Upscale place with great value for money - breakfast was quite nice and the spa area was nearly perfect, especially the view over the pollenca bay. The room was clean and spacious, terrace comfy and sunny. Hotel area is quite large - great for walks. The atmosphere overall suited me quite well, I'm going to visit again. Oh and good luck finding a parking lot:)

Very nice resort, clean, nice staff. We had all inclusive and it's worth the price! Very good meals. Perfect for families with children. Only 4 stars because of the old equipment in the rooms.

We're in one of the Maris rooms which is perfectly adequate but not exceptional. The Spa facility is great though! Food is good and staff are friendly. The hotel is a little remote, with a 15 minute bus ride, or one hour walk to the port and it's a similar distance to Alcudia. The hotel is popular with cyclists and I can see why as there are some lovely views.

The hotel is situated in a secluded place. Bordered by a bird sanctuary. In the hotel there is no beach, although the sea itself is in walking distance. Nice hotel with a good location. Clean, big and light rooms are there, very friendly staff, big parking. Nonetheless wi-fi ceftficate works just 5 minutes, so it's hard to surf, you always have to reconnect. Parking is not free - 10 euro per night. Fantastic value for money with nice pools and a fantastic spa area with steam room, sauna and ice bath. The only negative was the lifeguard yesterday who seemed to be more interested in telling people to wear swim caps in the spa than keeping an eye on the outdoor pools. Very good service from helpful staff. Very clean. Poor access and long walk to town. Rooms ok , but why have a fridge with nothing in it? Also no way to make a drink. Pools are nice but small plenty of seats. Pool bar gives good service but why do you need to pay for food when you are all inclusive. Only free food sandwiches.

My girlfriend has a gluten allergy and they 1) have breakfast for her, 2) have a menu she can fill in for each dinner and 3) the head chef took the time to show her around the buffet for everything gluten free. Awesome service. Rooms are also clean and the gym has sufficient stuff to get a little exercise. Don't expect a gym with weights thought.

Stayed at this hotel recently. Nice hotel. Very clean. Buffet not great. Breakfast only OK and dinner poor. Barfood Nice and drinks Nice. My only complaint is we stayed for 2 weeks and gad to use the same pool towels for the 2 weeks. You are not allowed to change them unless you pay 5e a towel. It's ridiculous after paying 4000 euro to stay there.

Very good experience in Alcudia, the pool of the hotel is litterally on the beach. Everything is great and every member of the staff is here to kindly help you. The buffet (morning and dinner) is very good too with a good day to day variation. Accommodates "salty" inclinations and also the sweety ones.

i like the set up of the hotel...people are free and the beach with the chairs outside is everything...as the sun sets you see people fishing and some are on vacation , bonding with their loved once. It is my 4th visit now :-)

Our first time staying in Alcudia and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel, located far enough away from all the noise of the town but close enough to walk to the beach. What an amazing 6 nights we have just had at the Botel Alcudiamar! Amazing staff, clean and safe environment, beautiful location. Everyone in the staff has been incredible this week, helpful and hospitable. Unfortunately the man with the mouth guard and black ponytail has been incredibly unpleasant, among the worst I have met who works in hotels. Unfortunately I can not give higher grades because he lowered the mood for the whole group when he worked.

Location ok near to beach, 300 meters walk. A little too far from city. Rooms are ok for a family, service at the restaurant is great but rooms cleaning not as great. The pool is too small. Mainly a hotel for families with smaller kids, younger than 10 years old. The evening shows are not that terrific, mostly for children.

Staff is very friendly, rooms are good and not very worn out. Food is good and the pool is very cool on hot days. There is not a lot on tv.

Had a day/night in the hotel to enjoy the spa. We went all inclusive, first time I've ever tried AI. I was pleasantly surprised! Food was good and hot, the wine was good. Stayed here for Iron Man Mallorca and 100% the right decision! Could not be a better base with great facilities if you are interested in sports or fitness. Could not believe the quality of apartments for the price, right on the beach if you enjoy open water swimming. Staff were amazing too, so friendly and all fluent in English. Just went for a swim. Beach not too busy in August, but water not the clearest in the area and there was a bit of a funny smell every now and then! Easy to park in the street close by...

The beach has nice sand and their are a lot of bars and such along the beach. The water is ok: its not very clear near the shore but when you swim out it gets nicer. Worst thing about the beach is the smell, every so often there's a garbage smell sweeping the beach.
