Clean and comfortable hotel, pool area slightly unkept and muddy in part, which made the water especially in kiddie pool dirty. Noisy breakfast, but everything was good. Walking distance to the beach.

Hotel should only 3* Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs cold , no freshly baked rolls, Spanish ham very poor quality. Menu in the restaurant very limited. Waitress in the restaurant was rude and not able to speak English. In the reception was no place to seat at all. Generally hotel is dated and in need of full refurbishment.

We didn't stay, here we went for lunch but were too early so had brunch. Beautiful setting in lovely sunshine, and lovely food.

Great halfway point This hotel is located in a great beachfront spot, just a bit short of the halfway point between Barcelona and Cartagena Spain. Our room had a perfect view of the beautiful beach in this area and the hotels restaurants were good and reasonably priced.

Still no vegan options at the breakfast buffet despite telling me they'd try to accommodate for vegans after last year's stay. Took my own rice milk and vegan butter together with a tin of baked beans so all was good 8 the end😁😁😁

What a brilliant budget hotel, bed and breakfast for a very reasonable price in August. It's self check in so another bonus, a very good breakfast, served on the roof terrace. The hotel is very quiet with excellent double glazing and sound proofing. The staff that we met were efficient and friendly.

I want to thank Carla and her staff for making a difficult time for me easier. The airline lost my bags for days and everyone went out of their way to make things easier for me and try to help. Things like this make such a huge difference to a traveller when they stay somewhere. I also liked the breakfast on the roof terrace. I would return again when attending Rototom.

In a nice position, close to the sea front and few restaurants. On site parking, check in was easy, staff were polite, the hotel itself looks a bit tired, there is no swimming pool but the sea is so close by and with a gentle sloping seabed is very safe to swim and our stay was good.

The location, room and especially the staff were great. Really hard to find any fault. The internet was a bit sluggish and hair dryer would of been nice. Apart from that really loved it and Benicasim.

A voyage back into the 70-80's.the good thing about this hotel is its location. 2 mins walk to the beach, 2 mins walk to the seaside walk and bars/restaurants and 10mins walk from city centre. I would only ask them to improve the beds.

Gem of a hotel, 2 minute walk from the gorgeous beach and restaurants. Rooms basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean with air con. Staff superb, so helpful and friendly, couldn’t do enough for us. The socket in our room for the minifridge was broken, and the hairdryer did not work. Usually this would drop a review from 5 to maybe 4 or 3, but the customer service was so excellent I cannot do that. Especially from Laura, but the entire team is welcoming, helpful and try their best, and very accommodating. Loved this place, will probably go back.

Stayed there the last 3 years for FIB, owner and his mum are great and go out of their way for you. No problems what so ever cheap and cheerful head downer and right on the plot in the centre of the town. 10 mins to the beach 15 mins to the festival everything you need is a stones throw away.

It is an old hotel that has been recently renovated. The rooms are ample and well furnished. It has a swimming pool and overall decent facilities. It is near the train station, which was great for us. It is near the main street with all the restaurants and also near bars. To go to the beach you have to walk a bit, which can be a bit hot during the summer, it is a bit uphill from the beach.
