This hotel is quite large and boasts a beautiful beachfront location. However, our stay was marred by several significant issues. Firstly, they were incredibly inflexible regarding refreshments. We were refused a cup of Fanta at 12 PM on the checkout, which seemed unreasonable. Secondly, they charged us extra for forgetting the towel card on our luggage. This was an unpleasant and unprecedented experience.
On the positive side, the hotel staff were generally decent and polite. However, the quality of the food was quite low, which was disappointing.
Overall, this hotel has some serious shortcomings that significantly impacted our stay.

Location is perfect ... The sea and corals are beyond imagination ...( Prepare your snorkeling equipments )
The staff is great ...
The room is clean ..
the fridge isn't that good ...
The food unfortunately is awful ...
No diversity and sometimes not well cooked and sometimes not fresh ...
But overall it was a time well passed ..

ADULT ONLY HOTEL with many families including babies!
Beef cheap cut, tough, chicken dry, tilapia fish from lake only bought in Cairo , no sea fish, all unpalatable and very small portions mixed in stew so first come digs out the meat and you are left with veg stew only . Salad plentiful but recycled so I had diarrhoea for a week.. the weather was extremely hot and many meals served outside . Hot food served cold (roast potatoes, chips, veg) chefs of poor standard egg shells in egg and lucky if not broken.. all food overcooked . No pork no lamb, awful processed meat for breakfast.
I don’t eat sugar but observed that most people had the cakes and sweet breads for breakfast lunch and dinner. Pasta and pizza were high on list, no nutrients. Fruit available but sub standard and not ripe.
Beautiful location but totally spoiled by management of this hotel and how it is run. loud music and salesMEN walking around hounding you on your lounge chairs, this was a big intrusion for me as I don’t want to be disturbed when I am having private moments chilling on beach.. I am also a solo female, there were sometimes 4 in 15 minutes Why not leave a brochure in your room?

Amazing place, sandy beach, amazing snorkeling coral reefs & fishes in-front of the hotel. Hotel is not too big everything is near, food is delicious & have variety -could be more in protein items meat & chicken-, snacks bar margarita is delicious, animation Team is nice (but could be better & do more activities), the location is very quite, rooms are big & have amazing picturesque views, 15 min. From Safaga Go Bus station, no wifi even in the reception, no body lotion & slippers in rooms. I liked everything about it.

Very nice hotel right on the seafront. It is quite compact and you can find your way around easily. The rooms are adequate and always kept spotless by the housekeepers.
The food is great and the selections are enough for all tastes.
Staffing for the bars was minimal but this is because we went early in March, so quite low capacity.
The entertainment was OK and the small team tried their best to keep the fun going, shame some of the guests weren't so supportive.
You are a stones throw from the beach and the reef is very healthy which is our main focus.
The guests are predominantly German so us Brits were quite a novelty, our only negative comment would be about the amount time the key staff (bar and reception) were on their phones watching football or whatever and very disconnected from the waiting guests.
Wifi is not great but you can get a sim card for your tablet if you need connecting.
Apart from that, a great week was had.
