Near the Suez Canal, the room is clean

It was okay for 2 nights. I just hated that the WiFi stopped working and they couldn’t get it fixed

Unique were the service, kindness, smile of 2 staff members: Shirine & Mohamed.

When you visit Port Said and want to stay in an ancient place in one of the most popular streets in the city, you can enjoy this hotel. Also a classic coffee shop and restaurant.

Loved this historic hotel. We paid extra for a triple room 207 which had two balconies. Worth it for the extra space too. We even spotted a tanker one morning through the window. Staff were lovely and we managed with translator. Yes the floor boards are creaky but it has character. Nice place to sit downstairs or outside and have coffee and breakfast of falafel, bread, cheeses, beans Nice little takeaway...

Very nice and clean hotel with a very good location and view.

Newly renovated, with front view of the sea, in a lively area only a couple minutes walk to the grocery store. We enjoyed the view while having breakfast. And only needed to cross the street to get to the parking lot. Excellent value for money.

Attractive and well furnished hotel. Cheekily asked if we were able to use their free WiFi as non residents and hotel reception staff were very understanding and helpful

A very beautiful resort, a more than wonderful interview, a new and clean place, and the room is nice with a view of the pool. It is a really nice experience, and God willing, we will repeat it every time we come to Port Said. Its so nice the pool is big even tho its looks small from far away, the pool had insects and spiders and beetles,the bunk bed in the kids room is dangerous.

I didn't get to stay long to review the place properly. However, my initial observation, it's pretty clear and updated. Will try and go there another time and conduct a proper review.

The best hotel in town.. I had an exceptional experience! I traveled to the US, Europe and Gulf and many other places in Egypt and couldn't find a great place and service like I found in Portosaid hotel. A MUST visit place. Quiet and clean location, rooms nice, breakfast fine and staff friendly. The only negative was, that the Spa was under maintenance, and we booked it because of the Spa, so an information before would have been nice.

The spa is nice, a little pricy, but has incentives. The gym is good. Beach access is great. Personnel is friendly and helpful, English speakers are available. Food is supposed to provide international flair but misses the target

It's a very nice and luxurious hotel with a nice breakfast but the cleanliness of the room was totally lacking. Crumbs, hair on the floor. Toilets were not clean. Disappointing considering this is a high-end hotel.

The food is very nice and varied, the cleanliness is excellent, the restaurant is very good, the clothes are very clean, the lifeguard and recreation are very cooperative, the sea is very enjoyable, the reception and all the staff are cooperative and respectful and their faces are cheerful, and we were very happy with the animation team at the party, whether the skirt or the competitions.

The apartment for 4 is spacious and very cozy. The hotel is clean and well-furnished. The food is nice and the staff is really friendly and hospitable. They even agreed to let us bring breakfast to the bedroom when one of us was sick.

perfect location with modern facilities, good for relaxation in Port Said or for working visits. Very helpful staff assisting you and wonderful sea view. there are no private beach but that's the beauty of Port Said. Sea for everybody ❤❤

Nice hotel and rooms but the restaurant is not good but it is ok

It's a nice hotel with good service 👌 and a beautiful lobby, and an unique location in the northeast corner of Africa continent with view from any where rooms, lobby, restaurant, ...etc for the North entrance of the Suez canal. You never find a unique location like this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. since the hotel is nearby the Suez canal It's a nice view from the hotel. The staff is good. they have a swimming pool too.

It is fair to say Resta is the best hotel in Port Said in terms of quality of service, helpful staff, unique location and room/hotel facilities. Our room no 235 was well maintained and cleaned properly; it had lovely smell and superb location on the Suez Canal. It is unique to find ship parked next to the hotel. Hotel was ok but little old (vintage) hotel. If you want comfortable and good breakfast that hotel for you. But internet is too bad. Whem i talk with them staff saying our internet speed slow 😊 2024 still slow internet 😊

Had Diarrhea for a week after leaving the hotel. Water could be the problem. Lunch/ dinner same. Only meat was warmer, all other dishes were cold. AC Hot water as on your luck. No wifi in room, Have to go to receptionist and ask to switch on. Could not lock windows, door cannot lock from inside. At least the lift is working.
