Nice resort Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos.

If you are traveling by yourself, the hotel facilities are OK, but it is inconvenient without a car. You must have a car to be convenient. The resort-style hotel has sauna, gym and restaurant.

Confortable It was a good and confortable journey. The buffet was very good. Good access to the parking. The swiming pool was excellent. The only problem was that the room was not available on time (2PM) and we must wait one hour, despite this I reccomend this hotel

We stayed one night before getting ferry from Alcúdia and they gave us a very small room in H block at the furthest point away from main areas. Restaurant in adults only area was good for dinner and breakfast. Have stayed before a few years ago for two nights and experience was completely different room much better.

Just had a 4 day stay at the Inmood Aucanada, I can honestly say I have had the most amazing time. The room was immaculately clean and modern, cleaned and towels changed daily. The staff are all courteous and knowledgeable. The food is superb, maybe the best I have had in any hotel. The pools are chilled and a real oasis of relaxation. Really lovely hotel located perfectly in the quiet spot of Alcanada. Friendly hotel staff who are more than happy to help at all times. Clean, modern hotel. Room was perfectly sized. We stayed the second time in this hotel. It was again an exceptionally nice experience: such stunning views from the room. Good breakfast (I would prefer fresh orange juice though), super friendly staff and a calm location.

The resort itself is beautiful and I’m sure the hotel will be too when it’s finished but they are not telling people it’s like a building site . It’s still not finished . Constant drilling and hammering right by the pool and restaurant from 9am - 4pm every day . We upgraded to a premium sea view too but had a view of the builders everyday . Really disappointing when we only had 5 nights there . ...

The property is under construction which wasn't noted on the reservation page. Because of this the gym was not open which was one of my search criteria. Parking was very limited.

Although the hotel was still under renovation, they pulled out all the stops to make our stay special. It's in a beautiful location with the Boat House bar connecting it to the sea and beach area. Breakfast was served by the pool with plenty of cover from the sun if required and plenty of choices on offer from the attentive staff. Love to stay again when all the renovations have been carried out.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time and really enjoyed it. The main reason I came back is the people I had the chance to meet here. I hope to return again later this year. The bar staff – Barto’s team: Maria, Dani, Xisco, Jona, Gabriel, Lazaro, Dylan – were amazing. And in the restaurant, the best manager Cesar and the grill chefs Juan and Emilio. This hotel is fab and location is excellent for beach and old town. Staff are all very welcoming from reception to the cleaners. Bar staff work hard and are excellent shout out to Dani, the lassie can’t remember her name sorry). Entertainment team especially Milayna (think that was her name) she was great. Hotel pool is lovely and was a saving grace as it was hot when we were there last week. ...

Just back from a 7 night stay. Great hotel, nicely decorated and super clean. Excellent facilities and the staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly the restaurant and catering staff. Only one thing that annoyed me was getting told off for getting a glass of water for my toddler at dinner time (only for all inclusive guests...not half board!) one isolated, grumpy member of staff to be fair, not...

I could not praise the staff highly enough - they were all so friendly and helpful. The food was very good, amazing selection. Hotel is very clean. There's plenty of evening entertainment in the bar. I would definitely stay in Hotel Bahia d'Alcúdia again.

Room was spotless and cleaned everyday + new towels. Gym had everything you would need. Breakfast was our highlight - amazing buffet with plenty options (& fizz!). Staff very helpful and friendly. Our first time staying in Alcudia and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel, located far enough away from all the noise of the town but close enough to walk to the beach. The food quality was better than most hotels we have been to in europe, each day the menu was varied and kept interesting. The staff were very attentive and always served with a smile. The drinks/cocktails were delicious and affordable...

We enjoyed our stay here! ☀️🌴😎 Very friendly staff, nice rooms with everything you need, big pool, good food and a nice view. It‘s also a very quiet place without any traffic or loud music. Ps: Big thanks to Antonio which was super friendly and attentive during our stay!

What an amazing 6 nights we have just had at the Botel Alcudiamar! Amazing staff, clean and safe environment, beautiful location. This is our 2nd visit to the hotel and we remember now why we choose this hotel. Special people and service outstanding. The room was cleaned every day, the staff welcomed us every day when we arrived for breakfast and there was even a card and cava delivered to our room...

We went here a few times for drink and dinner while in Alcudia for some days. The place is really great and especially the location is perfect in a quiet spot directly in the harbor. Try to sit outside after walking through the hotel lobby. They also have a great gin menu in the bar that is worth a try.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. Staff even helped me charge and store my electric bike. Everything was clean, well ventilated and comfortable. The pick-up personal laundry service was a nice plus

I have been to many hotels in diffrent countries they weren't like Panormic Alcudia, the stuff were very polite and helpful ,they never hesitate helping and leading you ,food was really great different meals and many choices, the restaurant clean.They clean the room every day. Location by the beach is nice and you can walk 25 minutes to get to another nice beaches, if you wanna get to Alcudia old...

i like the set up of the hotel...people are free and the beach with the chairs outside is everything...as the sun sets you see people fishing and some are on vacation , bonding with their loved once. It is my 4th visit now :-)

A fantastic small hotel in the heart of old town. The room was lovely, the breakfasts were great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations of things to do and where to eat in the evenings. We also enjoyed using the spa facilities in the evenings. Highly recommend.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable and very nicely located. The staff was incredible and immensely attentive and helpful. Rianne and Diego were wonderful in every way and the cleaning staff were immaculate. Our room was always so tidy and comfortable and they didn't miss a single detail.

Nice appartment. Nice outside and inside pool sauna. Near the beach. Only teo blocks away. But noisy rooms and on second floor you could hear the entertainment songs in the evening. To loud for our taste unfortunatly. The inside pool looked dirty. Need to be cleaned more regularly.

The bed was really uncomfortable. All in all the hotel needs serious renovations.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The pool is fantastic, with plenty of benches available for relaxation. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family, and featured a lovely balcony. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Great hotel with a nice staff. All staff members are very polite and friendly. They always serve you with a smile. The food changes from day to day. We spend 2 weeks in the hotel and never had the same menu. The rooms are very clean. The only thing is that if you have issues with your back the mattresses are too soft. We had a nice sunny week! Overall satisfied with our stay but there are some points of critisism: - Rooms and the hotel interior are heavily outdated - In the room was a non-functioning and outdated kitchen (why?) - Beds are horrible - Airconditioning was not working for first two days. Just went for a swim. Beach not too busy in August, but water not the clearest in the area and there was a bit of a funny smell every now and then! Easy to park in the street close by...

The beach has nice sand and their are a lot of bars and such along the beach. The water is ok: its not very clear near the shore but when you swim out it gets nicer. Worst thing about the beach is the smell, every so often there's a garbage smell sweeping the beach.

A great places for families. Close to water and a lovely beach. Also close to Alcudia. The staff at the hotell are nice and helpful. The rooms are old, but well kept.

Good family hotel, lots of activities both for adults and children. The rooms are as good as expected from a 4 star hotel.

Food, drinks, beach, show is superb. Some more exiting pools and the area where our room was in are in need of renovation. But all is really really good in total and we will go back for sure.

Good facilities, lovely staff, right next to the beach, cycling facilities, family friendly. Not a lot around it and a bit out of town, was glad to have a car, but it is on a main bus route.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious enough, the pools are nice and the beach is within walking distance. Staff is super friendly! We also like the breakfast and dinner buffet, enough choice and different options everyday.
