A charming and very practical place. Our room was very clean and had a view of the pool. We called in the middle of the afternoon to make a reservation and within half an hour we had our room available. It has a common kitchen with coffee maker, coffee, sugar, toaster... everything you need for breakfast/dinner. I recommend it if you are looking for rest and tranquility to take advantage of the day...

Hi, I flew to Lanzarote with 2 friends and was looking for an apartement with two rooms and stable internet. We got a pool, a very friendly host and some quietude in the middle of the island. Being central turned out to be amazing since most of our destinations were in reach. Unfortunately, the internet wasn't as stable when more people were using it and since there is no common kitchen for some rooms...

A must if you visit Arrecife, use the elevator to the right, only petite but has stunning views as you climb all the way to the 17th floor and the restaurant there, the panoramic vista is one of the best photo opportunities you'll have on your stay. Currently staying at this hotel and having a wonderful experience. Initially I couldn't check in early and there was no movement on the 3pm check in which was unfortunate considering I was hot and sweating after a long trip but the hotel did look after my luggage. The restaurant blue 17 has the most spectacular views and delicious food. When we arrived the sun was setting and you couldn't ask for a more spectacular view. A good four star hotel but definitely not a five star! The attention to detail simply is not there. Everywhere in the hotel is immaculately clean, including around the pool. Even if you request a double bed (rather than twin beds) either while booking or at reception you will get two separately made up twin beds pushed together. Had a lovely stay at Hotel Lancelot. The food was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and close to everything. We had a small issue with a clogged drain, but it was fixed quickly by the staff. Overall, a solid and enjoyable hotel.

There were very few options to choose from so we booked this hotel on the day of check-in and it was a great decision! Location is superb, our room had a lovely street view. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful on check-in/out. Breakfast was 20€ for 2 person, selection was wide and food was tasty! Bus stops nearby, easy to go to the airport. Just returned home after 14 days holiday in HOTEL DIAMAR sea view with balcony 6th floor, brilliant. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff were excellent! Arrived at Hotel Miramar late at night, but great reception and easy check in. Room was a little dated l, but clean and well equipped with a fridge and fan. Perfect for February. Lovely view of the sea from our room and the breakfast was very good Would stay here for short trips in Arrecife.

Fabulous staff always to help! Very clean place. Very good breakfast on a roof terrace with ocean view is a piece of magic. There is relax place on the terrace too. The worst thing is very weak soundproofing, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything what is going around in the hotel. Lack of air conditioning, but in December it was not necessary for me.

Possibly the most relax, peaceful and quiet holiday I've ever experienced. The hotel is a hidden gem, 15 mins walk along the seafront to Arrecife and approx 25-30 mins to Playa Honda. A superb little gem tucked away near the beach. Food cooked to order and of the highest quality. Staff were attentive and friendly making our stay a real delight. The only request that I would make its that a seasonal vegetable was added to the main course dish to add colour and a different taste.

This is a very busy noisy resort. There is plenty to do for young families but there's a lot of chaos. The restaurants are extremely busy and on 2 occasions I got no coffee with my breakfast as the queue was too long. The food was good with a lot of choice. Room was extremely spacious and pool area lovely. Not much choice of food and trying to get a sun lounger was impossible unless you woke up at 6am and even then majority of sun loungers with shade had already been taken. Management really need to look at how to manage this.

Nice hotel but I have given it 3 star because of their staff. Gosh they lack customer service... they are rude and not helpful at all. The hotel diner was not completely finished it had maintenance work on one side. Also the diner was not but fans were not turned on . We had to ask to eat outside due to the heat.

The food was outstanding with a wide variety of it. The room was a bit small but functional. The location was ideal, only a few hundred meters from the beach and close to many shops lining the outside street. If I were to stay in Costa Teguise again I would definitely stay again.

The most attentive and accommodating staff that I ever came across in this part of the world. They’ll remember your favourite drink, room number and always welcome you with a smile. The covid compliance is incredible too, you’ll feel very relaxed and safe here.

It is raining upon my arrival, but the hotel doesn’t have it’s own carpark. So we need to park at another hotel. The room is not designed good enough. I got cut by the sharp corner of the cabinet door when closing it. There are two complimentary bottles of water in the room. But they do NOT provide bottle opener in the room. But I have to say the food served at dinner and breakfast are amazing....

We loved our stay here. We had a problem when we arrived with our allocated room. This was resolved with the minimum of fuss. The bed was the comfiest we have ever slept in. The choice at breakfast was superb We enjoyed the soups,salad bar and choice of main courses. The selection of cheeses was excellent.If you are a fan of desserts you would be in heaven. Excellent. Stayed with the family for a week, two young children (1yr and 4yr) and the whole place was great. Lots of facilities and really close to the nice safe beach with lots of tropical fish to swim around. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location in Costa Teguise, between both beaches and just steps away from shops and resort centre. A supermarket sits opposite the entrance for all your needs. Great, friendly staff and good, large clean rooms. Hotel prices for food and drink are also very competitive. We would certainly return here.

Stayed here years ago, saw a drag show for the first time 10/10 would stay again. Literally the most fun I’ve had in my life. Thank you for a fun childhood holiday.

Dated hotel, needs renovation, very far from 4 stars they declare

The room was very large and comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils to make your meals, the pools were very clean. The bed was comfortable but a little old and it sounded as soon as you moved. The bathroom was fine, with always hot water, but the tub was very rusty. In general everything is good, it just needs a few small renovations to make it look like new.

I wanted to spend one more day, so I renewed my hotel reservation. The overall feeling of the hotel environment was very good in the first three days, but on the fourth day the front desk was replaced by an older man. The service felt very unfriendly and impatient towards Asians.

Stayed for one week. All inclusive. Found the food top class. The staff were efficient and friendly if you make the effort. Rooms were very tidy with a large balcony, try to avoid rooms near entertainment. Hotel a bit remote. 20 mins pleasant walk to market. Hotel better than rated. Had a great stay. 😁

We had a really lovely relaxing holiday…3 star but reviews weren’t a lie. Great food, entertainment was exceptional for kids and the team worked hard all day. Pool area clean and plenty of sun loungers although you still have the morning rush. Relaxed with drinks and food, can sit outside the restaurant to eat and there was a theme night every day…varied food and fresh 👌 highly recommend

For a 3 star hotel this is above and beyond what I expected. Food was nice with a fairly good selection for each mealtime. Amazing all inclusive hotel, and at families. Great choice of food in the restaurant, and snack bar, and premium brand drinks included at no extra charge. Great pools and slides, and great animation team and kids clubs. Very clean throughout, and very covid safe (masks, cleaning, gel etc). Staff are very friendly, become good friends, can't wait to go back!

Great location, warm customer service and perfect pools. Rooms could have been better, but can easily ignore the shortcomings as the staff was very kind. There were few options for vegetarians but they were always good. We would definitely visit again.

Had a 5 day trip here which was great very relaxed atmosphere apart from mealtimes when the restaurant was buzzing. Food was of high standard but a tad limited and I suspect it could get repetitive if our stay lasted any longer. Drink measures are generous to say the least. Great holiday, kids loved it and only a short walk to the town and on the beaches doorstep! Food was reasonable too, cats everywhere which I absolutely loved as a cat mum of 3 . Very much enjoyed our stay here. We were upgraded so that was an added bonus, room was very nice, big comfy bed, lovely big sun beds on our private balcony and great bathroom/shower. Chose this 4 day package at a really good price, but on a b&b basis, whereas most were all inclusive. Hotel on Playa de Charcos at the northern end of the resort. Not suitable for swimming as rocky, but a short walk to the lovely stretch of yellow sand of Playa des Cucharas. Hotel offers free yoga sessions etc but spa etc are extras. 2 pools on 1st floor. I am here at the moment, the hotel is nice and clean, lovely location next to the beach. The rooms are nice. The main problem is everyone gets up early to save sun beds and don’t come back to them until about midday so people are walking around trying to sit somewhere but can’t as all sun beds have towels on but no one actually sitting there. Hotel needs to do more to police this as it’s not fair....
