Quiet and peaceful surrounding. Facilities were amazing.

Very special hotel. Unique architecture and very high quality in many ways. Rooms are cozy and some of them have special entrance true open walkways. Location and parking is also very convenient.

The room was nice as well as the hotel itself. Dinner and breakfast buffet had a wide selection and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel was also great. Nothing bad to say - only good words.

The hotel is kept beautifully. It is located close to the castle park. I walked from the train station, but it did take some effort. The town is beautifully clean. There is a restaurant close to the hotel. Some shops looked very interesting, but they were closed when I arrived. My room was comfortable and the front desk clerk was patient with all of my questions. I left before breakfast, and it was...

Visited Viljandi for two days and decided to stay in this hotel. Hotel is situated on the 3rd floor of a shoppin centre. Theres a dood to the staircase and elevator right next to the entrance of the shopping mall. And you cal also reach the hotel from inside the mall, Youll have firstly go to the second floor and then separate stairs to the third. Theres also a big parking placec next to the building...

A center with a reasonable selection of shops in Viljandi. if anything is needed from there you can get it

Awesome little multilevel mall with a cinema, shops and supermarket under 1 roof.

Good shops many telephony shops, clothes shops, household goods, chemist etc. and of course Selver supermarket.

Shopping centre, restaurant and hotel at same building. Children have playing spot at the second floor. Building has elevators and is easily acessible with wheelchair/childrens pram.

In a naturally beautiful place. Nice experience.

Everything was nice..we were there for 1 night ... there are difficulties in charging the phone ... did not see the steps in the rooms ... only the kitchen could be charged ... a very low table in the hall with a fireplace for eating and the sofa too deep..uncomfortable to sit.

Strong and multi-faceted complex, but a little more for the hostess's hand.
