Just spent a week here, and I have to say its a beautiful place. The food is really good lots of choice. The views are absolutely amazing. The animation team work there socks off, never stop entertaining. The bar staff, hotel staff and restaurant staff are so good and work so hard. So friendly too.

Rooms very spacious, cleaned daily, lots of storage. Animation staff are absolutely fantastic, they work so hard all the time. They are friendly and lots of fun and very inclusive, especially Chechu. All of the staff are amazing and work really hard, they are always cleaning around the pool and restaurants. The hotel has lots of activities for everyone, especially children. Great hotel, nice and clean got everything you need. We had breakfast included in our stay and what a great selection they put out every morning from your full English breakfast, omelettes, pancakes, fresh fruit and loads more! This hotel was superb for a three star I couldn’t really fault it . The only downside is it’s at the top of a very steep hill. So if mobility issues might not be the one for you unless you can afford taxis. Overall a very good three star and would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Location is excellent, staff are so nice. The pool is really nice but has a lot of missing tiles which are loose around the pool. No shortage of sunbeds at anytime of the day. Breakfast was fantastic. We had two nights which we could hear a loud ceiling fan until late which was unfortunate but the rest of our stay it wasn’t an issue.

We enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely recommend. Unfortunately the pool was cold again and in our room there was nowhere to sit apart from the bed, even though there was room for a large chair.

We stayed in hotel riwo which was the furthest up, walking back up was quite challenging but the shuttle was great but be aware of the times it runs. First family holiday with a 1 and 2 year old. Brilliantly themed hotel, feels like you could be in a jungle its so green with plants.
