Great service, friendly staff, amazing views, perfect combination of pools, rooms very highly quality and all round great experience. I will be back next summer!

The food was awful, room basic, and no coffee, water or anything. Not 4 star.

Rooms are nice and clean. But this place is woefully understaffed. Endless waiting time at reception. Pool frequently opens after 11 am, no idea why. Wifi is sloooow. They charge 10 euros for 40 minutes of Spa which most hotels just include for free. Mixed feelings about this.

We stayed here for one night and checked out on October 31st. A few hours after check out, I realised I had left my Apple AirPods in the room. I immediately phoned the number listed on the hotel website to ask them to retrieve them from the room. I was told that I had to send an email, so I did that straight away to the email address I was given. I received no response from the hotel so I emailed again the following day. I also sent a picture confirming that the last place my Airpods were located was in room 431 in the hotel which was confirmed on my ‘find my AirPods’ phone App. Despite phoning the hotel, emailing twice and sending photo evidence of their location, the hotel has still not responded. AirPods are expensive items and I knew exactly where I had left them in the room, yet the hotel has not been bothered to respond to me. I can only assume that my AirPods are being kept by the hotel staff and that the hotel does not take protection of customers property seriously.

Not great!!
Poor check in , very slow, unexpected parking charge!!!! No water in room, asked reception, never arrived!!! , check out , only one person on reception on a Saturday morning????

Modern 4* in lovely location, everything spot on for us. Of course the photos on the listing are clever, the gym and pool are much smaller irl; but still all good.
Local town is lovely too, plenty of nice restaurants and a market came on Tuesday.

This hotel is in a great location, facing Las Fuentes beach and has a nice pool area. There were plentry of sunbeds available but the pool area is quite small so they are pretty close together. The check in went smoothly and our room had a nice view overlooking the pool and sea The room was very clean and had two 3/4 beds, to fit these in it meant that one was pushed right up against the window and was obviously a put up bed and not very stable. The bathroom was large, clean with a big walk in shower and plenty of space to put toiletries etc. One downside to the roon was that it was on the first floor directly over the bar which has live acts etc and is very noisy until around 12.00. The hotel is a very family orientated hotel which was fine nut as we were a couple it was not really suited to us. The breakfast was like being at Butlins where you had to queue to get in and vey crowded. The hotel offered a free drink on arrival which we thought was nice until we realised it was a sugary non acholic cocktail, they also charged for pool towells which I have not normally experienced in a 4* hotel.

Me and my boyfriend were there for celebrating a special event: my birthday. We were more than surprised and welcomed from the nice reception Ines and all the team. Everything was great and when we ask about anything we get even more. Thank you Ines, Omaima and all for your kindness and making my birthday special..keep being like that ❤️❤️❤️
