Good location. nice but dated room. Fantastic shower. Very helpfull pleasant staff and somewhere to keep my bike. Not worth the £134 i paid. The breakfast was the poorest of my trip. No scrambled eggs or bacon, nothing hot unless you include unlimited coffee and cheap white sliced bread in a toaster. Croissant like most of the pastry, fresh out of the plastic bag.

The place is very special - lots of century-old details and decor. Price - value. But! They need to take better care of it or it will be lost. It gives the impression of an old place with history that is now being run as is, as a cheaper central stay, without enough care for the place sadly. There are amazing details that need care.

This hotel was decent, but not what I was expecting. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was ok, beds were also not great and the floor was really squeaky. Overall an ok hotel, with an excellent location in the center of town.

Visited in July 2023. One thing I hated so much was the parking. You have to park away from the hotel AND caution with your roof box!! because the parking height is small. It gave us soo much stress. We were able to get inside but when we wanted to leave, there were certain floors that had a low ceiling.
The parking overnight stay price (about 19€) got discounted off due to the hotel giving us a paper for it (about 13.60€)
Staff could have been more friendly but there were ok.
The room was spacious for 3 people and a dog but floor creaks and the super small TV seemed to only have one local channel. Toilet was very nice and I like to open the window and it seemed like a cute tiny balcony.
Not much to choose from breakfast but I liked it anyway.

Very good standard for a 2-star hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk away from the world famous cathedral of Burgos. The facade of the building facing the street and the hall at the entrance of the hotel are both of an old style that is very elegant and attractive. Our room was simple and not very large, but cozy enough, and on the other hand the bathroom was really large and very comfortable. We had a corner room, with two door windows, which gave a lot of light to the environment. All in all, a very good price-quality ratio.

Beautiful old building in a great location. That's it. Don't expect more than that. No tea and coffee facility in the room, staff are mostly, not all, rude and unfriendly. Even hostile. Unable to cope when the hotel is fully booked. No sense of service.
No hot water when the hotel is busy... And they don't care. You must wait.
Luckily we were passing through for one night... Not a hotel or town I would care to return to.

We stayed here for four nights at the end of our Camino for 2022, we didn’t expect a palace but surprised with the outlook, very pleasant. Downsides -
Breakfast was ok but quite limited, not many fruits on display, quality/freshness wasn’t great, bananas to near end of life rather than fresh. One apple, two oranges, this was when breakfast first started every day.
Position, although very pleasant and good for locality, the corridor it is located in is very noisy from the passers by because of echoing noises, pretty difficult to sleep in hot days with balcony doors open.
No air conditioning but that didn’t bother us really.
Comfort! Beds and mattresses are good, mine creaked terribly if I moved and the pillows… hahaha they machine wash them by the looks of it and they are like a bag of cotton balls!! Only one too so you have to try and fold them, you try folding a bag of cotton balls and expect it to stay the same shape, for me it’s a place I wouldn’t recommend… sorry but it’s not really good enough

Incredible place. It is a confortable place. Excellent atmosphere!!!! I was there several times. When I decide to visit Burgos, I did not hesitate to contact them. Good price and well located. I would recommend it thousands of times- Thank you very much for all. Adriano

Buen hotel y muy buena atención. El desayuno muy bien servido. La habitación por otro lado un tanto ruidosa. Cada vez que alguien en otra habitación usaba el baño, la plomeria sonaba como un camión.

Hotel bem localizado,bonito,em geral é ótimo porém o wi-fi é péssimo então não vá lá se se importar com uma boa conexão.
