Very nice hotel. Staff really friendly. Stayed for two days used relaxing spa and had a very energising deep tissue massage. We loved the suite the comfortable beds and the rich breakfast. The nice view into the atlantic as well as the professionally made cocktails in the evening. Only flaw is the stuttering tv reception hence 4* on room. Wont stopping us from staying here again.

Good location for both the airport and wandering around Arrecife. On the plus side we found upon arrival the receptionists were lovely, the Pool bar staff & Alarz team were also attentive & the Spa team great with a special mention to Alina who managed to straighten out my dodgy back following a particular hectic game of Paddle! Stayed at the Hotel Lancelot for the weekend. The rooms are spotless and beds were super comfortable. Appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. We had yet another brilliant relaxing stay in the beautiful Lancelot with its excellent location, fantastic staff especially Alexis and Sandra. There were very few options to choose from so we booked this hotel on the day of check-in and it was a great decision! Location is superb, our room had a lovely street view. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful on check-in/out. Breakfast was 20€ for 2 person, selection was wide and food was tasty! Bus stops nearby, easy to go to the airport. Fabulous staff always to help! Very clean place. Very good breakfast on a roof terrace with ocean view is a piece of magic. There is relax place on the terrace too. The worst thing is very weak soundproofing, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything what is going around in the hotel. A charming and very practical place. Our room was very clean and had a view of the pool. We called in the middle of the afternoon to make a reservation and within half an hour we had our room available. Hi, I flew to Lanzarote with 2 friends and was looking for an apartement with two rooms and stable internet. We got a pool, a very friendly host and some quietude in the middle of the island. Being central turned out to be amazing since most of our destinations were in reach. Unfortunately, the internet wasn't as stable when more people were using it and since there is no common kitchen for some rooms...

For such a low price it's pretty good. Super nice personnel, good beds, perfect location. Vending machine inside provides welcome stuff: beer, 1.5l frigorified water, cigarettes... Also appreciated A LOT that the cleaning service does not knock your door: they only visit the rooms when the occupant left the key at the reception. However, it's a pension, not a three stars hotel. The Hotel Villa Vic, Arrecife, lanzarote is a small boutique hotel with about 14 rooms. We were half board and took lunch on 5 of the 6 days there. The apartment is completely renovated, but it lacks some normal details and other very important ones. For example, the bed is too small for today's times, it measures 135cm and the room is spacious enough to put a bed of at least 180cm. For normal people it is too small, it is very difficult to rest. Room was extremely spacious and pool area lovely. Not much choice of food and trying to get a sun lounger was impossible unless you woke up at 6am and even then majority of sun loungers with shade had already been taken. Management really need to look at how to manage this.

The food was outstanding with a wide variety of it. The room was a bit small but functional. The location was ideal, only a few hundred meters from the beach and close to many shops lining the outside street. If I were to stay in Costa Teguise again I would definitely stay again.

Sadly this isn't the Oasis Lanz we previously stayed at. There were issues with cockroaches in our room (114) which were raised and a "deep clean" done but it didn't solve the problem and when I again raised it when we checked out the response was "it's hot". The room was very large and comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils to make your meals, the pools were very clean. The bed was comfortable but a little old and it sounded as soon as you moved. The bathroom was fine, with always hot water, but the tub was very rusty. In general everything is good, it just needs a few small renovations to make it look like new.

I wanted to spend one more day, so I renewed my hotel reservation. The overall feeling of the hotel environment was very good in the first three days, but on the fourth day the front desk was replaced by an older man. The service felt very unfriendly and impatient towards Asians.
