Rooms are nice and clean. But this place is woefully understaffed. Endless waiting time at reception. Pool frequently opens after 11 am, no idea why. Wifi is sloooow. They charge 10 euros for 40 minutes of Spa which most hotels just include for free. Mixed feelings about this.

Good service. Friendly reception staff. We had to change room after bad toilet cleaning. Smelled pee still after the second complaint. The food was or could be excellent. But they must have a different clock in this hotel. Everything was waaaay to overcooked. Dry as a bone whatever meat they served. Cakes and dessert though was good. Mixed feelings about this hotel.

This place is even more lovely in person than in the photos! Most of the guests are families and breakfast can be a bit chaotic but you are still always able to get a table and get to the buffet easily. We took a taxi to benicassim which cost around €50 - it’s about a 30 minute drive away from the hotel but definitely worth visiting if you want a nice meal out and good nightlife at a reasonable price...

Hotel/ room were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d consider this hotel a good value and would stay again in a heartbeat. On a scale of 1-5 with 3 being average this hotel is above average and pleasantly surprised me. I can’t think of any reason to deduct a star and several reasons for bonus stars. Everything. The location is great, a few metres to the beach and a short walk from the town centre. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly. The hotel facilities are good, the restaurant service amazing with a terrific choice of food.

Fantastic experience staying at the Romana. All the staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful. The food was excellent with a wide range of choice. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Every thing was perfect. I would like to give an extra big thank you to Laura. We had some problems with out credit cards and she worked everything out and was a really pleasent person to work with.

The sofas in the apartments are not very comfortable. The cleaning of the apartment is not bad but it would need a greater cleaning, at least, between entry and exit of clients. The menus have a lot of variety and the food is good. The animation for children is great, they have a great time!

Clean, good sized rooms and comfortable. Location is ideal and good access to beaches; shops and restaurants. Market is outside once a week, easy access to national park also. Local airport is about 20 min drive and Valencia is about 1hr 20 away; no specific parking, but it is easy to park on the side streets behind hotel - don't leave car on the sea front near the hotel Mon / Tues as there is a market...

Generally a very good hotel. Reception were very helpful and friendly. The room is basic, a little small, but functional. Mine had a small fridge in for drinks. It could be a little noisy in the late afternoon from the pool activities. The only negative thing is the parking. It's not too bad mostly, but on Tuesdays (June to October I think) the car parks around here are closed for the market, so there...

Good place to enjoy the sun, sea and peace ‼️ We spent a week 2 years ago and came back for relaxed vacation again‼️ No dissapointment so far. 👍🌞

In front of the beach, massive pools and lovely gardens. Apartment with all necessary, bed sheets and towels. Air conditioning and big TV. Restaurant on the pool. Kind and helpful staff.
