In general the resort is fine, rooms are big and staff is in gereral friendly. Breakfast and Dinner are okisch, but not good. Sadly they only provide sometimes egyption / arabian food. Biggest downside: you have to pay for wifi, which is highly questionable in the year 2022 and if you pay it is not stable and very slow...

We absolutely loved our staying in Menaville resort. The beach is amazing, food is tasty and all the staff was always nice, friendly and funny. That all for a really good price! The only minus is there are too many loud and arogant Russians everywhere. However that is not a problem of the resort, but the Russian country in general. Definitely recommend Menaville hotel. Nice place , clean , very cheap compared to services offered , all staff are friendly. Black sands have a miraculous result in treating psoriasis + sun rays in Safaga improve too much pain of osteoarthritis . Massage sessions are professionals, same as in Carlovi-Vari in the Check Republic .

Location is perfect ... The sea and corals are beyond imagination ...( Prepare your snorkeling equipments ) The staff is great ... The room is clean .. the fridge isn't that good ... The food unfortunately is awful ... No diversity and sometimes not well cooked and sometimes not fresh ... But overall it was a time well passed ..

Very nice hotel right on the seafront. It is quite compact and you can find your way around easily. The rooms are adequate and always kept spotless by the housekeepers. The food is great and the selections are enough for all tastes. Staffing for the bars was minimal but this is because we went early in March, so quite low capacity. Incredible dive resort with shore entries for two reefs. Large variety of fish. Good visibility, warm water. Excellent dive shop. Accommodations are worn but generally well maintained and clean. Food selection and quality was always good. Mostly German spoken but you can get by with English.

Wonderful place to call home in Safaga. Hakim is an incredible host! Perfect place to stay for a diving trip at the marina. Special mention for the delicious food served every night on the beach... Can't wait to be back!

Very nice and friendly family business. I don't like big anonymous hôtels, and felt nearly at home here. The dinner at the open air restaurant at the private beach is fantastic, if it's for the mood or food :-)

The rooms are quite okay, the food is horrible, like in a way horrible you don't even want your enemies to eat like this. Quality of the buffets is just terrible. The restaurants have different styles of food but nothing really sticks out. Sometimes the restaurants even refuse to give you water so you have to stick to the all inclusive warm softdrinks.

This hotel is awesome! The food is delicious. The staff is very kind! We had a birthday with my son and they celebrated us very well. We will come back again for sure.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The territory is enormous. There are several restaurants, many swimming pools, shops etc. The beach and the sea are great as well. We liked our room, too. Gorgeous marine views. Poor air conditioning system. In general, service is acceptable, but the staff at a few restaurants should strive to become more polite and professional.
