterday. We've been coming here for 20 years and it will stay that way. It is a very simple hotel with a the basic needs that you want. And the owners are very nice and helpful. When I asked them for directions they gave me a map of the town and explained what buses and trains I should take.

I stayed here whilst on business in Zickau. The staff here are all friendly. The check in and out was quick and efficient. The room was clean and there was plenty of options for breakfast. The location is just a few minutes walk from the main restaurant area and also the park.

Excellent hotel! Only 10 minutes walk to the Railway station and about 15 minutes walk to the city center. The hotel itself is very quiet, the room has all the necessary facilities. I strongly recommend it.

The hotel is just great. We had a big and modern room in the separate building. The rooms looked like an apartment with several rooms. Lots of space, furnished very good. Staff is very helpful, reserved a table in a very good restaurant nearby.

Lovely little hotel a bit far from the city center. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Arrived a bit after the reception closed (19:30), but luckily the owner arrived in no time. Parking was free, breakfast wasn't.

Excellent place to overnight with a most central location, very clean, friendly personnel, at reasonable prices. The location on the third floor of a building, very modernly build, is kind of unusual, however very easy to reach from the ground level or underground garage with the elevator. Breakfast is average but sufficient and with fresh products. I can only recommend !
