We have been at club Mac for about 4 days now. The majority of staff are really nice especially in the restaurants. The place is really clean and there is always something to do. We've been here 4 times now and we always have a great time. My 2 teenage children love everything about the resort. The food is amazing for a 3 star hotel. The entertainment is brilliant the staff are very friendly and helpful and work like crazy to make sure you enjoy your holiday. Love you club mac!!

Excellent hotel for families. This resort is brilliant. From the staff to the facilities inside it - I give it 5 stars! This was my first time coming abroad and we stayed here in 2017. Rooms are a tad small but adequate. Just a base to sleep and get changed. But are clean. Cleaners, bar staff, gardeners work tirelessly throughout the day to keep the place clean and tidy. It's a nice place to stay to see the sun, almost everything could be improved a degree or more, food, entertainment, room size, etc. Cleanliness was on the good side and staff were good. The walk to the beach is manageable and don't miss seeing the canals at least once.

Upscale place with great value for money - breakfast was quite nice and the spa area was nearly perfect, especially the view over the pollenca bay. The room was clean and spacious, terrace comfy and sunny. Hotel area is quite large - great for walks. The atmosphere overall suited me quite well, I'm going to visit again. Very nice resort, clean, nice staff. We had all inclusive and it's worth the price! Very good meals. Perfect for families with children. Only 4 stars because of the old equipment in the rooms.

We're in one of the Maris rooms which is perfectly adequate but not exceptional. The Spa facility is great though! Food is good and staff are friendly. The hotel is a little remote, with a 15 minute bus ride, or one hour walk to the port and it's a similar distance to Alcudia. The hotel is popular with cyclists and I can see why as there are some lovely views.

Nonetheless wi-fi ceftficate works just 5 minutes, so it's hard to surf, you always have to reconnect. Parking is not free - 10 euro per night. Fantastic value for money with nice pools and a fantastic spa area with steam room, sauna and ice bath. The only negative was the lifeguard yesterday who seemed to be more interested in telling people to wear swim caps in the spa than keeping an eye on the outdoor pools. Very good service from helpful staff. Very clean. Poor access and long walk to town. Rooms ok , but why have a fridge with nothing in it? Also no way to make a drink. My girlfriend has a gluten allergy and they 1) have breakfast for her, 2) have a menu she can fill in for each dinner and 3) the head chef took the time to show her around the buffet for everything gluten free. Awesome service. Rooms are also clean and the gym has sufficient stuff to get a little exercise. Don't expect a gym with weights thought.

Great sized apartment, staff very friendly & cleaners came everyday. Can go self-catering or all inclusive. Very touristy area so be aware the supermarkets & restaurants nearby charge top notch. Lidl is about 1km away tho. 5 mins to walk to beach which is lovely. Lots of Brits at this hotel!

Good hotel with several services that include good entertainment for the children every evening. The pool is always full but the amount of the space beside its always more than enough to find someplace to stay relaxed.

Here for family holiday. Great location only five minutes walk from the beach. Usual Brits abroad and folk setting their alarms for about 4am to secure a sun bed forever. Room was basic but clean. I have a large family (6) and the 2 bedroomed apartment wasn't really ideal as the sofa bed and pull out bed weren't great. The pool isn't huge (the pictures make it look bigger) however it was sufficient. The food is good and the staff are really helpful. Had a day/night in the hotel to enjoy the spa. We went all inclusive, first time I've ever tried AI. I was pleasantly surprised! Food was good and hot, the wine was good. The hotel was nearly perfect. The rooms are good but a little bit small. The only bad thing is that people with all inclusive aren't that noticed by the staff as people who pay for everything.

Just refurbished this year. Smart, clean and very helpful friendly staff. A nice buffet restaurant with plenty to chose from for vegetarians and the kids. Close to the beach, nice pool and entertainment for all the family. Quiet and relaxing. Lots of upgrades available. Will come back next year.

Our first time staying in Alcudia and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel, located far enough away from all the noise of the town but close enough to walk to the beach. What an amazing 6 nights we have just had at the Botel Alcudiamar! Amazing staff, clean and safe environment, beautiful location. We went here a few times for drink and dinner while in Alcudia for some days. The place is really great and especially the location is perfect in a quiet spot directly in the harbor. Try to sit outside after walking through the hotel lobby. They also have a great gin menu in the bar that is worth a try.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. Staff even helped me charge and store my electric bike. Everything was clean, well ventilated and comfortable. The pick-up personal laundry service was a nice plus

I have been to many hotels in diffrent countries they weren't like Panormic Alcudia, the stuff were very polite and helpful ,they never hesitate helping and leading you ,food was really great different meals and many choices, the restaurant clean.They clean the room every day. i like the set up of the hotel...people are free and the beach with the chairs outside is everything...as the sun sets you see people fishing and some are on vacation , bonding with their loved once. It is my 4th visit now :-)

Had a fabulous 10 days here. We stayed B&B, breakfast had plenty of options hot and cold. Had a fantastic room (junior suite) with a beautiful roof terrace! Always kept clean. Stayed here for a night before heading to our main accommodation. Very nice family room with a comfortable sofa bed for the kids. Nice decor, recently refurbished I would imagine. Breakfast was excellent with buffet and menu options, both of which were included in our room rate. Our room had a sea view, but it's a rocky shoreline rather than beach - but very scenic.

Stayed at this hotel recently. Nice hotel. Very clean. Buffet not great. Breakfast only OK and dinner poor. Barfood Nice and drinks Nice. My only complaint is we stayed for 2 weeks and gad to use the same pool towels for the 2 weeks. You are not allowed to change them unless you pay 5e a towel. It's ridiculous after paying 4000 euro to stay there.

Very good experience in Alcudia, the pool of the hotel is litterally on the beach. Everything is great and every member of the staff is here to kindly help you. The buffet (morning and dinner) is very good too with a good day to day variation. Accommodates "salty" inclinations and also the sweety ones.

Nice place, but some fairly essential stuff missing. 20€ a week for 1 device to be connected to extremely bad internet. Parking is a nightmare due to trees growing in a very small space outside the apartments. Towels are tiny and some aesthetic damage to furniture etc. The entire complex is built on a steep hill as well, so driving it is not for the faint of heart, but there is very little traffic...

Well, I believe when it comes to Value vs Money it is OK, but for sure it is far away from good clean hotel. You will get 2 floors apartment with kitchen for maximum 5 adults. There are few swimming pools as well as restaurant. Place is located around 400-700 meters away from sea, although you have a fantastic Seaview at least from second floor. There is a free parking just next to apartment

The hotel was nice and clean, but the food was not that good. Everyday was a different food theme, which were very specific. Also the food was not very child friendly (e.g. no french fries). Where here mid Nov, pretty dead here friendly staff in the hotel the rest was just ok. Internet in the hotel is close to not existing so slow upgrades are 15 Euro for 7 days per phone or laptop. This is in my opinion an outdated policy.

Everyone in the staff has been incredible this week, helpful and hospitable. Unfortunately the man with the mouth guard and black ponytail has been incredibly unpleasant, among the worst I have met who works in hotels. Unfortunately I can not give higher grades because he lowered the mood for the whole group when he worked.

Location ok near to beach, 300 meters walk. A little too far from city. Rooms are ok for a family, service at the restaurant is great but rooms cleaning not as great. The pool is too small. Mainly a hotel for families with smaller kids, younger than 10 years old. The evening shows are not that terrific, mostly for children.
