Rooms are nice and clean. But this place is woefully understaffed. Endless waiting time at reception. Pool frequently opens after 11 am, no idea why. Wifi is sloooow. They charge 10 euros for 40 minutes of Spa which most hotels just include for free. Mixed feelings about this.

Room and bathroom was nice. Twice someone came into my room while I was inside at 9 pm. Buffet dinner was a disaster. Supposed to start at 8 pm but they let us in at 8:15. Unseasoned chicken cooked on flat top grill. Burned on one side. They use the same utensils for raw meat as they do to put the cooked meat on the platter. The vents above didn't work so the whole dining room filled up with smoke. Most food was not hot. Sushi was bad. They charge 10 euros to use the "spa" which was one sauna (steam room broken) and an indoor pool with hydromassage jets. To use their wifi you have to allow them to use your personal information. When you try to unsubscribe from their marketing, the email address they give you doesn't work.

Good service. Friendly reception staff.
We had to change room after bad toilet cleaning. Smelled pee still after the second complaint.
The food was or could be excellent. But they must have a different clock in this hotel. Everything was waaaay to overcooked. Dry as a bone whatever meat they served.
Cakes and dessert though was good.

This place is even more lovely in person than in the photos! Most of the guests are families and breakfast can be a bit chaotic but you are still always able to get a table and get to the buffet easily.
We took a taxi to benicassim which cost around €50 - it’s about a 30 minute drive away from the hotel but definitely worth visiting if you want a nice meal out and good nightlife at a reasonable price. The receptionist also helped us book the taxi and that was very much appreciated!
The pool area is very relaxing despite there being quite a few kids around.
There’s also a spar roughly a minutes walk away which has a good range of items at really reasonable prices.
The prices of food and drink at the local bars and restaurants are also so reasonable. Definitely a more affordable area, particularly if you have a family.
Only minor point to raise is that the pool bar didn’t open once during our stay - not detrimental to our stay though as the other bars were open all day.
The pool area could also do with some parasols for us English people who rarely see the sunshine at home (appreciate the majority of the guests are sensible and go in between 2-5)

Hotel/ room were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d consider this hotel a good value and would stay again in a heartbeat. On a scale of 1-5 with 3 being average this hotel is above average and pleasantly surprised me. I can’t think of any reason to deduct a star and several reasons for bonus stars. Beautiful pools and good location near the beach, walking paths and restaurants. This hotel is outside of the major tourist areas and was relatively quiet a bonus in my book.

Love this hotel. Staff are great, and it's right on the beach. Good selection for breakfast, plenty of entertainment.

Located within walking distance of the areas best beaches and the town area, this hotel is the nicest one in this town. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms all have 2 beds, close to each other and very modern and clean bathrooms. Very nice rooms. Ours had views of the ocean. There are 4 outdoor pools and an indoor pool and spa with 30 minutes of free access included with your stay. This is a hotel for families and as a result there are many kids. Alot of the activities are designed for kids. The best beach is either the cargador beach or Playa la romana. Overall this is the nicest hotel in this city and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent location near de Beach and comfortable rooms. Good service. The worst, the amount of people, excessive to enjoy the pool
