Hotel rooms are average. The hotel itself is also fair, nice view, but not the best hotel service. You might look for a clean Chalet and save money on the hotel. Also breakfast is below average. It's a very nice and luxurious hotel with a nice breakfast but the cleanliness of the room was totally lacking. Crumbs, hair on the floor. Toilets were not clean. Disappointing considering this is a high-end hotel.

The food is very nice and varied, the cleanliness is excellent, the restaurant is very good, the clothes are very clean, the lifeguard and recreation are very cooperative, the sea is very enjoyable, the reception and all the staff are cooperative and respectful and their faces are cheerful, and we were very happy with the animation team at the party, whether the skirt or the competitions.

The hotel is very beautiful in general, and the food is beautiful and varied, especially meat and pasta. The beach is excellent, and the employees are all at a high level of experience and very cheerful and cooperative. We had a lot of fun with the animation team and at parties with them, they are really excellent and their spirit is very nice.

We have a nice and wonderfull time with good rooms with sea view and good time spent with fun activities of the animation team, also food was not bad, it can be improved but still enjoyable, you will have good family time on the beach and pool, Good luck.

Everything there is exceptional. The staff, the food, the view, the service, the facilities, and the room was comfy. I enjoyed every single minute I had stayed at that hotel. It was my first time in Port Said and because of them it will never be the last time. I want to thank all the staff for their marvelous hospitality. Very good hotel apartment resort in PortSaid. Some of the rooms are sea view and some are gardens and pool view Apartments are neat, clean and new and has all needed facilities. Staff are very helpful and cheerful The hotel isn't directly on the beach and what I didn't like is the public beach behind the hotel which is totally not organized to fit tourists. This was my second time stay in palma... I stayed this time in 2nd floor which had thr beach view so it was good view from window . Cleanliness and hygenic are same as last time. Only one facility missing is the elevator .... all your luggages are transferred by dilesignated persons but if there's a nelevator it would have been the more easy.

Its so nice the pool is big even tho its looks small from far away, the pool had insects and spiders and beetles,the bunk bed in the kids room is dangerous.

I didn't get to stay long to review the place properly. However, my initial observation, it's pretty clear and updated. Will try and go there another time and conduct a proper review.

It's a nice hotel with good service 👌 and a beautiful lobby, and an unique location in the northeast corner of Africa continent with view from any where rooms, lobby, restaurant, ...etc for the North entrance of the Suez canal. You never find a unique location like this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. since the hotel is nearby the Suez canal It's a nice view from the hotel. The staff is good. they have a swimming pool too.

It is fair to say Resta is the best hotel in Port Said in terms of quality of service, helpful staff, unique location and room/hotel facilities. Our room no 235 was well maintained and cleaned properly; it had lovely smell and superb location on the Suez Canal. It is unique to find ship parked next to the hotel. Hotel was ok but little old (vintage) hotel. If you want comfortable and good breakfast that hotel for you. But internet is too bad. Whem i talk with them staff saying our internet speed slow 😊 2024 still slow internet 😊

perfect location with modern facilities, good for relaxation in Port Said or for working visits. Very helpful staff assisting you and wonderful sea view. there are no private beach but that's the beauty of Port Said. Sea for everybody ❤❤

Had Diarrhea for a week after leaving the hotel. Water could be the problem. Lunch/ dinner same. Only meat was warmer, all other dishes were cold. AC Hot water as on your luck. No wifi in room, Have to go to receptionist and ask to switch on. Could not lock windows, door cannot lock from inside. At least the lift is working.

Newly renovated, with front view of the sea, in a lively area only a couple minutes walk to the grocery store. We enjoyed the view while having breakfast. And only needed to cross the street to get to the parking lot. Excellent value for money.

Loved this historic hotel. We paid extra for a triple room 207 which had two balconies. Worth it for the extra space too. We even spotted a tanker one morning through the window. Staff were lovely and we managed with translator. Yes the floor boards are creaky but it has character.
