Nice resort Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos.

If you are traveling by yourself, the hotel facilities are OK, but it is inconvenient without a car. You must have a car to be convenient. The resort-style hotel has sauna, gym and restaurant.

Confortable It was a good and confortable journey. The buffet was very good. Good access to the parking. The swiming pool was excellent. The only problem was that the room was not available on time (2PM) and we must wait one hour, despite this I reccomend this hotel

We stayed one night before getting ferry from Alcúdia and they gave us a very small room in H block at the furthest point away from main areas. Restaurant in adults only area was good for dinner and breakfast. Have stayed before a few years ago for two nights and experience was completely different room much better.

We stayed the second time in this hotel. It was again an exceptionally nice experience: such stunning views from the room. Good breakfast (I would prefer fresh orange juice though), super friendly staff and a calm location.

The resort itself is beautiful and I’m sure the hotel will be too when it’s finished but they are not telling people it’s like a building site . It’s still not finished . The property is under construction which wasn't noted on the reservation page. Because of this the gym was not open which was one of my search criteria. Parking was very limited.

Although the hotel was still under renovation, they pulled out all the stops to make our stay special. It's in a beautiful location with the Boat House bar connecting it to the sea and beach area. Breakfast was served by the pool with plenty of cover from the sun if required and plenty of choices on offer from the attentive staff. Love to stay again when all the renovations have been carried out.

Very nice Hotel. Great service, great pool area. I liked the easy access to the pool bar and restaurants. The hotel has a very nice kids club. Rooms was also nice. We stayed in block 3 which I can recommend.

We have just returned from a 5day stay from this hotel. We stayed on the third floor, and went all inclusive. The staff were friendly upon arrival. As soon as we entered the hotel room there was an awful smell that was repulsive. We told several cleaners but from start to finish of our stay the smell got worse and lingered. The children mentioned that there wasn’t much food selection.

The location was perfect, and so was the weather. The room was a bit shady and one of the three elevators was out of order for almost the whole week. The breakfast was outstanding though.

I've been in three 4 star hotels during my trip and Viva was the best. What I liked was a lot of space in the studio rooms. Felt like I live in my own apartment for a while. Just got back from one of the best family holidays we have had. We as a family have never done all inclusive or stayed at the viva sunrise but wow I was blown away by all staff at the hotel. On arrival the reception team are very welcoming, helpful and so polite. The entertainment team work so hard to make sure all the family have the perfect holiday. We have stayed at the viva sunrise many times in the last ten years, we cannot find any faults with this hotel, not one. The staff are lovely, the entertainment is good, the Royal Rooms are indeed luxury and make the holiday feel like a holiday. Food is great good quality. Recommended for families.

Great stay! Nice staff and room (family apartment). The kids did joined and had fun on several activities of the Mini club (kid's club). Even the weather was nice!? Giving the stay 4 out of 5 stars due to the crowded places. Alot of people everywhere, and you cannot escape from other people (if you want to) exept in your own room.

Came for 10 days, was upgraded on arrival. Couldn't fault the apartment it was brill. Everything clean, and everything needed to cook. The maid service was exceptional very polite and friendly. The pool was great and staff are excellent. Will definitely return and will recommend to friends and family. Made our stay even more enjoyable.

Really kid friendly. A bit spread out so depending in which section you are staying you might have to walk a bit. The areas further away from the main complex are good though as the pool areas tend to be quieter and a bit more chilled. We had a fantastic 10 day holiday. The hotel is right near the beach and there are 3 pools (1 quieter pool, child pool and medium pool). We have just got home from this hotel 4 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 10. We honestly had the most amazing time. We were greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival which was lovely. Good hotel with several services that include good entertainment for the children every evening. The pool is always full but the amount of the space beside its always more than enough to find someplace to stay relaxed.

Room was basic but clean. I have a large family (6) and the 2 bedroomed apartment wasn't really ideal as the sofa bed and pull out bed weren't great. Perfect for Ironman Athletes and Visitors Hotel close to the Ironman Transition area, perfect for athletes, large bike storage room.

The public areas were spotless. The room was small but was a good price. It took a couple of days for the room to be cleaned.

I've been to this hotel few times,staff service are good and hotel cleanliness also very well, but the foods quality below usually standards,I hope they can do better afterwards.

Good central location just a five minute walk to the beach. Bus stop right outside the hotel for airport drop off/pick up as well as direct link to Alcudia Old Town. Lots of food and drink options close to the hotel. Within walking distance of the marina for a night out. Nightly entertainment programme (we stayed the last weekend of September) as well as day time games around the pool.

Good hotel with superb location

It is an excellent hotel. We liked its location and the restaurant. The room was clean. The shower in the room was excellent. We especially liked that on the departure date, the hotel allowed us to use a special room with a shower and the possibility of changing clothes. Wi-fi worked well. The only problem was that the air conditioner did not work properly and did not cool down the room.

It's definitely a hotel worth recommending, especially in Alcudia, but the service in the kitchen is unfortunately a bit poor! Plates aren't cleared away immediately, for example?!!!!! I could name several more examples...

Excellent visit, couldn't have asked for any more from the hotel and the team, great for kids, food selection for all inclusive is great! My friend & I stayed at the Bordoy hotel for 5 nights at the end of July. The hotel is very well maintained & the cleanliness is of a high standard. Well where to start, ignore the negative reviews from the people who have given this a 1 star rating. It’s pathetic. It had me and my partner worrying on what we was walking into. Staff - Lovely staff, all very polite and chatty. Sunbeds - yes people get down early to get ‘the best spots’ however there is plenty of beds even if you don’t like getting up at 7am to make your way down early. Poolside...

Food was average, sausages at breakfast appeared undercooked, but some other choices were adequate. Dinner choices average, paella, meat dishes, chips and pasta. We ate out all the marina during the day. Drink prices...

Checking in was also possible after checking online beforehand. I was very grateful for that, so the reception deserves a big compliment! Unfortunately, the card reader in the room was out of order, and the drain in the bathroom was clogged. Why do beds have to have wheels? Shortly after waking up, I thought I was in the hospital (Casa Blancaca - Camar Blanca).

Well located hotel, shame that the cleaning was not up to the standard of the establishment. Lots of sand on the floor. Champagne cork under the bed and we didn't drink any champagne. Nice and complete breakfast.

Can not fault this hotel. The staff are amazing and the hotel is spotless. Food very good quality and good variety. The spa is a brilliant option to have on the really hot days. Hotel location is ideal for the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We would recommend this hotel for family or couples.

The overall experience was very great. The hotel was in the perfect location, the rooms, hotel, pool area and bar were clean. The room was a little tight but suited us fine as a couple with one child. We had breakfast and dinner included in our booking which was the only thing I would change. Next time I would go self catering. The food for breakfast was lovely but you have to go early as it’s hard...

The Hotel is very family friendly. The restaurant is exellent. The rooms are clean. We have been here already 3 times.!!

A good well equipped hotel. With very helpful an friendly staff. Good food. And a nice pool area. The only reasons for not giving 5/5 are…… Lack of bacon at breakfast. 2nd floor carpets a little grubby. A little mould at the bottom of the shower screen and at the bottom of the shower tiles. But only visible when sat on the toilet. Overall we were happy with this hotel and would return.

Very nice hotel staff friendly room cleaned every day near to beach and shops pool area great only downfall was the breakfast not nice at all food was not hot and who has carrots cauliflower potatoes and brussel sprouts amongst there breakfast

Very welcoming and clean hotel, spacious pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Spa area is a nice touch! All staff were friendly and worked with a smile. The lifeguard was especially friendly with a lovely smile

I had a very good experience at this hotel. Staff even helped me charge and store my electric bike. Everything was clean, well ventilated and comfortable. The pick-up personal laundry service was a nice plus

I have been to many hotels in diffrent countries they weren't like Panormic Alcudia, the stuff were very polite and helpful ,they never hesitate helping and leading you ,food was really great different meals and many choices, the restaurant clean.They clean the room every day. Location by the beach is nice and you can walk 25 minutes to get to another nice beaches, if you wanna get to Alcudia old...

i like the set up of the hotel...people are free and the beach with the chairs outside is everything...as the sun sets you see people fishing and some are on vacation , bonding with their loved once. It is my 4th visit now :-)

Our first of many stays at the Hotel Ivory Had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The stand out part of this hotel were the staff. Very friendly and welcoming to us on our first ever stay. Room was very comfortable and food excellent. We’ll be back.

Good experience. No entertainment + ants in room Overall good experience with nice room, great view, excellent spa and good food. Not so good: Lack of kids’ entertainment (a kids disco was advertised every day and happened only once), lots of ants in the room (had to buy ant baits from the supermarket)

High recommended for you D families. Excellent hotel for young family. Kid friendly activities like face painting, mini disco twice every day. Breakfast buffé and dinner spread was very vast and tasted amazing!! Indoor spa with jacuzzi, sauna etc were fantastic. Good facilities, lovely staff, right next to the beach, cycling facilities, family friendly. Not a lot around it and a bit out of town, was glad to have a car, but it is on a main bus route.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious enough, the pools are nice and the beach is within walking distance. Staff is super friendly! We also like the breakfast and dinner buffet, enough choice and different options everyday.
