First Time in Marsa Alam i found myself very comfortable in the resort everything and everyone was good especially the animation that was very inclusive and we had fun

In February the swimming polls and the sea was cold but the garden around and restaurant service was very good

There isn’t a coral reef right at the beach, but the water is crystal clear and perfect for a refreshing dip. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always with a smile and happy to make your stay comfortable

The food was fantastic—lots of Italian favorites and plenty of variety every day. The beach is gorgeous, with soft sand and an easy, gentle entry into the sea, so you can just walk straight in for a swim

It’s a mostly Italian hotel, so you get that lovely Italian feel (and great food!), but there were also some friendly guests from Czechia, Germany and Poland, which gave it a nice international touch

A special mention goes to Karim, one of the waiters, who was absolutely outstanding. He was always attentive, incredibly friendly, and seemed to remember every little detail of our preferences

Each day offered a variety of fresh and flavorful options, with excellent dishes served at the main restaurants as well as by the pool and beach

Friendly staff, very clean, tasty food, fantastic sea view, cold and warm swimming pools, many activities, very good value for money, I will be happy to visit it again.

The atmosphere here is really cool, the food is very good, and the service is amazing. The sea and view is also beautiful.

The food is good with the highlight being the dinners - grilled meat of many types, fresh or sauted vegetables

And there is so much to do in an SPA (regards to Ahmed and Donia for their hard work - you are the best!). Overall th hotel is of a high quality and standart and each time makes us want to come back

Fish treatment — a fun experience with kind staff. The perfume oils from the beachside booth were high quality, and the massages at the hotel spa were truly relaxing and offered at a very reasonable price

The staff at the reception, restaurant, and common areas were polite, helpful, and always willing to assist

The only drawback is the man who bakes pizzas (in the bar by the pools), who plays with his phone all day and during 7 days of stay I did not manage to get a piece of pizza, he always said that it will be in 15 minutes

The hotel was beautiful and I liked everything about it! The best part was the animation team (AMN company) with the girls such as Aneta, Darina and Lucy with Lucy!!! They tried their best to take care of us and we loved that, also their activities were such fun!

Despite this issue, our stay was overall very enjoyable, mainly thanks to the fantastic animation team and the high level of service throughout the hotel

With 30 years in the industry it was certainly the worst all inclusive food I have tasted regardless of hotel rating. If your not to interested in eating everything else was great

A grear place to relax. Freshly renovated, in 2023. Nice Nubian architecture. Greatest food I ever had in Egypt. Very clean. Very nice staff. Beautiful home reef and own beach. Poor internet is the only downside.

We came to the hotel to dive and that was amazing too. Dive sides are awesome, the house is reef full of corals and fish. We can highly recommend the hotel and the diving center! Thanks to everyone!
