This is a huge, very unusual hotel. It's like something in Vegas. The staff were all very friendly. We decided not to go All Inclusive and are glad that was our decision. A typical 4 star hotel. Clean with friendly staff. Well kept gardens and swimming pool areas. Small downside was that tea and coffee facilities were only available in the premium rooms. Most hotels of this class that I have stayed in have had this in all rooms.

Just returned from hotel , room was by far the best room we have ever stayed in anywhere. The views were amazing and the bed really comfortable. The staff are very good and the hotel is really clean, the choice and quality of food is first class only down side to the restaurant is at times it can seem very crowded due to the layout, but really can't fault the hotel .

Bit dated. Rooms are tired looking but adequate. Food is bland and may induce something we've come to term it as gut rot'. On the plus side the location is good though the very steep hill adjacent to it is known as cardiac hill. The staff are friendly enough and the entertainment is good. This hotel is pretty nice. Got my new lamborgini there too. It smells good and the people who work there are cool. There are many old people there, not saying that as a bad thing. The bad thing was how the hotel/the building is.

We love this hotel and stay here often.The food is great with plenty of choice. This summer some tables have been set up outside and we loved being able to eat our meals outdoors looking at palm trees and pool. They must keep on with this-it's amazing!

Had a good time here but you have to pay for the extras like a safe and a fridge and a kettle. Not used to that after London hotels where all of these are provided free.

Hard to fault.. great entertainment day and night, good food, close to the beach and shops, nice bedrooms. However, One of the older, male reception staff was extremely rude and unhelpful and you have to pay for sunloungers by the pool. Apart from that I would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a hotel for 10 people. Excellent customer service, quality of food and impeccable restaurant service, very good facilities, excellent location, large rooms with all services, welcome glass of cava. You can't put "but". We'll be back very soon.

My wife and I have been there so many times I have Enjoyed their meals and breakfast well...you can have whatever you want cooked English toast with many many types of bread and also churros is being cooked while you decide what you would like fried eggs while you wait bacon while you wait too.

My husband Chris and I stay at this hotel twice a year. What can we, warm and friendly staff, spotless hotel, spotless rooms, spotless pool, delicious food with so much variety to choose from. We can't leave the maids unattended, they are lovely, always smiling and saying hello, and they do a great job cleaning your room. Looking forward to returning soon

Brilliant for the kids, water slides loads of fun for the adults too. All inclusive was great, some good quality drink included. Buffet food was tasty and varied, we didn't get bored in 10 days.

Great hotel, great buffet, but most importantly all the staff. There are 10 people at the reception, a lifeguard with even more points, especially in the Sergio restaurant, which stands out the most. We were there for two days and because we need to work so we don't have to stay longer.

I've been here 5 times now and it never fails to please. Clean comfortable rooms good food good entertainment most nights and happy hour every evening from 5 to 6. I have been here few times for drinks. Nice views to the sea and the mountains from the rooftop terrace. Sadly it was closed last December-January.

Lovely welcome and a great team throughout. Food is varied but there is a picky eater in my family and he did struggle at times. Wish that complimentary water and coffee was offered at evening meal as it was at breakfast. Purchasing bottled water isn’t environmentally ideal. Our visit was during covid and we felt that all steps were managed well.

Lovely hotel food was OK breakfast was but not the evening meals didn't enjoy the food then had a lovely sea view room the only draw back was it was like been out in the sticks the hotel was nothing much around it only found 3 bars and one of them was awful very rough not my cup of tea at all I'll not be going back to benalmadena next year much prefer Fuengirola

Just back from spending a week at the Riviera. Had a fantastic week, couldn't find a fault . All the staff were superb through out. We were half board, but I was thinking we would go out 2 or 3 times for Dinner but never went out once . Food was superb and plenty of choice, pipping hot and plenty off. Hope to be back soon.

A beautiful hotel extremely clean and tastefully furnished. The food is excellent and the staff in all departments are very courteous and helpful. However the lift from the hotel to the promenade has been broken for the last two weeks and all attempts to repair it have failed. This lift has apparently been unreliable all season. A bit rude lady at the reception. In front of the hotel was quite crowdy, so I came directly to the parking place on the opposite building side. When I came to the reception, I got scolded for parking W/O permission and W/O prior payment. Huh... Sorry, there was no else place to park and in an email I have explicitelly asked for parking place TO PAY = 10 EUR. Hotel is quite old.

The apartments were clean and functional. The time of the daily cleaning is unpredictable. The apartment didn't have a toaster but one was provided on request. Sadly the toaster was very bad quality it literally melted on use. It seemed receptionists are used to regular guests as no info was provided about any of the available services on check-in. Parking is available but at €9 per day is quite expensive...

Love this hotel shame it as been sold off,it is to be refurbed and extended and will probably put it in a different price range ,we have been told it will close 31st october 2017 for approximatley 6months will have to wait and see outcome, fingers crossed.

Water pressure and ac are substandard at any level. Staff don't like your attempts at Spanish. Just seemed rude so I was compelled to book other excursions instead of being able to use the front desk resources. If you are a golfer, apparently you are a better customer.

Very nice staff (they are Spanish but speak English). If you don't know ANY Spanish at all then you may struggle to communicate. I loved staying at this hotel. I travel for work a lot and have my criteria for hotels. Not only the room condition was satisfying, all staffs (shoutout to Borje) were kind.
