We had a great stay and amazing experiences at this hotel! Everything was absolutely amazing, the food was delicious pizza also and the drinks were the same, but what really made our holiday special were the amazing animators led by Sosta and Zika. They are incredibly kind, amazing and talented people who made sure everyone had a great time. We highly recommend this hotel!

The room is spacious, the food is variety and they serve you a good food. The staffs are very friendly, they can speak Italians, Arabic and Englisch mostly. The Gemma time is one hour in advance to Cairo Time. They have tennis court and plenty restaurant and shows. It is just a bit far away from everything.

Rooms are pretty big and clean (for Egypt). Service is OK. Cosmetic set, hair dryer are in bathroom. We arrived at 23.00 but they served a dinner with drinks for us. No need fighting for place near the pool and on the beach. There is a relax beach and pool also where no music and animation. Food is very tasty Vine and beer is not bad. Strong alcohol is local and not good.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. It was our first time in Egypt and we will definitely come back. Amazing food and no stomach problems, great drinks, various pools, both heated and cold. Nice resort with a nice beach. The lagoon prevents the usual distance differences between tides, makes it ideal for little swimmers and snorkeling, and the food is super excellent. However, not the local alcoholic drinks I couldn't drink except the Beer is OK.

Very good hotel, for Egyptian standards, lots of swimming pools and restaurants/bars, a big plus is access to the aquapark and a small beach with piers with the possibility of diving. The space for sunbathing is enough, there is no need to do races for sun loungers at 6 am. The food for breakfast and lunch is average, but for dinner it is very tasty and varied. The room service was great, loved the staff there, animators were so nice, and made my stay so much more better. Been to many resorts before, but this one was one of the best. I could relax, have as many drinks as I wanted and just chill on the beach. The wild life in the sea was so beautiful and colorful.

The scenery is great. There are many meals to choose from. You can snorkel just by swimming out of the beach. There is also a diving center where you can dive. Although I didn't see dugongs, there are also yoga and zumba classes every day.

Unfortunately, we didn't see any dugongs.

The weather was very warm for the month of April, around 28 degrees, the hotel is new, with wonderful and friendly staff, ready to help you with everything at any time, the food was uniquely delicious, we have no complaints and we would gladly come again, everything was great!

The hotel was one of the best we have had in Egypt. Especially the bay with it`s Sea Turtles and Dugongs made it unique. The staff is very friendly and helping, the gardens are kept clean and planted with wonderful flowers. And most of all the food was excellent not only in the buffet restaurant (Coral) but also in the Snack Restaurants during the day as well as the à la carte dining in the evening

The room is old. The environment is good. The service staff suddenly opened the door without knocking and I was startled. Then I complained to the front desk. The attitude was OK. I feel that the attitude of Chinese people is not as good as that of Europeans.

It’s a really great hotel. It’s not to big and the people are amazing. The rooms are very clean, the food is very good and there is are allot of variety. We love the drinks in uncle bar. I spent 15 days in the resort and it's the largest resort we've been to. It's quite well maintained with a lot of greenery. The food is good with the highlight being the dinners - grilled meat of many types, fresh or sauted vegetables. A slightly older hotel with a few rusty spots here and there. But it's no big deal, the place is cosy and clean, what else could you need? What this place excels at on the other hand is a super friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond what you'd normally expect. They really made my stay worth every penny. We were here together with my boyfriend and we enjoyed it so much! the food was tasty, a lot of choices with meat, vegetable and deserts. Room was clean and big enough for a bigger family. Employees were nice and friendly. We had the best time with animation team, they were able to entertain everybody, a lot of different activities and evening shows! We will definitely come back soon!

The resort is ok. The service is very good and everyone is really nice. There's no wifi in the rooms. The food is a bit different everyday. It was good but nothing special. The housereef is good to snorkel and also the aurora bay that's in walking distance is even better. The dive Centre, beach safari, was very helpful and professional. The pool + bar was also chill :)

A Bedouin tent on the beach on the Nubian Karama, with an enjoyable view of the sea. We offer all kinds of Bedouin tea, herbs, and all Bedouin dishes with a delicious taste. We also offer all kinds of fish and dinner on the beach in the Moonlight Nubian Tent. You will enjoy the food with us successfully, in candlelight, while listening to calm music.. Good night❤️

Mixed Review, Rooms, staff and location was excellent!! Food was poor, most dishes were overcooked to the point of inedibility. Beef was leather, duck was not good. On our last morning the options available ( hot ) were rice pudding or mashed potatoes for breakfast or stale pastries . With 30 years in the industry it was certainly the worst all inclusive food I have tasted regardless of hotel rating...

My sister and me stayed for ten awesome days in the hotel. The rooms were perfect, the beach nice and clean, the staff very friendly! The food was always good and way too much for us to eat. We came to the hotel to dive and that was amazing too. Dive sides are awesome, the house is reef full of corals and fish. We can highly recommend the hotel and the diving center! Thanks to everyone!
