Great hotel, amazing breakfast, good location. The only bad thing was I was in a single room and the bed was too small. No AC as well. Everything else was perfect.

Horrible!!When we arrived, they did not find the reservation and we had to wait for 20 mins. Next, the room they gave us, was not cleaned! The next room they gave us was a connected room with terrible noise from the next room for all night long... NEVER book this hotel!! Expensive and very bad service, nobody there after 24!

It's a good hotel in a very good location. There are comfortable beds. The breakfast was particularly good with plenty of choices.

It's a good hotel in a very good location. The sights of Viljandi are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was particularly good with plenty of choices [see photos].

A super place right in the centre of the city, not far from the lake and the museum. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was more than great! Good quality for a reasonable price! I recommend this place fore sure! For those who have never been to Viljandi, don't hesitate, go! The people there are friendly and pleasant and there are plenty of places to explore!

Booked this hotel for 4 nights because it had a restaurant ... First evening zi discovered that for some reason the restaurant was closed on Sundays and Mondays.... Coould have booked a sheapet hotel now 140 euro per night!! Without a restaurant in the neighborhood. What a poor service and conmunication. To get food on monday you can order some food a home delevery service :-(

The room was nice as well as the hotel itself. Dinner and breakfast buffet had a wide selection and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel was also great. Nothing bad to say - only good words.

Façade un peu austère, mais l'intérieur est élégant et agréable. Les chambres sont confortables, le petit déjeuner classique, très bien, et l'accueil y est plutôt sympathique. Petit bémol pour le wifi plutôt instable et le peu de chaînes disponibles dans la TV pour les insomniaques, sinon, rien à redire, très bon séjour dans cet hôtel en plein centre ville.

The hotel is kept beautifully. It is located close to the castle park. I walked from the train station, but it did take some effort. The town is beautifully clean. There is a restaurant close to the hotel. Some shops looked very interesting, but they were closed when I arrived. My room was comfortable and the front desk clerk was patient with all of my questions. I left before breakfast, and it was a beautiful morning walk to the train station. I loved this town.
