Nice resort Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos.

If you are traveling by yourself, the hotel facilities are OK, but it is inconvenient without a car. You must have a car to be convenient. The resort-style hotel has sauna, gym and restaurant.

Confortable It was a good and confortable journey. The buffet was very good. Good access to the parking. The swiming pool was excellent. The only problem was that the room was not available on time (2PM) and we must wait one hour, despite this I reccomend this hotel

We stayed one night before getting ferry from Alcúdia and they gave us a very small room in H block at the furthest point away from main areas. Restaurant in adults only area was good for dinner and breakfast. Have stayed before a few years ago for two nights and experience was completely different room much better.

Just had a 4 day stay at the Inmood Aucanada, I can honestly say I have had the most amazing time. The room was immaculately clean and modern, cleaned and towels changed daily. We stayed the second time in this hotel. It was again an exceptionally nice experience: such stunning views from the room. Good breakfast (I would prefer fresh orange juice though), super friendly staff and a calm location.

The resort itself is beautiful and I’m sure the hotel will be too when it’s finished but they are not telling people it’s like a building site . It’s still not finished . Constant drilling and hammering right by the pool and restaurant from 9am - 4pm every day . We upgraded to a premium sea view too but had a view of the builders everyday . Really disappointing when we only had 5 nights there . ...

The property is under construction which wasn't noted on the reservation page. Because of this the gym was not open which was one of my search criteria. Parking was very limited.

Although the hotel was still under renovation, they pulled out all the stops to make our stay special. It's in a beautiful location with the Boat House bar connecting it to the sea and beach area. Breakfast was served by the pool with plenty of cover from the sun if required and plenty of choices on offer from the attentive staff. Love to stay again when all the renovations have been carried out.

Very nice Hotel. Great service, great pool area. I liked the easy access to the pool bar and restaurants. The hotel has a very nice kids club. Rooms was also nice. We stayed in block 3 which I can recommend.

Very nice (all inclusive) hotel near the beach and main road with all shops in Alcúdia. Great staff that make your stay pleasant, specially the bar staff (Sarah (Malibu special!), Nico and others). Good food (bit crowded inside, better sit outside ) and spacious rooms, a bit old but well kept clean (thanks Lola).

We have just returned from a 5day stay from this hotel. We stayed on the third floor, and went all inclusive. The staff were friendly upon arrival. As soon as we entered the hotel room there was an awful smell that was repulsive. We told several cleaners but from start to finish of our stay the smell got worse and lingered. The children mentioned that there wasn’t much food selection.

The location was perfect, and so was the weather. The room was a bit shady and one of the three elevators was out of order for almost the whole week. The breakfast was outstanding though.

Came for 10 days, was upgraded on arrival. Couldn't fault the apartment it was brill. Everything clean, and everything needed to cook. The maid service was exceptional very polite and friendly. We stayed here with our two youngish kids and it's a decent place for families with good pools and kid friendly entertainment. It would be pretty dull for adults without kids though. Absolutely a great place!! This was the second time I was there with my kids and grandchildren; all appreciated it this time as the previous time. A lovely resort with a family feel. We had a fabulous week at Sea club and would highly recommend. Apartments are very clean and spacious with A/C. Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. The staff were outstanding. especially Ana and Trude. So helpful and informative. Great place for kids. Close to beach and shops/restaurants. Really kid friendly. A bit spread out so depending in which section you are staying you might have to walk a bit. The areas further away from the main complex are good though as the pool areas tend to be quieter and a bit more chilled. This hotel was lovely clean and the staff were lovely friendly and helpful entertainment was brilliant for the kids but as we had a 16 year old one 1 year old we did spend our evenings in the piano bar which was lovely and drink was so much better in there,food was fresh and plenty of choice and the food truck was great didn’t have to wait long at all for your order as some are stating in there reviews...

We had a fantastic 10 day holiday. The hotel is right near the beach and there are 3 pools (1 quieter pool, child pool and medium pool). We have just spent 9 amazing nights in this hotel as a family with a 6 and 10 year old and have to say the hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. We have just got home from this hotel 4 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 10. We honestly had the most amazing time. We were greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival which was lovely. We had a little trouble with our room smelling damp and being loud (ground floor outside lifts) the staff were understanding and helped us swiftly move to a better room no problems after this! Lovely atmosphere from morning to evening. Huge shoutout to the animation team and waiters for making our stay even more unforgettable. This hotel is fab and location is excellent for beach and old town. Staff are all very welcoming from reception to the cleaners. Great cycling location, property has a secure bike garage with tools, air, and bike shower. One block from the beach and a mile from Alcudia old walled city an easy walk. Highly recommend!

Great hotel for adults only Nice location, nice room, nice breakfast, ok pool surroundings but many chairs were booked so if you're more people it might be challening depending on which time you come, very basic gym, so don't have high expectations.

My friend & I stayed at the Bordoy hotel for 5 nights at the end of July. The hotel is very well maintained & the cleanliness is of a high standard. The staff are all very friendly & pleasant & nothing is ever too much trouble. I have coeliac’s disease & therefore require a strict gluten free diet & I’m at risk from cross contamination. Well where to start, ignore the negative reviews from the people who have given this a 1 star rating. It’s pathetic. It had me and my partner worrying on what we was walking into. Staff - Lovely staff, all very polite and chatty. Sunbeds - yes people get down early to get ‘the best spots’ however there is plenty of beds even if you don’t like getting up at 7am to make your way down early. Poolside...

We spent one week here as part of a stay & cruise. (June 28th-4th July. We were in room 410 which faces the front, I'm really pleased that it wasn't a room facing the pool, as the sun in the afternoon was so intense, we wouldn't have been able to sit on the balcony. May bank holiday weekend stay as a couple. Half board, with room on 2nd floor facing road and car park. Room is comfortable with okay shower. Minimal outside noise, didn't disturb us. Food was average, sausages at breakfast appeared undercooked, but some other choices were adequate. Dinner choices average, paella, meat dishes, chips and pasta. Checking in was also possible after checking online beforehand. I was very grateful for that, so the reception deserves a big compliment! Unfortunately, the card reader in the room was out of order, and the drain in the bathroom was clogged. Why do beds have to have wheels? Shortly after waking up, I thought I was in the hospital (Casa Blancaca - Camar Blanca).

Well located hotel, shame that the cleaning was not up to the standard of the establishment. Lots of sand on the floor. Champagne cork under the bed and we didn't drink any champagne. Nice and complete breakfast.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. Staff even helped me charge and store my electric bike. Everything was clean, well ventilated and comfortable. The pick-up personal laundry service was a nice plus

I have been to many hotels in diffrent countries they weren't like Panormic Alcudia, the stuff were very polite and helpful ,they never hesitate helping and leading you ,food was really great different meals and many choices, the restaurant clean.They clean the room every day. Location by the beach is nice and you can walk 25 minutes to get to another nice beaches, if you wanna get to Alcudia old...

i like the set up of the hotel...people are free and the beach with the chairs outside is everything...as the sun sets you see people fishing and some are on vacation , bonding with their loved once. It is my 4th visit now :-)

Good facilities, lovely staff, right next to the beach, cycling facilities, family friendly. Not a lot around it and a bit out of town, was glad to have a car, but it is on a main bus route.

What an amazing 6 nights we have just had at the Botel Alcudiamar! Amazing staff, clean and safe environment, beautiful location. This is our 2nd visit to the hotel and we remember now why we choose this hotel. Special people and service outstanding. We went here a few times for drink and dinner while in Alcudia for some days. The place is really great and especially the location is perfect in a quiet spot directly in the harbor. Try to sit outside after walking through the hotel lobby. They also have a great gin menu in the bar that is worth a try.

We had a lovely stay at Trend hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. It is a relatively small hotel (compared to other hotels in the area), which gives it a very calm and serene feel. It is only a short 5 minute walk to the beach and about 30 minutes to the old town, which is lovely. The surrounding area is quite touristy but the hotel doesn't feel this...

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was amazing, staff were friendly and when we arrived closer to midnight, we even had dinner waiting for us in the restaurant. Nice appartment. Nice outside and inside pool sauna. Near the beach. Only teo blocks away. But noisy rooms and on second floor you could hear the entertainment songs in the evening. To loud for our taste unfortunatly. The inside pool looked dirty. Need to be cleaned more regularly.

Just went for a swim. Beach not too busy in August, but water not the clearest in the area and there was a bit of a funny smell every now and then! Easy to park in the street close by...

The beach has nice sand and their are a lot of bars and such along the beach. The water is ok: its not very clear near the shore but when you swim out it gets nicer. Worst thing about the beach is the smell, every so often there's a garbage smell sweeping the beach.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable and very nicely located. The staff was incredible and immensely attentive and helpful. Rianne and Diego were wonderful in every way and the cleaning staff were immaculate. Our room was always so tidy and comfortable and they didn't miss a single detail.

This property is stunning , fabulous location . The staff are exceptional especially Damien & Rianne. We moved accommodation early into our trip we arrived at Forum early hours of the morning and Damien who was off duty , promptly turned up to help us with check in as we arrived unsociable hours .
