Arrived yesterday.
The floor is dirty and sticky.
Broken toilet seat.
Feeling like we are in the cage without a view to the outside world. All we can see is other room’s doors. Refused a room with a view on arrival.

Our flight got canceled and we stayed here for 1 night. Staff is very helpful. The chef was proud he had so many (stranded) clients for 1 night. Rooms are spacious and have seaview with a balkony. If you are looking for a hotel next to the beach in Arricife I would highly recommend this place.

I recently stayed at Hotel Diamar Lanzarote in Arrecife and it was 💯! The check-in was quick and easy ✨, my stay was amazing 🌟, the location was perfect 🌴, and I had the best rest in my room 😴. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in Lanzarote. 👍🏼

There was not a single correctly installed electric plug in my room, all of the looked like on the photo. Air conditioning was leaking.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Staff friendly & helpful. €40.00 for Christmas Eve dinner was totally overpriced & nothing special. When I spoke to Reception, I was given a free meal the following evening, Christmas night, which was much better but all meats both nights looked totally unappetising. Prawns & octopus salad second night were delicious. My room was lovely with a great view, but the website photo of the location was totally misleading.

Lovely hotel right at the beach in Arricefe. Hotel staff are friendly and give local sight-seeing recommendations. Breakfast and Dinners are buffet style so a little bit of everything is available. All around great place.

Great location right on the beach front with a view if the golden sand and sea, breakfast downstairs buffet style which was lovely. Place is clean and staff are friendly, loved the balcony.
