Just came back couple days ago
We stayed at apartments
the pool is nice
Unfortunately I found a mouse in the room it was in the cabinet below the kitchen sink in the middle of night I heard the noise in the cabinet and I recorded it … the rooms are old and no renovations
The videos can’t be attached I am just adding some photos
I talked to hotel reception about it and showed them the recording video but unfortunately customer service is poor and we didn’t see any good offers service to compensate it

We had a fabulous stay. Cristina, the manager, is an angel so welcoming, helpful and supportive when we had urgent personal problem. Cristina is professional and dedicated to her job. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. All staff were very very attentive, friendly and helpful throughout the Holliday World complex. Security was good too. Thanks everyone. We plan to return.

Not at all how it was advertised. It could be a five minute walk to the beach, but you have to walk the entire complex to get there. Takes a minimum of 45 mins in the heat.

We weren’t aware it was a complex, and an avoid them generally so did feel a little bit conned.

No supermarkets near by, no room service and poor amenities.

Jacuzzi was covered and turned off on the balcony.

Expect to book plenty of Ubers as the location isn’t what it’s advertised as.

We booked a loft apartment for 7 days. And the room is massive with amazing views over the sea. Christina is an absolute star. She cannot do enough for you if you come across a problem. This lady is a gem. We had a lovely time here and would certainly come back. And Christina just makes it that bit more special.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless. Special thanks to Cristina, the manager, who was always available and made us feel completely at ease with her attention to detail and warm professionalism. Also Natalia, who worked with us to make every aspect of the day go smoothly.

We stayed in the penthouse, which had spectacular views and made it an ideal spot to unwind after the celebrations.

If you're looking for a venue that offers exceptional service, incredible views, and an unforgettable atmosphere, this is the place to be!

Absolutely tremendous 10 days spent at the Casamaia apartments, the pool area is quiet with plenty of beds available, the room has all you need for self catering and the staff at the Hotel Riwo who deal with the Casamaia were all very pleasant, courteous and couldn’t help you enough, I would not hesitate to recommend the Casamaia and we are returning next year hopefully.

We already came two years ago to enjoy the SPA and the restaurant. Unfortunately this year they were closed. The hotel is well located but old. Employees are very nice.
