Hotel opened in 1938, renovated in 2002. In this mini-hotel 50 rooms, 4 floors.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast, good location. The only bad thing was I was in a single room and the bed was too small. No AC as well. Everything else was perfect.

It's a good hotel in a very good location. There are comfortable beds. The breakfast was particularly good with plenty of choices.

A super place right in the centre of the city, not far from the lake and the museum. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was more than great! Good quality for a reasonable price! I recommend this place fore sure! For those who have never been to Viljandi, don't hesitate, go! The people there are friendly and pleasant and there are plenty of places to explore!

Comfy elite hotel from 1930s right in the middle of Viljandi. Junior suite on the 3rd floor had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.
Regardless of the COVID situation we were offered breakfast in the dining area - the time slots were reserved so we had the area all for ourselves.
Pretty much all sightseeings are within 15 minute walk from the hotel, for longer journeys you can park right in front of the hotel for free.
Hopefully after the services are open again we can revisit the place to check out saunas 😊

Nice art deco building with neat & tidy rooms, friendly staff and good location close to the old town and the centre of Viljandi (a town well worth a visit even if you´re NOT in the area for fishing or hunting)
Breakfast was ok. Had no other meals so I can´t say anything about food in general.

Stayed here on the Saturday night of the Viljandi Folk Festival, prices were jacked up to €300 per night. Old fashioned, no AC on a hot 34deg day and afternoon sun on the windows. Sweated inside the room.
Hotel is kind of maybe 50s style, outdated and unrenovated.
Stay at the Park Hotel. Much much nicer with very nice cafe attached, much better priced.
No pics...not worth it.

Spent a night at the hotel, our room was a Junior Suite, which itself was nice and clean. The AC dries the air heavily, as often is the case, and some soreness was had in the morning on the throat side of things. The bathroom had a private jacuzzi type tub as well.
Breakfast was ample and had good choices for food. Restaurant of the hotel was closed in the evening, but that was not an issue as there is plenty of nice restaurants around!
There was quite a low amount of staff around, and the sauna / spa area had some issues with quality. One of the functions of the jaccuzi did not function and the general feeling was also a bit of a rundown spa area. Missing covers of shower handles here and there, broken shower heads and no soap around in the dispensers.
Overall though a very nice hotel and could consider coming again on another trip to Viljandi!
