Staying at this hotel was the worst experience I’ve had in Spain.
The reception was unhelpful—there was no assistance offered for any kind of service.
The rooms were poorly maintained and not clean, with low ceilings that created a claustrophobic atmosphere, almost like being in a cave.

Basic amenities were missing: no waste bin, no tissues, and not even a small toothpaste—something that is standard in hotels around the world.

I had originally planned to stay for four nights, but I could barely make it through two—without even being able to sleep properly.

Honestly, I have no idea how this hotel holds a four-star rating—it hardly qualifies as a place to stay.

Horrible hotel! How this place is a four star is beyond me. No kettle, no iron and not even water provided!!! Absolutely shameful.

Dreadful. For the price I thought it was a disgrace of a hotel. We travel a lot and this was by far the worst I've been to in a very long time. Showering the first day, drains fully blocked and water flooded the entire place within seconds. Rang once in Spanish, rude staff member that said someone will be there eventually. Rang 5mins later as we had dinner reservations and spoke in English asking how long someone will be and explained the situation, as explaining staff member hung up on me call. Went down to talk and again, rude staff saying they will come now. 45mins later, they came. Room was a mess after they eventually fixed it, so then had to wait for housekeeping to come and clean the entire room. Two people in a double bed, how many pillows would you expect? We had one long one between us. Never have I had to share a pillow in a hotel. Crazy. Didn't bother ringing as staff don't care anyway and it wasn't worth the energy. Really a massive shame as swimming pool was amazing and breakfast was also really really good. I won't ever be going to this chain of hotel again.
