This is a huge, very unusual hotel. It's like something in Vegas. The staff were all very friendly. We decided not to go All Inclusive and are glad that was our decision. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The food is amazing...a bit too amazing according to my waistline! The facilities are very good, including the excellent swimming pools. The entertainment is good. Loads of supermarkets nearby, including a Lidl about 1 km away. The beautiful beach is 400 metres away. To start with the receptionists are very Rude. As we arrived to the hotel we asked to upgrade to a Premium Room, and the receptionist said that there were none at that moment (on their website it showed that they had some available for our all stay) and she gave us a Superior Double Room that was fine but not very cleaned, the air conditioning didn't work properly, the bathroom is just too "démodé...

A typical 4 star hotel. Clean with friendly staff. Well kept gardens and swimming pool areas. Small downside was that tea and coffee facilities were only available in the premium rooms. Most hotels of this class that I have stayed in have had this in all rooms.

Just returned from hotel , room was by far the best room we have ever stayed in anywhere. The views were amazing and the bed really comfortable. The staff are very good and the hotel is really clean, the choice and quality of food is first class only down side to the restaurant is at times it can seem very crowded due to the layout, but really can't fault the hotel .

Lovely this place we went for a family wedding,my husband and I stayed here with a few in- laws ,it's was lovely nice sized room, balcony, tv ,mini fridge ,even able to rent a kettle for the week at 2euro a day,we only had breakfast included and it was amazing so much to choose from no one could be unhappy with it, pool area is awesome. Really great hotel for our golf trip. Fantastic location for getting around Benalmadena, great for bars and restaurants and getting to the beach. Rooms and hotel are spotlessly clean. A great hotel for getting around Benalmadena and Torremolinos! Upon arrival we were offered a complimentary glass of bubbly, which was very welcoming. The room minibar was also stocked with 6 drinks, free of charge - again, a great way to welcome you. Great hotel, great buffet, but most importantly all the staff. There are 10 people at the reception, a lifeguard with even more points, especially in the Sergio restaurant, which stands out the most. We were there for two days and because we need to work so we don't have to stay longer.

Lovely welcome and a great team throughout. Food is varied but there is a picky eater in my family and he did struggle at times. Wish that complimentary water and coffee was offered at evening meal as it was at breakfast. Purchasing bottled water isn’t environmentally ideal. Our visit was during covid and we felt that all steps were managed well.

Lovely hotel food was OK breakfast was but not the evening meals didn't enjoy the food then had a lovely sea view room the only draw back was it was like been out in the sticks the hotel was nothing much around it only found 3 bars and one of them was awful very rough not my cup of tea at all I'll not be going back to benalmadena next year much prefer Fuengirola

7th Nov 2021 Perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Fast check-in when we arrived. Hotel was spotless all the way through. Just back from spending a week at the Riviera. Had a fantastic week, couldn't find a fault . All the staff were superb through out. We were half board, but I was thinking we would go out 2 or 3 times for Dinner but never went out once . Food was superb and plenty of choice, pipping hot and plenty off. Hope to be back soon.

However the lift from the hotel to the promenade has been broken for the last two weeks and all attempts to repair it have failed. This lift has apparently been unreliable all season. I've been here 5 times now and it never fails to please. Clean comfortable rooms good food good entertainment most nights and happy hour every evening from 5 to 6. Good location across the road from the beach.... Though in fairness it's not a particularly nice beach. But overall this is a wonderful hotel

Love this hotel shame it as been sold off,it is to be refurbed and extended and will probably put it in a different price range ,we have been told it will close 31st october 2017 for approximatley 6months will have to wait and see outcome, fingers crossed.

We stayed here in July 2024. The hotel is spotlessly clean (e.g., the poolside toilets are cleaned approx 4 times throughout the day). The service by staff is friendly, polite and exceptionally helpful. There are a selection of pools to choose from (including an indoor one). There are 'adult only' pools, that are more relaxing, through to a kids splash pool with a selection of slides and a main pool...

We stayed here for a week recently and absolutely loved our time here. The hotel is always so clean and tidy, staff are lovely. The room was a lovely size, shower was amazing, very powerful. I was worried about the all inclusive food as I am gluten free, but there was such a wide selection of food for all meals and a very handy label on all the food detailing ingredients so allergens are easily avoided...

We went out of season and we have been shocked by the value. Fantastic hotel inside and out. Staff are 5 star. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well ran. Food is great. Location is better. Great for couples or families. We are veteran all inclusive sun bathing, gin sipping, upper working class brits and we can't rate it higher.

I loved staying at this hotel. I travel for work a lot and have my criteria for hotels. Not only the room condition was satisfying, all staffs (shoutout to Borje) were kind. I stayed at Holiday Palace from 26 October 2017. The weather was beautiful. The actual hotel room and hotel were massive. The kids loved the water park and the hotel pool area. Plenty of evening entertainment for them also. This is not a 4 star hotel. The pool side has been brilliant. If u want to relax all day around a pool then this is the place. Hotel needs a refub and meals need a carvery.

Visited on a deal and loved it so much we've bought into a programme to keep coming back, and I've never liked any one place enough to want to visit again each year. Pueblo Evita is a great destination to take a well deserved holiday in. They have friendly and welcoming staff and great amenities. It is ideally situated to beach which is great. There are plenty of amenities surrounding the complex should you need them.

Lovely well kept complex but beware if you book a privately owned Apartment you will not be afforded the same courtesies as those who book through the complex itself ie. you can't avail of the luggage room not even for a couple of hours.
