We have been at club Mac for about 4 days now. The majority of staff are really nice especially in the restaurants. The place is really clean and there is always something to do. We've been here 4 times now and we always have a great time. My 2 teenage children love everything about the resort. The food is amazing for a 3 star hotel. The entertainment is brilliant the staff are very friendly and helpful and work like crazy to make sure you enjoy your holiday. Love you club mac!!

Excellent hotel for families. This resort is brilliant. From the staff to the facilities inside it - I give it 5 stars! This was my first time coming abroad and we stayed here in 2017. Rooms are a tad small but adequate. Just a base to sleep and get changed. But are clean. Cleaners, bar staff, gardeners work tirelessly throughout the day to keep the place clean and tidy. It's a nice place to stay to see the sun, almost everything could be improved a degree or more, food, entertainment, room size, etc. Cleanliness was on the good side and staff were good. The walk to the beach is manageable and don't miss seeing the canals at least once.

Wow. This hotel is definitely one of the best I’ve been to. Lovely caring staff and brilliant facilities including a spa, pool, wifi and TV area. Rooms are comfy and have good views. Restaurant serves mouthwatering dishes in a buffet system. So happy with my stay and will definitely be coming back.

Upscale place with great value for money - breakfast was quite nice and the spa area was nearly perfect, especially the view over the pollenca bay. The room was clean and spacious, terrace comfy and sunny. Hotel area is quite large - great for walks. The atmosphere overall suited me quite well, I'm going to visit again. Very nice resort, clean, nice staff. We had all inclusive and it's worth the price! Very good meals. Perfect for families with children. Only 4 stars because of the old equipment in the rooms.

We're in one of the Maris rooms which is perfectly adequate but not exceptional. The Spa facility is great though! Food is good and staff are friendly. The hotel is a little remote, with a 15 minute bus ride, or one hour walk to the port and it's a similar distance to Alcudia. The hotel is popular with cyclists and I can see why as there are some lovely views.

Just returned from a week here. Have stayed in alcudia area before and this seemed the best hotel in the area. We were not disappointed. The check in experience was excellent. We arrived early and our rooms were not ready. We were provided with a courtesy room. We were informed we would be telephoned as soon as our room was ready. We stayed for one week at this lovely hotel. Nice rooms and clean environment. We only had breakfast at the hotel but it was good. The daily “war of the sun beds” are quite stressful, and even though the hotel has a “one hour reservation” , no one seems to care if 6 beds are reserved but not used for 3 hours. We had a fantastic family holiday. Lovely all inclusive resort. Our 2 and 4 year old loved it. The food was great and varied. The staff were incredibly Helpful. This was our 3rd stay with Zafiro chain. Would recommend.

Our family (4 years & 7 months) had a great time at Zafiro. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the food and drinks. My older son loved the outdoor playground, and both children loved the indoor swimming pool (which was heated). The hotel was especially helpful when our return flight was cancelled, and we needed an extra night accommodation.

Great hotel. All the staff were fantastic, in particular the lifeguard who took a shine to my son and gave him a huge inflatable to use in the pool and checked in on him each time he saw him. Great location. Less than 5 mins away from the beach. Great facilities in the room and throughout. Will definitely be visiting again.

Came for 10 days, was upgraded on arrival. Couldn't fault the apartment it was brill. Everything clean, and everything needed to cook. The maid service was exceptional very polite and friendly. Really kid friendly. A bit spread out so depending in which section you are staying you might have to walk a bit. I've been in three 4 star hotels during my trip and Viva was the best. What I liked was a lot of space in the studio rooms. Felt like I live in my own apartment for a while. Just got back from one of the best family holidays we have had. We as a family have never done all inclusive or stayed at the viva sunrise but wow I was blown away by all staff at the hotel. On arrival the reception team are very welcoming, helpful and so polite. The entertainment team work so hard to make sure all the family have the perfect holiday. We have stayed at the viva sunrise many times in the last ten years, we cannot find any faults with this hotel, not one. The staff are lovely, the entertainment is good, the Royal Rooms are indeed luxury and make the holiday feel like a holiday. Food is great good quality. Recommended for families.

Great stay! Nice staff and room (family apartment). The kids did joined and had fun on several activities of the Mini club (kid's club). Even the weather was nice!? Stayed on cycling holiday, good location with shops, restaurant, chemist nearby. They have a garage for bikes and provide locks. Breakfast is top notch. Only complaint is the beds not terrible but not great.

Amazing natural caves and structures. If you've not been an essential and worthwhile visit. Just a shame they do more ( background, history, guides etc.) and music could be much more spectacular without detracting from natural beauty.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay in Alcudia, it’s a beautiful part of Majorca and would recommend to friends and family. The Globales Condes De Alcudia was where we stayed during our week long visit and the hotel itself was clean, staff were friendly and it was in a good location with very close access to the beach and a number of restaurants. The hotel was lovely. Great spot near the shops and beach. I had a single room at first which was a bit small so I changed to a twin room which was much more roomy. The staff were friendly and helpful and the all inclusive food was great. I didn't always eat there as Alcudia has lots of great restaurants.

I stayed here over Christmas and cannot fault the hotel. Joanna and all the staff are warm and welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. The rooms are beautiful and really clean and the food served in the restaurant was incredible. All guests were given a gift on Christmas morning which I thought was a lovely touch. The most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in! Very very clean. We had the breakfast nearby every day. Pool area is nice, lacking atmosphere at times but it was a quieter time of year and an adult only hotel so maybe that was why. Loved the bands for hotel keys as you never had to go looking for one. A comfy bed is an absolute must ~ and this bed did not disappoint, so comfortable. The rooms were immaculate and well decorated though a little scuffed and showing signs of seasonal wear. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and resorts around the world. But this one I’ve given 5 stars has all the staff are brilliant and kind. They work long hours. Also, nothing is too much. Everything was perfect, I couldn‘t ask for a better stay! The employees, the rooms, the breakfast buffet and the pool area were absolutely fine and their covid-policy was amazing, I felt totally safe the entire stay. I really recommend it!!! :)

We got the room that is coming out through the patio and the truth is we consider the best located. Cleaning ok, jacuzzi ok. My Husband and I stayed here just after reopening for our honeymoon and it was lovely. It wasn't our planned honeymoon but none the less was absolutely gorgeous! Lovely clean hotel. Island was perfect for adults not wanting involved in pool/kids entertainment at main pool. My girlfriend has a gluten allergy and they 1) have breakfast for her, 2) have a menu she can fill in for each dinner and 3) the head chef took the time to show her around the buffet for everything gluten free. Awesome service. Rooms are also clean and the gym has sufficient stuff to get a little exercise. Don't expect a gym with weights thought.

Stayed at this hotel recently. Nice hotel. Very clean. Buffet not great. Breakfast only OK and dinner poor. Barfood Nice and drinks Nice. My only complaint is we stayed for 2 weeks and gad to use the same pool towels for the 2 weeks. You are not allowed to change them unless you pay 5e a towel. It's ridiculous after paying 4000 euro to stay there.

Very good experience in Alcudia, the pool of the hotel is litterally on the beach. Everything is great and every member of the staff is here to kindly help you. The buffet (morning and dinner) is very good too with a good day to day variation. Accommodates "salty" inclinations and also the sweety ones.

i like the set up of the hotel...people are free and the beach with the chairs outside is everything...as the sun sets you see people fishing and some are on vacation , bonding with their loved once. It is my 4th visit now :-)

Incredible location and great garden / pool area. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

Room was spotless and cleaned everyday + new towels. Gym had everything you would need. Breakfast was our highlight - amazing buffet with plenty options (& fizz!). Staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend and certainly return. Beautiful location with lots of options for food / drink / activities near by.

Our first time staying in Alcudia and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel, located far enough away from all the noise of the town but close enough to walk to the beach. The food quality was better than most hotels we have been to in europe, each day the menu was varied and kept interesting. The staff were very attentive and always served with a smile. The drinks/cocktails were delicious and affordable...

We enjoyed our stay here! ☀️🌴😎 Very friendly staff, nice rooms with everything you need, big pool, good food and a nice view. It‘s also a very quiet place without any traffic or loud music. Ps: Big thanks to Antonio which was super friendly and attentive during our stay!

What an amazing 6 nights we have just had at the Botel Alcudiamar! Amazing staff, clean and safe environment, beautiful location. This is our 2nd visit to the hotel and we remember now why we choose this hotel. Special people and service outstanding. The room was cleaned every day, the staff welcomed us every day when we arrived for breakfast and there was even a card and cava delivered to our room...
